vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Per E-Mail haben wir dich leider nicht mehr erreicht. Deswegen möchten wir hier nochmal betonen, dass es uns aufrichtig leid tut, dass du mit unserem Service bzw. dem Ablauf nicht zufrieden warst.
Wir verstehen, dass eine Sperrung des Kontos ärgerlich ist. Das passiert allerdings nicht wahllos und deswegen möchten wir den Sachverhalt gerne aus unserer Perspektive schildern: Aufgrund einer Vielzahl an unbezahlten Rechnungen sowie mehreren missachteten Mahnungen kam es zu einer Sperrung deines Kontos. Dies ist ein automatisierter Vorgang in unserem System, der ausgelöst wird, wenn der offene Rechnungsbetrag ein gewisses Limit übersteigt.
Nach deiner Kontaktaufnahme kümmerte sich unser Support um eine umgehende Freischaltung deines Kontos. Nach circa einer Woche griff die automatische Sperre erneut, woraufhin ein Support-Kollege dir die immer noch offenen Rechnungen per E-Mail zukommen ließ. Seitdem haben wir nichts mehr von dir gehört und wir können die Beweggründe hinter deiner Bewertung nicht ganz nachvollziehen.
Bezüglich des erwähnten Upgrades deines Pakets liegt offenbar ein Missverständnis vor: Ursprünglich hattest du unser "Starter"-Paket gebucht, das eine monatliche Abrechnung mit sich bringt. Aufgrund der offenen Rechnungen wurde für dich ein Downgrade in unser Paket "Pro Versand" durchgeführt, dank dessen keine weiteren monatlichen Rechnungen erzeugt werden – in diesem Paket entstehen nämlich immer nur dann Kosten, wenn du einen Newsletter versendest.
