What did you like?

I find the cloudtalk app extremely easy to use. The functions are right where I expect them to be, and I find that my team can install and make calls relatively straight away without a huge teething period.I have not yet had any interactions with the support.

What did you not like?

The app sometimes does not register that I am online and I need to refresh it. Otherwise its all good!

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It allows us to have instant access to a telephone whether or not we are in the office. This is useful for us as a global and hybrid team.

What did you like?

Simple to use, easy to install and call quality is great. It works across all my browsers and the extension is only there when I need it.

What did you not like?

If I could generate multiple numbers instantly that would great as often people block the 07441 when they see it. Rotating numbers as and when would be be great.

What did you like?

Its so easy to navigate in cloudtalk and the features are easy to understand, for example when transfering a call it works so easy and fast

What did you not like?

There isnt reallt that much that i dislike, compared to our previous calling provider cloudtalk is much better

Cloudtalk makes it easy to call in Hubspot and also calling other countries that arent possible to call from Hubspot

What did you like?

You just select the customer and thats it... the call starts immediately, then when you finish the call you dont have to log the call on Hub Spot, it is registered automatically. Save us a lot of time. Very good quality for sound.

What did you not like?

Some times when you do not have a good internet, the customers can not hear very good on their side, other than that is ok.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

You can increase the number of calls during the journey, it helps also to avoid errors when you type the customer phone number.

What did you like?

AI notes is the most useful feature within CloudTalk, it allows me to manage my time much more effectively as I can rely on the AI to leave in depth and accurate notes which is useful for compliance and also referring back to the customer at a later stage

What did you not like?

The downsides are few and far between however we all know that no one solution is perfect for all. The thing about CloudTalk is they have a development team ready and waiting to implement your fixes and solutions to navigate around issues. I do find having to open the WhatsApp in browser to download images slightly "clicky" to get there but in itself a great feature

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We had a large number of "dropped calls" before we used CloudTalk, this was resolved simply by labelling the inbound calls, making it a lot easier to work out who should be answering them.

What did you like?

I use CloudTalk for my business calls, and I've got to say, it's been a pretty awesome experience. Setting it up was a breeze – no need for any tech wizardry. The call quality? Super clear, which is a must when chatting with clients.

What did you not like?

Nothing - All in all, CloudTalk is a solid phone system. It's reliable, easy to use, and packed with features that make our work life a whole lot easier. Definitely give it a try if you're looking for a new phone system!

What I most like about CloudTalk is the support team and how the platform works. It perfectly connects with my phone and other devices. It is great for making outbound communications.

Nothing particularly but I think the display could be improved. I would like to be able to open in more devices at the same time, with the same user account and don’t have to sign out to do so.

My experience with CloudTalk has been very positive. The calls work very smoothly, the audio is very clear, and after nearly a year of use, I have no recommendations because it’s exactly what I need to communicate with my clients in Spain from Portugal.

Mit dem Dashboard lassen sich eingehende Anrufe perfekt analysieren & dokumentieren. Wir konnten dadurch bessere Ergebnisse im Kundenservice erzielen. Desertieren kann man problemlos zwischen Handy & Computer wechseln, was unseren Mitarbeitern extreme Flexibilität ermöglicht!

What did you not like?

Der Preis ist der einzige negative Punkt. Wenn es etwas günstiger wäre, wäre es noch um ein Vielfaches besser. Davon abgesehen läuft es einfach super und lohnt sich auch mit dem stabilen Preis.

Ins unserer Firma verwenden wir CloudTalk als Cloud-basiertes Telefonsystem für unseren Vertrieb und Kundensupport. Es ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und spart unseren Mitarbeitern eine Menge Zeit.

What did you like?

Viele Funktionen, macht was es soll. Telefonie funktioniert im Normalfall einwandfrei und es gibt sinnvolle Integrationen. Die Preise für zusätzliche Nummern sind auch ok.

What did you not like?

Keine (öffentliche) Preisliste für ausgehende Anrufe, Android App hat zum Testzeitpunkt keine Anrufe angezeigt außer wenn die App im Vordergrund geöffnet war, Design ist stellenweise etwas outdated und generell etwas unrund gewesen. Support war nicht sonderlich freundlich und es wurde sich nicht wirklich um uns gekümmert, vermutlich weil unser Unternehmen zu klein ist.

CloudTalk ist super für unkomplizierte und flexible Telefonie ohne dafür bei einem konventionellen Anbieter eine Telefonanlage kaufen zu müssen oder irgendwelche anderen Geräte - trotzdem mit allen Features von Callcentern oder Telefonanlagen.
