What is Clarabridge CX Social (formerly Engage)?

Clarabridge Engage has undergone two name changes in recent years. The software became known as Engago and after being acquired by Clarabridge, it became CX Social. Today, the engagement tool is known as Clarabridge Engage and helps to keep an eye on customer communication via social media. Messages from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp & Co. are centrally collected and analyzed for their content. This allows the marketing team to quickly respond to cries for help or complaints. At the same time, the complete communication history across all channels with the customers is visible. Of course, you can also respond directly via Clarabridge Engage.

What is Zoho Social?
Zoho Social is a Social Media Management Software that allows businesses to control and manage their presence and posts on social media. Users can create their own publishing schedules and content calendars. They can also use custom reports to analyze their performance on social networks. The pricing structure is divided between individuals or businesses and agencies. The former can use the standard package for €10 per month and the professional package for €25 per month. Agencies can choose between the ‘Agency‘ package for €200 per month and the ‘Agency Plus‘ package for €300 per month.
