Everything that needs to run in the background so that the business functions smoothly for external customers.
3. Logistics Excellence
From warehouse management with WMS to shipping and track & trace, to fulfillment partner networks via Trade Network, and returns processing with Returns—the JTL ecosystem covers the entire logistics chain.
All modules are seamlessly integrated. Companies start with what they need today and expand gradually without having to change their foundation. External systems can be integrated via open APIs and over 800 extensions.
