What did you like?

Workmotion made it possible for me to continue the job I love while working abroad. The process was easy and I get fast & attentive support for any topics coming up while adjusting to this new situation in a new country.

What did you not like?

Up until now I haven't made any negative experiences. Every now and then it would be nice to be able to connect a face/a person and have a check-in via call in the beginning, but that's nothing major.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Being able to work for a German company while living in Spain wasn't easy before, workmotion made it possible to make this an "correct" process so that I can be officially registered and contracted in Spain without huge effort & costs for my employer or me.

Am besten hat uns gefallen, dass WorkMotion auf alle Fragen sehr schnell eingeht und gemeinsam nach Lösungen gesucht wird. Der Kundenservice ist sehr freundlich und Kundenorientiert.

What did you not like?

Nicht alle Wünsche können durch die örtlichen arbeitsrechtlichen Vorgaben abgebildet werden. Aber WorkMotion ist bemüht darum, gemeinsam nach praktikablen Lösungen zu suchen.

Ein Mitarbeiter zieht nach Polen und das Unternehmen und kann mit WorkMotion rechtlich korrekt von dort aus für das Unternehmen arbeiten.

What did you like?

the Webversion is easy to use. Also, the support was good and helpful. No hiding behind standard phrases but giving usfull answers.

What did you not like?

Working as an employee of record means, that you have to wait for reimbursement. thats not directly about workmotion but about the construct itself.

What did you like?

WorkMotion has a very good support. The response time is low. It is easy too use. Wishes of useres are taken sereously.

What did you not like?

Complicated issues like debugging an data update problem could be processed a bit faster, although it was still quite good.

Employing workers worldwide without worring about compling to local juristriction.

Workmotion is always aware of the needs of its employees and has a support team willing to help. Response times are acceptable and they always communicate to announce the status of incidents.

What did you not like?

Being remote and a geographically distributed company, sometimes it may have processes that are not appropriate for all needs. Beyond this, they always send surveys to find out how to improve and apply the suggestions.

I had to make changes to be able to manage my personal documentation more effectively. They always solved my problems.

What did you like?

Prinzipiell finde ich das Konzept gut, dass WorkMotion die Möglichkeit gibt direkt in anderen Ländern anzustellen (haben zwei Produkte: Work Direct und das Standardprodukt: Employer or Record), ohne dass man über einen Drittanbieter die Mitarbeitenden im Land anstellt sondern direkt selbst der Vertragspartner ist. Somit haben die Mitarbeitenden in anderen Ländern auch direkt die Vertragsbeziehung mit dem eigenen Unternehmen, welches wertgeschätzt wird

What did you not like?

Der Kundenservice ist bedingt responsive und leider sind die Wachstumsschmerzen von WorkMotion erheblich zu spüren. Die erste Gehaltsabrechnung war 1,5 Monate zu spät. Leider ein absolutes No-Go wenn man Mitarbeitende pünktlich bezahlen möchte.

Mitarbeitende in verschiedenen Ländern ordentlich anstellen. Dies machen wir zum einen über das Standardprodukt (Employer of Record) und zum anderen über das spezielle Produkt Work Direct, welches uns befähigt direkt in anderen Ländern Personen einzustellen ohne eine Legaleinheit Vorort zu eröffnen.
