What is dropp?
Dropp enables e-commerce shops to have a more flexible, sustainable, and faster delivery, directly from their own checkout. Customers receive their order within 3 hours if they choose express delivery, or they can opt for any two-hour delivery window on the same day or any desired subsequent day. Customers are continually informed about the status of the delivery via SMS and email and have the option to change the delivery window at any time after the order has been placed. Also, delivery is eco-friendly, carried out on electric delivery bicycles - completely without cardboard and filling material.
Dropp's plug-and-play technology offers both store-to-door and hub-to-door delivery, thanks to its own hyperlocal warehouses. Numerous features are included in the service, such as a customer-specific dashboard, which shows inventory and all orders placed in real-time and provides valuable customer insights. Moreover, shops have the opportunity to advertise for faster and sustainable delivery before checkout, which can have a positive effect on conversion and retention.
