At times the speed of the cloudtalk is less as it gets stuck or it is always buffering, while we are trying to check the call log or contact or call history, even the dashboard is also slow at times, pls work on it.

Simply to schedule write a notes for each customer and I never experienced any fluctuations or disturbance in the calls and many useful features like real time analytics and call recording it's dial for business

We have teams that cover regions outside the UK so it allows for us to add numbers local to their location and we can make outbound calls easily. i enjoy how simple it is to use and this helps it being easy to navigate the mulpitle numbers.you are able to call other countries and it also record calls automatically which is hekopful forme as I can be quite forgetful

The system sometimes logs out in the middle of a shift and there is nothing to make me aware this has happened until I have a missed call. There should be a clear signal if a login is required
