Besonders bei der Urlaubsverwaltung wäre eine übersichtlichere Darstellung von Urlaubssaldo, bereits eingereichten Anträgen und dem aktuellen Genehmigungsstatus hilfreich. Auch detailliertere Benachrichtigungen bei Änderungen des Antragsstatus könnten den Prozess verbessern. So wäre man immer informiert, ohne die Plattform regelmäßig manuell überprüfen zu müssen. Insgesamt sind dies eher kleinere Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, da meine Erfahrungen mit WorkMotion bisher überwiegend positiv sind.

Guter Support mittels E-Mail. Es wurde sehr schnell reagiert und gut auf meine Anfragen eingegangen. Da war wohl noch ein Mensch auf der anderen Seite was heute selten geworden ist.

Die Identitätsverifikation war sehr langwierig und bedurfte mehrerer Anläufe. Hier wäre ein Onboarding Call besser.

Additionally, the salaries were correctly paid, and all procedures were adopted according to local work law. You will also find that their web portal works well, letting you manage time off, support interactions, and travel expenses.

There can be few compensation options in certain markets for EOR employees. For example, paying the meal allowance with a meal card, stock options, health insurance, etc. When this happens, you have to use the gross salary, which results in higher taxes, and lower net amounts in the employee's bank account.

There is no multisport card offer in Slovakia where I live. I have asked about this repeatedly, but they don't seem to be interested. Their vacation system is not connected to the one of my employer's.

I can be employed by my former employer without him having any company in Slovakia. For me the whole process is transparent, I don't need to do anything.
