Das Einreichen von Spesen (Expenses) und das Verwalten von Dokumenten wie den monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungen funktioniert absolut intuitiv und blitzschnell. Auch das anfängliche Onboarding lief komplett digital und ohne Medienbrüche ab. Der Support reagiert bei Fragen zu lokalen Verträgen extrem schnell und kompetent.

Die Benachrichtigungen laufen aktuell primär über E-Mail (z. B. wenn eine neue Gehaltsabrechnung da ist). Hier würde ich mir für die Zukunft eine direkte Integration in Tools wie Slack oder Microsoft Teams wünschen, damit man den Status direkt im täglichen Workspace sieht.

The platform is straightforward, intuitive, and very easy to use, and everything feels clear and well designed. Whenever I have needed support, the team has been helpful, responsive, and friendly. I work in Italy, and to onboard you have to do a medical exam. The only doctor WorkMotion allowed was one 1.5 h away, rather than a local doctor.
