I have been using cloudtalk from last 1 year noe and I can saay this is the best calling tool I have used. It is very easy too use it and the facilities it is providing is awesome. The best features are auto call recordings and auto transcripts and the dashboard is too good and easy to use. It is very convenient to track the total calls at the end of the day and to make a daily progress report. I highly recommend it !
What did you not like?
One thing which can be a issue is the high pricing for small organisations. If the pricing can be a bit lower then it will do wonders.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It is easy to connect with the international clients on cloudtalk, the voice quality is something I really like about it. Previously on other calling tools tracking the calls and the conversation was a bit difficult but here tracking the calls and making the reports is very easy.

Like that it is connected to CRM and you do not have to imports contacts separately and can use only for dialling - even if contact is not in CRM and use as just normal phone. If I would need more of functionality then I would comment but now I only use it as dialer.

One downside that I know of is that it is not always a good connection with some specific countries.

Easy to install, get started with and understand. I was up and running with CloudTalk in no time and now i use it every day for contacting customers. Im really impressed with the application - super easy to use!

Rare crashes, but that will happen no matter which programs or applications you choose to work with.

We can reach anyone anywhere by one dial, is messaging feature and we really international customers without know much efforts.
What did you not like?
At times the speed of the cloudtalk is less as it gets stuck or it is always buffering, while we are trying to check the call log or contact or call history, even the dashboard is also slow at times, pls work on it.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I do not work on problem solving with CloudTalk, I'am into sales & using it for incoming & outgoing calls, & messages, and about the benefits we can easily connect to INTERNATIONAL & NATIONAL CUSTOMERS, & very easy to use.
