What is Aircall?

Aircall is a Voice Over IP telephone software (VoIP) that is focused on corporate users. In particular, through its ability to link with other systems, Aircall can be an important part of a customer service system. Using API, the system can quickly be connected with Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk, Help Scout, Zapier, Freshdesk, Slack, and many other tools. This means that during phone calls, users have all the useful information and/or additional functions that are relevant to their context readily available. The benefits of Aircall can always be monitored and optimized using analytics functions. The French developing company, Aircall SAS, offers its solution in two standard bundles between 30 and 50 Euros per user per month. Additionally, there is the option to have a customized package put together. In any case, a free trial is possible.
