Glücklicherweise wurde dieses Feature Ende des letzten Jahres eingeführt, und wir konnten es erfolgreich in unsere internen Abläufe integrieren. Auch wenn wir etwas länger darauf warten mussten, sind wir froh, dass HoorayHR das 360-Grad-Feedback-Feature nun eingeführt hat.

The personal contact with the company, the user friendly interface, the integration possibilities. Feedback is valued and taken to heart.

What did you not like?

The company is big on ambition but also young in comparison to other HR systems. This means still room for development. But the older systems are also a lot less scaleable and personal, so they make up for this a 100%. It depends on your company needs, but a modern system is what you get with HoorayHR for sure.

What did you like?

By using HoorayHR all HR processes within the company are streamlined, simple and easy to understand for managers and employees to use. The interface is very intuitive, so every type of user is capable of using it from the moment they start using it. No training, no heavy onboarding, no hr manager that needs to help you. If you care about your employees but also never want to lose track of your HR administration; HoorayHR is the way to go.

What did you not like?

HoorayHR is a must have, so I dislike that big corporates/companies can not easily implement HoorayHR in their way of work because the platform is built for 'smaller teams'. That's a shame.. because if you have worked with HoorayHR before, going back to another system feels like a huge step back

Creating common knowledge about HR processes, keeping track of employee data in an easy and simple way. Not losing files or sheets. Have everything in one place. Being able to do HR tasks myself, also when the company grows and different types of processes need to be streamlined for the company.

We are able to manage leave & absence in just one click. We initially thought only using this feature, but when starting using Hooray we also noticed that we are able to save performance dialogues and even thinks as overtime!

What did you not like?

We would like to use the expense feature, how ever until now it's very limited and not yet fulfilling our wishes. We discussed it with Hooray and we are looking for solutions.

Hooray is helping us giving more overview and control for our HR part. As we don't have a dedicated HR department this is a very easy tool where you can divide tasks to each user.

What did you like?

HoorayHR provides a place where you can keep all of your HR data in one place and arrange your processes efficiently. Their customer support is very responsive and helpful. Working with HoorayHR saves me a lot of time, and my colleagues like it too. The implementation is easy, the platform is very pragmatic and therefore easy to use for HR professionals, leaders and employees in general.

What did you not like?

The downside is that the variety in user roles you can appoint to a user are limited to admin, teamlead or "normal" user. So you won't be able to give permission to selected parts of your system for e.g. project leaders, finance or office management.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

By implementing HoorayHR we have solved the issue of storing files and information in different places. We have significantly cut back on administrative workload and were able to further professionalize and structure our internal processes like onboarding, contract management, performance management, registration of holidays, sickleave and declarations.

What did you like?

HoorayHR is perfect for small to medium sized companies. We use it at a company of 15 employees. It's extremely user friendly for both employees and employers. The thing I'm most exited about is their customer service. They respond to chats within minutes (if not within a minute) and are always super helpful.

What did you not like?

They build almost everything themselves which is a big plus, but that can also mean that new features can take a little longer to be developed.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

The 3 features I use most are leave, contracts and salary mutations. Leave because I can now easily see how many hours colleagues still have left, but also If a colleague needs pregnancy leave it's very easy to add that budget to their profile. I love how the contracts feature reminds me which contracts need renewal. Lastly, the salary mutations. This is a export file of all the mutations that happened over a certain time span. This way I can just export the file and send it to payroll.

Very interesting range of HR-services (leave admin, expense reports, and feedback & performance) on a very user-friendly platform, and with very responsive and supportive customer services!

What did you not like?

The only improvement I would like is ability to use different currencies - at the moment it only supports expense reports in EUR, where a part of our team is based in the UK with expenses in GBP, but we have been told that that is on the roadmap.

We use HoorayHR for Leave management & availability (holiday leave, bank holidays, special purpose short leave, sick leave, et cetera, which is especially important as we are hybrid working organization, which also has fully remote teams in some countries), Expense reports & travel expenses approvals and reporting, Performance Management & 360 degree feedback, and as basic HRMS for employment contract management, birthday reminders, and contact details (incl. in case of emergency). All in one easy to use web-platform and mobile app.

Uns gefällt die intuitive und übersichtliche Oberfläche der Software sehr gut, die es uns und unseren Mitarbeitern einfach macht HoorayHR zu nutzen. Außerdem hat HoorayHR einen sehr guten Support, der meistens in kürzester Zeit antwortet und schnell eine Lösung findet. Die Vielzahl an Integrationen macht es sehr einfach HoorayHR an die existierende Applikations-Landschaft anzubinden und es so kann man schnell anfangen die Software operativ zu nutzen.

Wir hätten sehr gerne ein HR-Tool mit integriertem ATS gewählt. Jedoch haben wir gelernt, dass HoorayHR auch diverse Integrationen mit ATS-Anbietern hat und schnell ist uns bewusst geworden, dass dies eine super Alternative ist.

Hooray is a very easy to use and a very clear HR tool for a primary HR processes (holiday planning, illness reports, employee contract management, etc). It's user friendly both for end-users (employees) as well as for HR employees. The user friendliness applies both for the website interface as well as for the mobile app version. Also functionality to see all personal mutations (residential address changes, bank account changes, etc) made in a certain period is very convenient. The Hooray support chat is always present to answer your support questions.

What did you not like?

No anything big to mention. One thing, in The Netherlands we have several dayoff schema's for people with newborns. In the application of these schema's to employees, there are sometimes a few illogical interventions needed in regards to there workschema's and the way the right number of days is calculated from the balances.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Before Hooray we were used to have all HR data in a couple of Excel files. Now with Hooray we have all data in one (secure) place, accessible for all employees. With this, it reduces workload of HR employees, is less error prone, and gives more insights for employees in their HR files, and for example their vacation balances.

Hooray is easy to use both in the webpage as well as in the android. The look and feel is nice and modern. The team is very friendly too.

What did you not like?

I have had experiences where the helpdesk could be a little faster in replying and helping out.

If we would not use HoorayHR we would use a bunch of different excel sheets and documents and perhaps not update it in the right way. With HoorayHR it is simple and fast and clear for everyone.

Außerdem ist der Support von HoorayHR richtig schnell und immer offen für Verbesserungsvorschläge. Ein paar unserer Ideen haben sie sogar schon umgesetzt, was das Tool ständig besser macht. Kurz gesagt: Wir sind mega happy, dass wir HoorayHR nutzen!

Eigentlich gibt's nichts Großes zu meckern, aber es wäre super, wenn es noch mehr fertige Workflow-Vorlagen gäbe. Die fürs Onboarding ist schon echt hilfreich, und sowas ähnliches fürs Offboarding wäre auch spitze.
