PIA, der KI-Assistent, ist ein Gamechanger: einfach eine Frage stellen und sofort datenbasierte Antworten aus echten Kundenstimmen bekommen; wird auch immer proaktiver. Die Insights sind nicht abstrakt, sondern direkt umsetzbar für Produktentwicklung und Marketingkampagnen. Aus dem Alltag unserer Teams nicht mehr wegzudenken.
What did you not like?
Der Funktionsumfang ist auf den ersten Blick kleiner als der der Wettbewerber. Es bestehen noch nicht zu allen Marktplätzen Integrationen. Aber das Produkt wird spürbar stetig weiterentwickelt, das Team implementiert neue Integrationen etc. sehr schnell, und PIA der AI Agent macht vieles wett!
