Gerade wenn man in einem anderen Land sitzt als das eigentliche Unternehmen, ist es sehr hilfreich, dass Themen wie Vertrag, Payroll und Onboarding klar geregelt sind. Die Kommunikation war bisher auch angenehm und unkompliziert. Ich wusste eigentlich immer, was als Nächstes passiert, und hatte nicht das Gefühl, mich durch alles selbst durchkämpfen zu müssen. Außerdem finde ich gut, dass WorkMotion Remote Work über Ländergrenzen hinweg überhaupt so einfach möglich macht. Für mich hat das den Start in die neue Rolle auf jeden Fall entspannter gemacht.

Dank WorkMotion konnte ich mit einem italienischen Arbeitsvertrag angestellt werden und weiterhin für das Unternehmen arbeiten. Der größte Vorteil für mich ist, dass WorkMotion grenzüberschreitende Beschäftigung einfach und unkompliziert ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus habe ich die Plattform und insbesondere den Support als sehr zuverlässig erlebt: Anfragen werden schnell bearbeitet und das Team ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
