Rare crashes, but that will happen no matter which programs or applications you choose to work with.

We can reach anyone anywhere by one dial, is messaging feature and we really international customers without know much efforts.

What did you not like?

At times the speed of the cloudtalk is less as it gets stuck or it is always buffering, while we are trying to check the call log or contact or call history, even the dashboard is also slow at times, pls work on it.

That I can dial numbers quickly from the CRM, I don't make mistakes, I can talk through a headset and it's more convenient than talking on the phone.

What did you not like?

Sometimes the app has glitches, but that rarely seems to happen. Otherwise I don't see any problem.

A bug was present in the CloudTalk Phone, which made integration of past calls slow. The bug has sinced been patched.

What did you like?

I have been using many tools to connect with the customers but in my experience Cloud talk is the best tool. Simply to schedule write a notes for each customer and I never experienced any fluctuations or disturbance in the calls and many useful features like real time analytics and call recording it's dial for business

What did you like?

I manage a sales team and one of the best features is to easily allocate calls due to integration. The calls also record which is really handy, I can go back a review conversations. It just works, no faff, good value for money.

What did you not like?

Very rarely the internal transfers haven't worked, but it could be due to our internal internet connection. It's extremely rare, i'd say it's very reliable compared to others.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We were paying alot of money for credit direct on our CRM. Cloudtalk is far more cost effective for large numbers of staff. We have teams that cover regions outside the UK so it allows for us to add numbers local to their location and we can make outbound calls easily. The recording is good for staff training and it's simple an easy to use.

i like how easy it is to use, it's an app which is always open whilst im working due to how vital it is for my role when customers are calling back, how cloudtalk prioritises it over the current tasks im doing has saved me many times, in situations where i honestly probably wouldve forgotten about certain leads.

the only thing i struggle with is sometimes finding the recorded calls, i wish they were more accessible

It's been very very easy to setup, and for people to learn how to use it. But what was most important to us, the IVR system was also pretty straight forward, and gave us really good options for customization.

What did you not like?

We're pretty satisfied with it though.. but notbeing able to use SMS on the starter plan, maybe? It's the only thing I can think of really.. we're pretty much covered with what we have.

Being able to contact possible clients, leads, etc in the US! This has been big for us.

What did you like?

Ease of use of the tool - links with all the platforms I use on a day-to-day basis meaning I don't have to repeat what I do on various systems - cloud talk also links to our CRM system we use in our business making managing our daily activities a lot more simple. one of the best VOIP systems I have used

What did you not like?

when there is an overhaul of call-ins the system sometimes crashes but gets back and running in no time - nothing else I dislike about the system, not had many issues with it in the 3 years I have used it

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cloudtalk acts as our point of contact when customers call back and also makes note-taking on the call a lot more simple as automatically logs on our CRM system and transfers the call recording straight over in no time. previously we had to use various software and it made our daily activities very challenging - cloud talk simplifies the whole process

What did you like?

CloudTalk has a great UI and easy to navigate despite being on mouse and keyboard. Easy to dial and great integration with hubspot

What did you not like?

Hubspot occasionally dials when changing over to next page but i believe this is not an issue with cloud talk itself

Recording is a great feature, hearing back the call solves a lot of missing information

It notifies me when i am receiving a call and has very clear connection. Also, has a very simple and easy to use software.

What did you not like?

a few times i have had a call will randomly disconnect every 2 minutes so had to keep calling.
