Viele Programme wirken am Anfang gut und werden mit der Zeit umständlich. Bei HoorayHR war das bei uns anders. Auch nach längerer Nutzung finden wir uns schnell zurecht und die wichtigsten Funktionen sind ohne langes Suchen erreichbar.

Es wäre praktisch, wenn man einzelne Übersichten noch etwas individueller anordnen könnte. Je nach Arbeitsweise hat jeder andere Prioritäten.

Da sich viele Aufgaben im Personalbereich wiederholen gefällt mir sehr, dass wir nicht jedes Mal neu anfangen müssen. Informationen sind bereits vorhanden, Dokumente liegen an der richtigen Stelle und bestimmte Abläufe laufen deutlich geordneter ab als früher.

Statt jedes Mal neu überlegen zu müssen, haben wir feste Abläufe und eine zentrale Stelle für die wichtigsten Informationen. Dadurch geht weniger unter und vieles läuft strukturierter ab.

Mir gefällt besonders der Kundensupport von HoorayHR. Man bekommt zuerst oft eine Antwort von der KI, und die ist inzwischen wirklich gut. Früher war das noch nicht immer so hilfreich, aber das hat sich deutlich verbessert. Wenn die Frage doch grösser ist, kommt man trotzdem schnell zu einer echten Person. Bei einer längeren Frage wurde bei uns sogar direkt ein Meeting mit einem Customer Support Manager geplant. Das hat uns sehr geholfen, weil wir das Thema nicht über zehn Nachrichten klären mussten.

Ein kleiner Punkt sind manche deutschen E-Mails. Teilweise wirken sie etwas komisch übersetzt oder enthalten kleine Rechtschreibfehler. Das ist kein großes Problem für die Nutzung, aber es fällt auf, weil die Software selbst sonst sehr ordentlich wirkt. Gerade im deutschen Markt wäre es gut, wenn auch diese Kommunikation noch sauberer wird.

HoorayHR macht den Einstieg deutlich einfacher. Man muss nicht erst lange Schulungen planen, weil vieles im Tool logisch aufgebaut ist. Wenn doch Fragen entstehen, gibt es guten Support und schnelle Hilfe. Dadurch können wir HR-Prozesse wie Onboarding, Dokumente und Abwesenheiten besser selbst organisieren. Es fühlt sich weniger nach klassischem HR-System an und mehr nach einem Tool, das wirklich im Arbeitsalltag hilft.

What did you like?

HoorayHR ist für uns schon jetzt sehr einfach zu nutzen. Mitarbeiterdaten, Abwesenheiten und Dokumente sind an einem Ort und man findet sich schnell zurecht. Besonders spannend finde ich aber die neuen KI-Funktionen, die gerade kommen. Ich habe gehört, dass es einen Meeting-Bot geben wird, mit dem HR-Gespräche besser dokumentiert werden können. Das kann im Alltag viel Zeit sparen, wenn man nicht alles manuell mitschreiben muss. Auch der geplante MCP-Server klingt für unsere IT-Abteilung sehr interessant, weil HoorayHR dadurch noch besser in unsere Systemlandschaft passen kann.

What did you not like?

Die Datenschnittstelle DATEV ist für uns sehr wichtig, aber aktuell noch nicht perfekt. Soweit ich es verstehe, geht sie im Moment vor allem in eine Richtung. Für unsere Prozesse wäre es besser, wenn Änderungen künftig auch zurück synchronisiert werden. Gut finde ich aber, dass daran gearbeitet wird und dass HoorayHR offen mit solchen Punkten umgeht. Man merkt, dass das Produkt noch weiter wächst.

Wir haben deutlich mehr Überblick über unsere HR-Themen. Informationen liegen nicht mehr verteilt in Tabellen, Mails oder Ordnern. Das spart uns im Alltag viele Rückfragen. Gleichzeitig habe ich das Gefühl, dass HoorayHR nicht stehen bleibt, sondern sich in Richtung Automatisierung und KI weiterentwickelt. Für uns ist das wichtig, weil HR dadurch nicht nur ordentlicher wird, sondern auch moderner und effizienter.

After working for many years with another HR system, I was looking for a platform for my new employer, Rootnet, that was intuitive, easy to use, and would genuinely add value for both employees and managers. HoorayHR delivers exactly that. The platform aligns well with the needs of a modern organization. Processes such as onboarding, employee administration, leave requests, and performance management are easy to navigate and don't require extensive training. The user experience is clean, logical, and accessible, which has helped drive adoption throughout the organization. What truly sets HoorayHR apart, however, is the support. With many SaaS solutions, you're often left searching through endless FAQs, automated responses, or support portals when you have a question. With HoorayHR, you actually get access to real people who are knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to think along with you. A special thank you to Nicolette and the support team, who consistently provide professional, personal, and solution-oriented assistance. That combination of great technology and genuine human support is rare to find—and exactly why I enjoy working with HoorayHR.

What did you not like?

There are still some features and integrations that are being developed, which means not everything is available yet or works as seamlessly as you might expect. As HoorayHR is continuously evolving, there are occasions where you notice that certain functionalities are still maturing. That said, this has not been a major concern for us. The HoorayHR team is very transparent about their product roadmap, communicates clearly about upcoming developments, and sets realistic expectations regarding timelines. It's refreshing to work with a provider that is honest about what is available today and what is planned for the future. Rather than seeing this as a drawback, I would describe it as a growing platform with an active development team that continuously invests in improvements based on customer feedback. The openness around future releases and the willingness to listen to customer needs gives confidence that the platform will continue to evolve in the right direction.

Its easy to stay on top of things without putting extra time into it. Employee details, documents and basic HR info are all easy to access and nothing feels hidden or complicated. Even people who dont use it often can find their way around quickly.

What did you not like?

Its not the best fit for very detailed setups or highly specific processes. You are mostly working within its standard structure.

Wir nutzen HoorayHR jetzt schon eine Weile im Team und ich bin wirklich begeistert. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist super modern und intuitiv – man findet sich sofort zurecht, ohne dicke Handbücher zu lesen. Besonders die Urlaubsplanung und die Zeiterfassung sind bei uns jetzt viel unkomplizierter. Es spart einfach extrem viel Zeit, alles an einem Ort zu haben (auch die Dokumente). Die App für das Smartphone funktioniert auch tadellos. Kann ich jedem Unternehmen empfehlen, das weg von Zettelwirtschaft und komplizierten Tabellen möchte!

Ich sehe sofort, wie viele Tage ich noch habe und was mit meinen Überstunden ist. Es gibt kein langes Nachfragen mehr in der Personalabteilung, weil ich alle Infos selbst in der Tasche (App) habe

What I like best is how easy and intuitive the platform is to use, and that everything is brought together in one central place. It saves a lot of time and makes HR processes much more organized and efficient.

What did you not like?

What I like less is that some features are still somewhat limited. However, I can always provide feedback, and where necessary this is taken up and further developed or integrated.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

With HoorayHR, we mainly solve the issue of fragmented and time-consuming HR processes. Previously, things like leave requests, employee data, and onboarding were less centralised and required more manual work. By bringing everything together in one system, we now have much better overview and structure. Requesting and approving leave is faster and clearer, and important HR information is always easy to find in one place. The main benefits we have experienced are time savings, less administrative work, and improved communication within the team. In addition, it ensures that HR processes are more consistent and less error-prone.

Hooray ist ein wirklich gelungenes Tool für den Arbeitsalltag. Besonders überzeugt hat mich die übersichtliche und klar strukturierte Urlaubsverwaltung – man behält jederzeit den perfekten Überblick. Die Anwendung ist sehr intuitiv aufgebaut, sodass sich neue User schnell zurechtfinden und ohne großen Aufwand damit arbeiten können. Auch das Time-Tracking funktioniert zuverlässig und ist einfach zu bedienen. Insgesamt eine sehr benutzerfreundliche Lösung, die den Arbeitsalltag deutlich erleichtert.

What did you not like?

Bisher ist mir nichts aufgefallen. Man kann sicher noch etwas optimieren aber das sieht man vermutlich erst wenn man Admin ist.

Benutzerfreundlichkeit: Die Oberfläche ist modern und so intuitiv, dass neue Mitarbeiter kaum eine Einweisung brauchen. Die Self-Service-App für das Team ist Gold wert. Onboarding-Workflows: Man kann strukturierte Prozesse anlegen, damit kein Schritt (vom Laptop-Versand bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung) vergessen wird. Das macht einen sehr professionellen Eindruck bei neuen Kollegen. Abwesenheitsmanagement: Urlaubsanträge und Krankmeldungen sind mit zwei Klicks erledigt. Die automatische Berechnung von Urlaubsansprüchen spart der Personalabteilung massiv Zeit. Dokumentenverwaltung: Alles liegt sicher und DSGVO-konform an einem Ort. What did you like?

Mir gefällt das moderne Interface (sehr wohltuend, wenn man parallel auch noch mit Datev und Sales Force arbeiten muss). Außerdem wird Kundenfeedback aktiv verarbeitet. Dafür gibt es eigene Key Accounts. Fragen werden durch die integrierte Chatfunktion schnell und umfassend beantwortet.

What did you not like?

Man merkt: Es ist eine junge Software. Noch nicht alles ist von Anfang an dabei. Aktuell fehlt mir noch ein Modul zur Reisekostenberechnung inklusive Tagespauschalen.

Alle täglichen HR-Aufgaben werden geräteübergreifend erledigt (besonders Abwesenheiten). Das Dashboard liefert einen soliden Überblick über die Arbeitswoche. Die sehr gute mobile App hilft auch unterwegs, alle Aufgaben im Blick zu behalten.

Aus meiner Sicht ist es vor allem die einfache Nutzung. Man muss sich nicht groß damit beschäftigen wenn man etwas nachschauen oder ändern will, geht das in wenigen Klicks. Es ist nicht überladen, was es im Alltag deutlich angenehmer macht und besser als andere Tools.

What I like is that it keeps things simple. You dont need to spend time figuring out where things are employee info, documents and basic records are all easy to access. It feels practical rather than overengineered, which fits our daily work much better.

What did you not like?

It is not built for very complex setups. If you need highly customized workflows or detailed configurations, you might run into some limitations.

Day work feels more organized because information is always where you expect it to be. We spend less time checking things twice or asking around, which makes everything run a bit smoother overall.
