What did you like?
Neben den klassischen CRM Funktionen bietet Keap gute Funktionen im Marketing. Wir benutzen als online shop woo commerce und hier gibt es beispielsweise ein Plugin das die Integration extrem einfach macht. Im Bereich Landing-Pages gibt es viele gute Templates und Vorlagen die anpassbar sind.
What did you not like?
Funktionell gibt es eigentlich nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen. Wir haben zwar bei heute nicht gefunden wie und ob es Keap in Deutsch gibt – ist uns aber auch egal. Keap ist nicht günstig aber wegen der vielen Marketing Funktionen ist der Preis fair. Was nicht passt ist das es im Preismodell die Anzahl der Kontakte eine Rolle spielt.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Inbound Marketing Automation insbesondere über einzelne LandingPages und in Kombination mit unserem WordPress und WooCommerce Shop. E-Mail Marketing Funktionen probieren wir gerade aus. Die Templates helfen und sind ein echter Mehrwert von Keap.
