Great user experience, with personalised customer support, enabling me to work for a foreign company without them having a subsidiary in my country.

Lack of personalisation with the choice of insurance, and the default options include the minimal legal requirements (e.g. only covering 50% of the transport pass, and 50% of the health insurance), which is less favorable to the employee.

The possibility to work for a German company from Italy, the ease of the process, quick answers and best support from the whole team. Der große Vorteil für mich ist, dass alles unkompliziert, digital und rechtssicher abläuft. Ich musste mich nicht um Verträge, Steuern oder Bürokratie kümmern und konnte mich voll auf meine Arbeit konzentrieren. Zusätzlich ist der Support schnell, freundlich und sehr zuverlässig, was das Ganze besonders angenehm macht.

What did you like?

If I could summarize three things that I like, here are the things: 1) Super convenient and straightforward to use software, no jargons or high technical words used in this apps. 2) Great UI: I love the UI and very convenient to my eyes. 3) Helping facilitate my job: I find it easy to submit my leave application and also can easily access my payroll info.

What did you not like?

I think it's lack of options to authenticate my account. At the moment i receive the code through email. I wish in future, they can allow me to authenticate via 2FA authenticator or through phone number for example.

It helps a lot in my leave/absence request, as well as to view my payroll from month to month.

WorkMotion's onboarding program is easy to follow. They supported me at every stage, from leaving my previous employer to joining them as an intermediary company.

What did you not like?

So far, I haven't found anything to complain about with WorkMotion. Of course, it's important to note that I only started using it a few months ago. Still, I don't feel there's anything negative I can say at this point.

What did you like?

When working with workmotion all of the necesities are done remotely without any further need to pick up some letters or sign something in person. The whole onboarding and document provided was easy. When I'm in need for explaining something or providing some document f.e. for a bank it goes super quickly and sometimes I was surprised how fast some documents were provided.

What did you not like?

Not the worst thing, but sometimes it might be not the most useful solution, but I understand the complexity of the situation. In order to be reimbursed for some spendings they have to be submitted till 5th day of the month if you miss this deadline than it will take up to almost 2 months for those spendings to get reimbursed.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Whenever I'm in need of having some documents provided it goes really fast to get the full information back.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die reibungslose Abwicklung bei der Anstellung eines Mitarbeitenden in Portugal, der zuvor bereits in Deutschland bei uns beschäftigt war und dann ins Ausland gezogen ist. WorkMotion hat uns hier optimal unterstützt und den Übergang unkompliziert gestaltet. Die Plattform bietet einen klar strukturierten Prozess, der sowohl für unser HR-Team als auch für die Mitarbeitenden transparent und effizient ist. Gerade bei komplexeren Fällen wie Standortwechseln ins Ausland zeigt sich die Stärke des Tools: Es nimmt uns viele administrative Aufgaben ab und sorgt für eine rechtssichere Umsetzung.

Ein Punkt, der aus unserer Sicht noch verbessert werden könnte, ist die Transparenz in der Abstimmung vor Vertragsabschluss. Hier kam es im Nachgang zu einigen Unstimmigkeiten, die sich mit klareren Informationen im Vorfeld vermutlich hätten vermeiden lassen. Stichwort: Sozialversicherungsnummer vor Vertragsabschluss

What did you like?

The support was quick and efficient, the Workmotion staff is very helpful and the recruitment process was successfully closed swiftly. The platform is easy to use.

What did you not like?

There was a slight technical issue with the platform as I needed to input foreign data, which has been immediately addressed by the Workmotion IT team and solved in the following day. In the meantime, the support team took over the process and filled in forms on my behalf. Extremely helpful.
