easy to access my personal account anytime anywhere. Using personal email and avoid company's IT process to access the account. On boarding process is fast and easy.

No apps on mobile (iOS). I need to login through safari in order to access my account. The salary information on landing page make it too easy being expose to others

Very efficient in every proccess and very quick answering questions. I work remotely from Spain and workmotion allows me to handle every aspect, including local regulations.

In fact, there is nothing I don't like. From the very beggining everything was as expected.

The giggest problem that a foreingn remote worker needs is to be able to work fullfilling all the local regulations, and in that aspect, Workmotion has a very expert team that makes it easy. Everything related to payslips working remotely from Spain and every aspect needed to work from another country is correctly solved.

Zu Beginn unserer Zusammenarbeit mit WorkMotion war die Integration zu Personio noch nicht ausgereift. Das ist allerdings in den letzten Monaten behoben worden und insbesondere das Abwesenheitsmanagement hat sich dadurch verbessert und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Wir nutzen WorkMotion als Employer of Record (EOR), um Mitarbeitende in anderen Ländern rechtssicher und unkompliziert beschäftigen zu können. WorkMotion übernimmt dabei die lokale Compliance, Gehaltsabrechnung und administrative Abwicklung und ermöglicht uns somit international zu wachsen, ohne eigene Gesellschaften im Ausland gründen zu müssen.

What did you like?
Workmotion has great support. They're fast, competent, and help you effectively. They can attend personalised requests, where you ask for specific documents, for example, quickly and correctly. Additionally, the salaries were correctly paid, and all procedures were adopted according to local work law. You will also find that their web portal works well, letting you manage time off, support interactions, and travel expenses.
What did you not like?
There can be few compensation options in certain markets for EOR employees. For example, paying the meal allowance with a meal card, stock options, health insurance, etc. When this happens, you have to use the gross salary, which results in higher taxes, and lower net amounts in the employee's bank account.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I use it as an EOR. It allows someone to be hired by foreigh company, without national presence, but with a local employment contract. Workmotion handles that process with great competence.

The support team responds within a day usually. They really do the research, the laws in Slovakia are pretty hard to navigate. Booking time off is easy on their Platform.
What did you not like?
There is no multisport card offer in Slovakia where I live. I have asked about this repeatedly, but they don't seem to be interested. Their vacation system is not connected to the one of my employer's.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I can be employed by my former employer without him having any company in Slovakia. For me the whole process is transparent, I don't need to do anything.

The thing I liked most was the quick responses I received during the onboarding process. The instructions for the forms and documents were very clear, which made it less complicated for me to go through as a user. I also appreciated that there were no hidden statements or rules that could be harmful.
Overall, it was a 10/10 experience.
What did you not like?
To be honest, I haven’t faced any issues while working with the Work Motion team. So far, I don’t have any dislikes or complaints from my side.

Mir gefällt vor allem, dass WorkMotion den ganzen Prozess rund um eine internationale Anstellung deutlich einfacher macht. Gerade wenn man in einem anderen Land sitzt als das eigentliche Unternehmen, ist es sehr hilfreich, dass Themen wie Vertrag, Payroll und Onboarding klar geregelt sind.
Die Kommunikation war bisher auch angenehm und unkompliziert. Ich wusste eigentlich immer, was als Nächstes passiert, und hatte nicht das Gefühl, mich durch alles selbst durchkämpfen zu müssen.
Außerdem finde ich gut, dass WorkMotion Remote Work über Ländergrenzen hinweg überhaupt so einfach möglich macht. Für mich hat das den Start in die neue Rolle auf jeden Fall entspannter gemacht.
What did you not like?
Was aus meiner Sicht noch etwas besser sein könnte, ist die Individualisierung der Verträge. Manche Punkte könnten vielleicht noch etwas genauer auf die persönliche Situation angepasst sein. Gleichzeitig verstehe ich aber auch, dass es je nach Land rechtliche Vorgaben gibt und nicht alles komplett flexibel gestaltet werden kann.

WorkMotion löst für mich vor allem das Problem, dass eine Anstellung über Ländergrenzen hinweg sonst schnell kompliziert werden kann. ch nutze WorkMotion als Arbeitnehmer, da das deutsche Unternehmen, für das ich tätig war, keine eigene rechtliche Einheit in Italien hatte. Dank WorkMotion konnte ich mit einem italienischen Arbeitsvertrag angestellt werden und weiterhin für das Unternehmen arbeiten.
Der größte Vorteil für mich ist, dass WorkMotion grenzüberschreitende Beschäftigung einfach und unkompliziert ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus habe ich die Plattform und insbesondere den Support als sehr zuverlässig erlebt: Anfragen werden schnell bearbeitet und das Team ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dadurch verliefen administrative Prozesse für mich jederzeit reibungslos und stressfrei.

From beginning to end, Natalia supported m with all the information necessary and when there were topics that needed to be resolved, I always knew what the next steps and process were because I was kept informed and didn't need to follow up. They responded very quickly and also the platform itself is easy to use and follow.
