What is Factorial?

Factorial is an HR software designed to assist human resources professionals in completing administrative tasks. According to its three founders Jordi Romero, Bernat Farrero, and Pau Ramón, the goal is to make the management of HR processes as simple as possible in order to create more time for employees and to improve business decisions. Functions include absence and time tracking, payroll, digital personnel files, applicant management, employee onboarding, and performance. Factorial also offers an app for iOS and Android where employees can manage their absences, appointments, birthdays, and much more. The tool is now available in over 40 countries worldwide and can be used from 8 euros per employee.
