What did you like?

Luigi's Box immediately impressed us with its easy setup, rich configuration options and helpful technical support. It was no problem to adapt the system to our requirements, including individual customisation. We also greatly appreciate the detailed search statistics. Above all, we are happy for that our customers have an excellent search engine, and we have seen an increase in conversions and orders as a result.

What did you not like?

It is quite difficult to find any shortcomings as we are not missing any essential feature. It might be interesting to have a choice of several templates with different design elements, although it's not a problem to customize anything using css. It would be also great if the output html code could be edited directly in the administration, but that's not a problem for their willing tech support.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Sophisticated search engine with many features and excellent optimization. The whispering works perfectly, it can even handle typos and allows our customers to find the product they are looking for very quickly. Detailed usage statistics allow us to further adjust our product range according to the current customer interest and reveal our product gaps. Connecting to our e-shop works seamlessly, reactions to changes in the XML feed are snappy and an instant refresh can be made, which is useful when we want, for example, large price changes to appear immediately.

What did you not like?

I can't really think of any cons,the implementation was smooth, and the support team is always helpful and responsive.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Luigi's box is extremely helpful in finding what customers are looking for. Our customers often don't know exactly what the desired item is called within the industry, and the search is very helpful in selecting what the customer really wants.

The implementation time takes a long time but that is not a fault of the program, it just needs data you have to put in manually

Tracking what customers look for so we can implement new goods into our portfolio. Helping cusotmers finding what they need.

Since we started using Luigi's Box, we've seen it improve the UX on our website. We are pleased to see that: search has improved significantly, the administration is clear and intuitive, plus the Luigi's Box support team responds quickly and is always willing to help.

What did you not like?

Everything runs smoothly and works the way we need it to, with no issues at all.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It’s much easier to manage search, autocomplete, and product recommendations now. The dashboard is straightforward, and even my non-technical colleagues can make adjustments without any issues.

I'm glad that LB has enough settings - the search reports are very useful for us. Those insights help us understand our users' search behavior. In addition, the Luigi's Box customer support team stands out for their efficiency - they respond quickly and accurately.

What did you not like?

I have no complaints, we are very happy with Luigi's Box. I have no reason to switch to anything else right now.

What did you like?

Our users find the autocomplete feature particularly useful - this is especially for users who don't have a clear idea of what they're looking for. The autocomplete guides them to relevant texts, categories, or products.

What did you not like?

We are happy with Luigi's Box and recommend it. I don't see any struggles with product.

Hier passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Aktuell gibt es hier noch nichts was mir nicht gefällt.

Support. I was surprised how quickly Luigi's Box staff responded and resolved requests. The product ensures that we increase sales through both search and referral. The customer finds what he is looking for or is recommended the right product to purchase. Exceptionally good support. Fast, kind and professional.
