Wir nutzen HoorayHR jetzt schon eine Weile im Team und ich bin wirklich begeistert. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist super modern und intuitiv – man findet sich sofort zurecht, ohne dicke Handbücher zu lesen. Besonders die Urlaubsplanung und die Zeiterfassung sind bei uns jetzt viel unkomplizierter. Es spart einfach extrem viel Zeit, alles an einem Ort zu haben (auch die Dokumente). Die App für das Smartphone funktioniert auch tadellos. Kann ich jedem Unternehmen empfehlen, das weg von Zettelwirtschaft und komplizierten Tabellen möchte!

Bisher ist mir nichts Negatives aufgefallen. Die Software läuft stabil und tut genau das, was sie soll. Wenn es so bleibt, bin ich wunschlos glücklich

Vor HoorayHR war die Urlaubsplanung und das Tracken von Überstunden bei uns eher mühsam – vieles lief über Absprachen oder unübersichtliche Listen. Jetzt ist das Thema Transparenz gelöst. Ich sehe sofort, wie viele Tage ich noch habe und was mit meinen Überstunden ist. Es gibt kein langes Nachfragen mehr in der Personalabteilung, weil ich alle Infos selbst in der Tasche (App) habe

What I like best is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use, and that everything is brought together in one central place. It saves a lot of time and makes HR processes much more organized and efficient.

What I like less is that some features are still somewhat limited. However, I can always provide feedback, and where necessary this is taken up and further developed or integrated.

With HoorayHR, we mainly solve the issue of fragmented and time-consuming HR processes. Previously, things like leave requests, employee data, and onboarding were less centralised and required more manual work. By bringing everything together in one system, we now have much better overview and structure. Requesting and approving leave is faster and clearer, and important HR information is always easy to find in one place. The main benefits we have experienced are time savings, less administrative work, and improved communication within the team. In addition, it ensures that HR processes are more consistent and less error-prone.

Hooray ist ein wirklich gelungenes Tool für den Arbeitsalltag. Besonders überzeugt hat mich die übersichtliche und klar strukturierte Urlaubsverwaltung – man behält jederzeit den perfekten Überblick. Die Anwendung ist sehr intuitiv aufgebaut, sodass sich neue User schnell zurechtfinden und ohne großen Aufwand damit arbeiten können. Auch das Time-Tracking funktioniert zuverlässig und ist einfach zu bedienen. Insgesamt eine sehr benutzerfreundliche Lösung, die den Arbeitsalltag deutlich erleichtert.

Bisher ist mir nichts aufgefallen. Man kann sicher noch etwas optimieren aber das sieht man vermutlich erst wenn man Admin ist.

Mir gefällt das moderne Interface (sehr wohltuend, wenn man parallel auch noch mit Datev und Sales Force arbeiten muss). Außerdem wird Kundenfeedback aktiv verarbeitet. Dafür gibt es eigene Key Accounts. Fragen werden durch die integrierte Chatfunktion schnell und umfassend beantwortet.

What did you not like?

Man merkt: Es ist eine junge Software. Noch nicht alles ist von Anfang an dabei. Aktuell fehlt mir noch ein Modul zur Reisekostenberechnung inklusive Tagespauschalen.

Alle täglichen HR-Aufgaben werden geräteübergreifend erledigt (besonders Abwesenheiten). Das Dashboard liefert einen soliden Überblick über die Arbeitswoche. Die sehr gute mobile App hilft auch unterwegs, alle Aufgaben im Blick zu behalten.

Aus meiner Sicht ist es vor allem die einfache Nutzung. Man muss sich nicht groß damit beschäftigen wenn man etwas nachschauen oder ändern will, geht das in wenigen Klicks. Es ist nicht überladen, was es im Alltag deutlich angenehmer macht und besser als andere Tools.

It doesnt cover every edge case. If you have very specific internal workflows, you might need to adjust how you work a bit.

I’m really happy with HoorayHR as my HR tool. My administrative tasks are now managed in one place, leave budgets are clear and there is one place for all the HR documentation. Further more I really like the Workflows feature, where I can create HR tasks that need to be done.

What did you not like?

Hooray is easy to use and the team is happy to contribute ideas. Feedback is handled extremely well. It is a tool that can grow with your organisation, and the support is also excellent. At the moment, there is nothing I have encountered that I don't like.

Saving time on repetitive tasks is incredibly important to me in this regard. In addition, the leave budget is calculated correctly and I have one place for all HR documentation. What did you like?

Wir nutzen das vor allem, um unsere Mitarbeiterdaten und Abläufe sauber zu organisieren. Früher lief vieles über einzelne Listen oder Zuruf, jetzt ist alles gebündelt. Man sieht direkt was offen ist und muss nicht ständig hinterher sein. Daher ist Hooray nicht mehr wegzudenken!

Tatsächlich ist uns überhaupt nichts negatives aufgefallen. Daher kann ich hier auch nichts negatives reinschreiben.

What did you like?

In der Gebäudereinigung hat man viele Mitarbeitende mit unterschiedlichen Einsatzzeiten, da kann schnell der Überblick verloren gehen. Dank Hooray sehe ich sofort wer wann im Urlaub ist und habe alle wichtigen Infos an einem Ort und von überall und kann jederzeit, ganz einfach darauf blicken .

Für sehr individuelle Einsatzzeiten muss man teilweise etwas anpassen, was bei uns aber nicht unbedingt notwendig ist. Ansonsten alles super.

Ich habe deutlich weniger Rückfragen im Team und weniger Aufwand. Die Planung läuft ruhiger und strukturierter, was bei uns extrem wichtig ist. Insgesamt daher definitiv sehr zu empfehlen!

What did you like?

From a developer’s perspective, I like that I dont have to think too much about it. When I need to check my remaining vacation days or upload a document, its quick and straightforward. It doesnt feel like a heavy system you have to learn first.

What did you not like?

It’s not super flexible if you expect advanced features or deep customization. But honestly, for everyday use, that simplicity is also part of the advantage.

What did you like?

What I like is that it doesnt demand much attention. You set things up once and then it just works in the background. Time off requests, employee info, documents. Everything is where you expect it to be. Its simple enough that no one in the team avoids using it.

What did you not like?

Its not the most flexible tool if you want to build very specific workflows or detailed reporting. You sometimes have to adjust your way of working a bit.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I dont have to chase people for basic information anymore. Fewer messages, fewer reminders, less back and forth. It keeps things organized without adding extra work, which is exactly what we needed.

What I like most is how easy it is to keep basic HR information organized . Employee data, time off requests and documents are all in one place, which makes daily management much smoother. The system feels straightforward and doesnt require a lot of training for the team.

What did you not like?

Some areas could offer a bit more flexibility if you want to customize workflows. Its clearly designed with simplicity in mind, which works well for us but might feel limiting in more complex setups.

Mir gefällt vor allem, dass viele Sachen einfach zentral geregelt sind. Früher musste ich für Mitarbeiterdaten oder Urlaubsstände mehrere Orte durchsuchen aber jetzt sehe ich das alles in wenigen Klicks. Die Oberfläche ist auch sehr gut aufgebaut, man fndet sich schnell zurecht.

What I like most is that it doesnt try to reinvent HR, it just makes it manageable. We can store employee information, track time off and keep documents organized without overcomplicating things. The layout is clean, and you dont need hours of training to understand how it works.

What did you not like?

If you are looking for very advanced analytics or deeply customizable workflows, you might find it a bit limited. Its clearly designed with simplicity in mind.

What I appreciate most is that its simple enough that people dont avoid it. We have tried tools before that looked powerful but were too complicated for daily use. With HoorayHR, our team actually logs in, checks their time off, uploads documents and keeps things updated without constant reminders.

What did you not like?

If you are running a large enterprise with layered approval chains and highly customized rules, you might outgrow it.

Für mich ist der größte Vorteil, dass endlich alles an einem Ort ist. Keine Listen mehr, keine verstreuten Dokumente. Wenn jemand Urlaub einreicht oder ich etwas nachschauen muss, finde ich es sofort. Das System ist nicht kompliziert und man muss kein HR Profi sein, um es zu verstehen.
