The great and quick support. The information you get for each country. Overall it is a great service and a great product!!

There are only few days you get to pay the invoices. That sometimes is a little bit stressfull and reviewing takes time to search for the references.

Great user experience, with personalised customer support, enabling me to work for a foreign company without them having a subsidiary in my country.

What did you like?

Great platform and excellent service! Everything is handled efficiently, and the support team is always there when you need them. I am very satisfied with my overall experience with WorkMotion.

What did you not like?

The only minor drawback is that there isn't a physical office I can visit here in Puebla. Fortunately, this has never been an issue because their team is always quick to address and answer any questions I have.

What did you like?

The possibility to work for a German company from Italy, the ease of the process, quick answers and best support from the whole team. In these months I've needed support and asked for information about burocracy between Germany and Italy and I received help quickly. They solved the problem in one day and gave me the information I needed.

I didn't have bad experiences until now, I always received quick and helpful answers to my questions.

If I could summarize three things that I like, here are the things: 1) Super convenient and straightforward to use software, no jargons or high technical words used in this apps. 2) Great UI: I love the UI and very convenient to my eyes. 3) Helping facilitate my job: I find it easy to submit my leave application and also can easily access my payroll info.

I think it's lack of options to authenticate my account. At the moment i receive the code through email. I wish in future, they can allow me to authenticate via 2FA authenticator or through phone number for example.

When working with workmotion all of the necesities are done remotely without any further need to pick up some letters or sign something in person. The whole onboarding and document provided was easy. When I'm in need for explaining something or providing some document f.e. for a bank it goes super quickly and sometimes I was surprised how fast some documents were provided.

What did you not like?

Not the worst thing, but sometimes it might be not the most useful solution, but I understand the complexity of the situation. In order to be reimbursed for some spendings they have to be submitted till 5th day of the month if you miss this deadline than it will take up to almost 2 months for those spendings to get reimbursed.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Whenever I'm in need of having some documents provided it goes really fast to get the full information back.

What did you like?

The support was quick and efficient, the Workmotion staff is very helpful and the recruitment process was successfully closed swiftly. The platform is easy to use.

What did you not like?

There was a slight technical issue with the platform as I needed to input foreign data, which has been immediately addressed by the Workmotion IT team and solved in the following day. In the meantime, the support team took over the process and filled in forms on my behalf. Extremely helpful.

What did you like?

WorkMotion really is the all-in-one solution if you’re planning to work abroad. My payroll always arrives on time—never had a delay. I’m based in Spain and honestly have no clue how most of the bureaucracy works here, but their local experts take care of everything. I recently went on parental leave and it couldn’t have been easier. I just opened a ticket and it was all handled super quickly. After seeing how smooth it was for me, two of my friends decided to use WorkMotion too.

What did you not like?

Trust me when I say I have nothing to dislike about Workmotion. After 3 years of use I can't complain about any thing they are in charge of.

What did you like?

We chose WorkMotion to support our international new hire after initially considering WorkGlobal. We ultimately decided to go with a direct employment model for greater flexibility, and WorkMotion seamlessly stepped in to handle the transition. Their customer service team was responsive and helpful, especially when we needed a direct deposit refunded to our bank account rather than issued as a credit—they resolved it smoothly without complications. The platform is user-friendly, and the team has been great to work with.

What did you not like?

I had some confusion around how the payroll was handled initially when transitioning from WorkGlobal and WorkDirect, but it was made clearer once I expressed it. While I did have an orientation on it, I think the initial orientation should emphasize it more.

It allows us to hire international candidates and be compliant with local labor laws.

Any kind of questions are quickly resolved by the support, they're very proactive. Easy management of expenses and working time.

What did you not like?

Missing module for easy filling out of the time spent on business trips to simplify settlements e.g. of pocket money calculation.

I've been working with WorkMotion for 3 years now, and I've seen the platform improve over this time. I really appreciate that all their country-specific guides are up-to-date. They do a good job of working with the local Employer of Record if they do need a third party in certain countries.

What did you not like?

I haven't found anything specific that I disliked. They've generally handled things well whenever I raise a concern.

What did you like?

The WorkMotion platform is easy to use. Customer service is very reliable and fast. Every single case I have had in the last 3 years of using WorkMotion has been quickly solved. The process of submitting days off, certificates, or any other documents is well-implemented, and I use it frequently enough to say it works well.

What did you not like?

The time tracking feature isn't clear. Lack of possibility to view records of past months limits the ability to correct any errors. It is hard to modify the number of vacation days if it is greater than the number coming from the country regulations.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Thanks to WorkMotion, I can work for the company in one country while living in another EU country, where my employer doesn't have a branch. I can benefit from national regulations of the country I am living in and pay taxes there without being worried about tax policies in the country where my company is. WorkMotion makes working while traveling and living in different countries very easy.
