What did you like?

how easy it is to use the platform and how easy it is to track and make calls/ texts. CloudTalk is excellent for businesses, offering crystal-clear call quality, smart features, and seamless integrations with CRMs and helpdesks. What did you like?

I have been using many tools to connect with the customers but in my experience Cloud talk is the best tool. Simply to schedule write a notes for each customer and I never experienced any fluctuations or disturbance in the calls and many useful features like real time analytics and call recording it's dial for business

CloudTalk has a simple, useful desktop app with all necesarry features for great Customer care and relations. Their service is also highly stable, which is a must in our organization.

What did you not like?

Their dashboard is a bit confusing, but they are apparently working to fix it, which fixes this issue

What did you like?

I manage a sales team and one of the best features is to easily allocate calls due to integration. The calls also record which is really handy, I can go back a review conversations. It just works, no faff, good value for money.

What did you not like?

Very rarely the internal transfers haven't worked, but it could be due to our internal internet connection. It's extremely rare, i'd say it's very reliable compared to others.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We were paying alot of money for credit direct on our CRM. Cloudtalk is far more cost effective for large numbers of staff. We have teams that cover regions outside the UK so it allows for us to add numbers local to their location and we can make outbound calls easily. The recording is good for staff training and it's simple an easy to use.

i like how easy it is to use, it's an app which is always open whilst im working due to how vital it is for my role when customers are calling back, how cloudtalk prioritises it over the current tasks im doing has saved me many times, in situations where i honestly probably wouldve forgotten about certain leads.

the only thing i struggle with is sometimes finding the recorded calls, i wish they were more accessible

What did you like?

It's been very very easy to setup, and for people to learn how to use it. But what was most important to us, the IVR system was also pretty straight forward, and gave us really good options for customization.

What did you not like?

We're pretty satisfied with it though.. but notbeing able to use SMS on the starter plan, maybe? It's the only thing I can think of really.. we're pretty much covered with what we have.

Easy to use, integrates well with Hubspot. We used to use Aircall, but I find CloudTalk easier to use. It’s simple, it works seamlessly, and the automatic logging of call recordings and notes in HubSpot right after a call is incredibly smart.

Not really anything, I like the system a lot. If issues occur support always solves them within 30 minutes.

i enjoy how simple it is to use and this helps it being easy to navigate the mulpitle numbers.you are able to call other countries and it also record calls automatically which is hekopful forme as I can be quite forgetful

What did you like?

I find the cloudtalk app extremely easy to use. The functions are right where I expect them to be, and I find that my team can install and make calls relatively straight away without a huge teething period.I have not yet had any interactions with the support.

What did you not like?

The app sometimes does not register that I am online and I need to refresh it. Otherwise its all good!

What did you like?

Simple to use, easy to install and call quality is great. It works across all my browsers and the extension is only there when I need it.

What did you not like?

If I could generate multiple numbers instantly that would great as often people block the 07441 when they see it. Rotating numbers as and when would be be great.

What did you like?

What did you not like?

There are times when the call quality isn’t great, either there’s a delay, or the audio sounds robotic. This can be frustrating, especially when speaking with high-value prospects. It’s a powerful tool, but the pricing structure could be more adaptable.

Using CloudTalk, I’ve solved key challenges in cold calling and outbound sales. The local presence dialing feature has increased my answer rates, while the power dialer eliminates manual dialing, allowing me to connect with more prospects efficiently. The CRM integration keeps all lead information organized, reducing admin work, and the call recording & analytics help me refine my pitch and improve performance. Overall, CloudTalk has boosted my productivity, conversion rates, and workflow efficiency, making it an essential tool for outbound sales.

What did you like?

Its so easy to navigate in cloudtalk and the features are easy to understand, for example when transfering a call it works so easy and fast

What did you not like?

There isnt reallt that much that i dislike, compared to our previous calling provider cloudtalk is much better

Cloudtalk makes it easy to call in Hubspot and also calling other countries that arent possible to call from Hubspot

What did you like?

You just select the customer and thats it... the call starts immediately, then when you finish the call you dont have to log the call on Hub Spot, it is registered automatically. Save us a lot of time. Very good quality for sound.

What did you not like?

Some times when you do not have a good internet, the customers can not hear very good on their side, other than that is ok.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

You can increase the number of calls during the journey, it helps also to avoid errors when you type the customer phone number.
