Before one can really effectively do a conversion optimization, it is important to ask the right questions.   • Who are the target customers? Conversion optimization always requires a certain amount of personalization. Knowing which types of customers are to be targeted is extremely important. Otherwise, the measures would be like shooting in the dark.
