I like the personalized treatment per country. For example Workmotion contacts me about cases which are very specific to the country I am working in, and executes all these special rules and labor law shenanigans in a very clear and convenient way.

Log in process is cumbersome. One-time password is required in every login and there is no way to have an open session.

Great platform and excellent service! Everything is handled efficiently, and the support team is always there when you need them. I am very satisfied with my overall experience with WorkMotion.

The only minor drawback is that there isn't a physical office I can visit here in Puebla. Fortunately, this has never been an issue because their team is always quick to address and answer any questions I have.

WorkMotion macht internationales Hiring deutlich einfacher. Die Plattform ist intuitiv aufgebaut und der Onboarding-Prozess ist klar strukturiert, wodurch auf HR-Seite viel Zeit gespart wird. Besonders positiv ist außerdem der Support. Fragen werden schnell beantwortet und meist sehr lösungsorientiert geklärt. Insgesamt nimmt WorkMotion viel Komplexität aus grenzüberschreitenden Anstellungen.

What did you not like?

Insgesamt ist die Erfahrung sehr positiv. An manchen Stellen könnten einzelne Prozessschritte etwas schneller sein oder mehr Transparenz über den aktuellen Status bieten. Gleichzeitig ist der Support jederzeit erreichbar und hilft schnell weiter, sodass das für uns bisher kein größeres Problem darstellt.

WorkMotion ermöglicht es uns, Mitarbeitende in Ländern einzustellen, in denen wir keine eigene rechtliche Einheit haben. Ohne eine Lösung wie diese wäre internationales Hiring deutlich komplexer und mit viel mehr administrativem Aufwand verbunden. Dadurch können wir international auf Talente zugreifen und gleichzeitig sicherstellen, dass alles rechtlich korrekt und compliant abläuft. Für unser HR-Team reduziert das den administrativen Aufwand erheblich und macht internationales Recruiting deutlich einfacher.

Mit WorkMotion löse ich das Problem, für ein deutsches Unternehmen zu arbeiten, während ich in einem anderen Land lebe. WorkMotion übernimmt alle rechtlichen, administrativen und abrechnungsbezogenen Themen, die sonst sehr komplex und zeitaufwendig wären. Der große Vorteil für mich ist, dass alles unkompliziert, digital und rechtssicher abläuft. Ich musste mich nicht um Verträge, Steuern oder Bürokratie kümmern und konnte mich voll auf meine Arbeit konzentrieren. Zusätzlich ist der Support schnell, freundlich und sehr zuverlässig, was das Ganze besonders angenehm macht.

What did you like?

If I could summarize three things that I like, here are the things: 1) Super convenient and straightforward to use software, no jargons or high technical words used in this apps. 2) Great UI: I love the UI and very convenient to my eyes. 3) Helping facilitate my job: I find it easy to submit my leave application and also can easily access my payroll info.

What did you not like?

I think it's lack of options to authenticate my account. At the moment i receive the code through email. I wish in future, they can allow me to authenticate via 2FA authenticator or through phone number for example.

It helps a lot in my leave/absence request, as well as to view my payroll from month to month.

WorkMotion's onboarding program is easy to follow. They supported me at every stage, from leaving my previous employer to joining them as an intermediary company.

What did you not like?

So far, I haven't found anything to complain about with WorkMotion. Of course, it's important to note that I only started using it a few months ago. Still, I don't feel there's anything negative I can say at this point.

I received a job offer from a foreign Austrian company, but I wasn't particularly interested in working for them as a contractor. WorkMotion turned out to be the ideal solution for both me and the company, allowing everything to come together smoothly.
