We can reach anyone anywhere by one dial, is messaging feature and we really international customers without know much efforts.
What did you not like?
At times the speed of the cloudtalk is less as it gets stuck or it is always buffering, while we are trying to check the call log or contact or call history, even the dashboard is also slow at times, pls work on it.

I do not work on problem solving with CloudTalk, I'am into sales & using it for incoming & outgoing calls, & messages, and about the benefits we can easily connect to INTERNATIONAL & NATIONAL CUSTOMERS, & very easy to use.

That I can dial numbers quickly from the CRM, I don't make mistakes, I can talk through a headset and it's more convenient than talking on the phone.
What did you not like?
Sometimes the app has glitches, but that rarely seems to happen. Otherwise I don't see any problem.

I think it's a good tool for our supervisors to monitor employees on how active they are in terms of calling. For those of us who make calls, it's easy to use and faster than dialing from the phone.

A bug was present in the CloudTalk Phone, which made integration of past calls slow. The bug has sinced been patched.

I have been using many tools to connect with the customers but in my experience Cloud talk is the best tool. Simply to schedule write a notes for each customer and I never experienced any fluctuations or disturbance in the calls and many useful features like real time analytics and call recording it's dial for business

I manage a sales team and one of the best features is to easily allocate calls due to integration. The calls also record which is really handy, I can go back a review conversations. It just works, no faff, good value for money.
What did you not like?
Very rarely the internal transfers haven't worked, but it could be due to our internal internet connection. It's extremely rare, i'd say it's very reliable compared to others.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We were paying alot of money for credit direct on our CRM. Cloudtalk is far more cost effective for large numbers of staff. We have teams that cover regions outside the UK so it allows for us to add numbers local to their location and we can make outbound calls easily. The recording is good for staff training and it's simple an easy to use.

It's been very very easy to setup, and for people to learn how to use it. But what was most important to us, the IVR system was also pretty straight forward, and gave us really good options for customization.
What did you not like?
We're pretty satisfied with it though.. but notbeing able to use SMS on the starter plan, maybe? It's the only thing I can think of really.. we're pretty much covered with what we have.

when there is an overhaul of call-ins the system sometimes crashes but gets back and running in no time - nothing else I dislike about the system, not had many issues with it in the 3 years I have used it

What did you like?
Great for linking to hubspot. Reliable service. Would highly recommend if you would like to review calls and link to certain CRM's to help streamline proesses.
What did you not like?
As with all softwares, sometimes a tad laggy, but these are usually resolved quite quickly

What did you like?
Ease of use, the app being available at all times, the notes and emoji feature. The product is easy to install, use and optimise so we are collecting data that can inform our processes
What did you not like?
The system sometimes logs out in the middle of a shift and there is nothing to make me aware this has happened until I have a missed call. There should be a clear signal if a login is required

A call solution. I use it in a support and CSM capacity and it is an effective call tool

Excellent call quality, very easy to use and I really enjoy the UX. Great customer service but never had many issues. Great integrations.
What did you not like?
Inbound calls could work better, sometimes this. refreshes and I might miss a call.

What did you like?
Good and economic software for your calling needs, both customer support and sales. We are using from past few months, we liked the easy integration and timely customer support.
What did you not like?
While every thing is going good, but at times often we are facing connectivity issues.

What did you like?
Clear audio, seemless integration and low maintenance. The automatic call logging feature is excellent as we have it fully integrated into hubspot.
What did you not like?
Occasional latency at busy periods but this could be our connection? Sometimes the app needs to be refreshed.
