WISO MeinBüro Rechnungen is an online invoicing program, which allows you to create legally secure invoices via your browser or mobile app and to digitize receipts. WISO MeinBüro Rechnungen is optimized for founders, small business owners, freelancers and contractors. All data is stored on the multiply protected servers of Buhl Data Service GmbH in Germany and is subject to European data protection guidelines.

With WISO MeinBüro Rechnungen, you can create item lists, customer lists and suppliers lists. It is easy to create offers, convert them into invoices and generate accounting entries after payment is received using the customized DATEV Standard Chart of Accounts 03 and 04. Mandatory information is automatically added. Offers and invoices can be provided to customers online via the customer centre. Payment options such as PayPal, credit card or direct debit are available. With a linked bank account, WISO MeinBüro Rechnungen automatically balances open entries and the payee's account recievables. It is also possible to grant  access to WISO MeinBüro Rechnungen to your tax advisor or alternatively share tax-relevant data via DATEV export or DATEV cloud services interface. Furthermore, the VAT return can be sent directly to the tax office via the ELSTER interface.
