Richpanel's CRM platform enables omnichannel customer support through a customer service app. This combines self-service help centers, live chat, social media integrations, and automations, simplifying the work surface for managing customer support. The goal is to not require multiple tools to respond to customers, but everything can be managed from one helpdesk. Pricing starts monthly at $150 for the starter package, $400 for the regular package and $500 for the pro package. The price for the enterprise package with 10+ seats is available upon request.
