What did you like?

Rippling brings HR, payroll and IT tools into one place, which makes it easy to manage employee data without jumping between different systems, The interface is clean and intutive, so most tasks - like updating information or approving requests can be completed quickly even for new users. Automation features help reduce manual work, especially for onboarding and routine admin tasks, which saves time for both managers and employees.

What did you not like?

Some workflows feel more complex than they need to be, and certain features require extra clicks or digging through menus to complete simple tasks. Integrations and modules don't always feel equally polished, which can lead to an uneven experience depending on which parts of the platform you use most. Customer support response times can occasionally be slower than expected, making it harder to resolve issues when you're on a tight timeline.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Rippling helps streamline several day-to-day tasks I handle as a software engineer. I primarily use it to submit and track my leave requests, which makes the process much faster and more transparent than relying on manual approvals. It also gives me an easy way to access my performance revies, goals, and company -related documents in one place. Overall, it reduces the amount of time I spend on administrative works so I can focus more on my actual engineering tasks.

What did you like?

Throughout my the past 7 months I have been using Rippling and found it to be a very versatile, reliable and straight-forward tool, with nice and clean UI.

What did you not like?

Rippling is an impressive all-in-one platform that simplifies HR, payroll, and IT management, but like any robust system, it has a few areas for improvement. The platform offers so many features that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for those new to HR software.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Rippling helps me streamline many of the time-consuming HR and administrative tasks in one place. It solves problems like managing payroll, onboarding new employees, tracking time off, and keeping employee data organized.

Hardware management their killer feature, Very helpful and informative support. The setup was easier than what we used before.

What did you not like?

While the interface is easy it looks somehow dated. It's a matter of taste but I think they can do better

What did you like?

I liked the fact that it was really easy to use and program the payments, not only the dates but also the accounts as well as the amount/percentage for each account. Also the time tracking was really helpful since it was really easy to setup the timer and check in and check out without to manually have to do all the entries.

What did you not like?

Rather than disliking, i would say that an aspect that could be improved in the platform could be to simplify the platform in a way that not all the tools are visible if they are not necessary/used by the user.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We were able to organize the team check in and check out, the way the payments were made and the easiness of setting up the payments and accounts which was really efficient and always on time.

What did you like?

I like the possibility of connecting with the HR team, the efficiency, and how fast everything works. Rippling is absolutely heading to the right direction when it comes to tracking paystubs, customer service or even the application itself.

What did you not like?

Lack of a direct message feature. Unfortunately it’s not as easy to communicate through the app itself.

I’m tracking all my pay stubs easily, no more messy pay stubs!

What did you like?

Rippling is a tool that allows you to track your pay, your leave requests, and also manage end-of-year evaluations. The tool also provides access to your company's continuing education documents. The interface is simple, all the information is easy to find, and the UX is really user-friendly.

What did you not like?

I don't like the two-factor authentication every time I connect. It makes the process longer.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Tracking my pay, requesting time off and track approval, downloading my pay slips, tracking training cycles, responding to quizzes sent by the company, responding to surveys...

What did you like?

Wenn ich weiß, wo ich hin muss, geht alles sehr schnell. Die Automatisierung spart enorm viel Zeit, und ich muss kaum noch jemandem hinterherlaufen, um einfache Aufgaben zu erledigen. Alles – von der Informationssuche bis zum Einreichen von Anträgen – funktioniert mit nur wenigen Klicks. Das HR-Team dürfte froh sein, dass ich es nicht mehr mitten in der Nacht auf der anderen Seite der Welt wecke.

What did you not like?

Es gibt ein paar kleine Macken in der Benutzeroberfläche und Unterschiede zwischen der App und der Web-Version. Das Spesenmodul könnte etwas mehr Liebe gebrauchen - ich habe meinem Team sogar eine eigene kleine Wissensdatenbank gebaut, um die Workarounds im Blick zu behalten.

What did you like?

I like rippling because of its Accuracy and reliability. Integration to other systems such as payroll and Scheduling time off. The use of employee self-service portal which allows me to securely access my pay slips, P60 and update personal information.

What did you not like?

I have not experienced any downside so far since using rippling. As noted above.

Rippling has been helping with Automated calculations that helps calculate wages accurately.

What did you like?

The best part of it is the support, which is always quick, helpful, and treats every case as if you don't understand anything about payroll, so there are no blind spots if you merge it with the intuitive UI and notification system you get a fully functional HR system.

What did you not like?

I'll be honest, until the moment, there wasn't a thing I disliked about Rippling.

What did you like?

The system is highly customizable. My stakeholders all have different steps, approval flows, and interview stages, and I can adjust those quickly without waiting for admin support. It gives me control to shape the hiring process around the reality of the business, not the other way around.

What did you not like?

Interview scheduling and pipeline-management still don’t feel as fluid as dedicated ATS platforms. It works, but it’s not as fast or intuitive for high-volume sourcing or complex interview loops. Also, reporting on recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, etc.)

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Centralizing hiring workflows across multiple teams with different processes. Before, every department had its own version of interview stages, document collection, and onboarding steps, which led to handoff gaps and repeated follow-ups. Rippling gives one source of truth, one place to track progress, and one place where stakeholders have to complete their part.

What did you not like?

The landing page is not so user friendly enough. That is the negative I have noticed so far.

I used Rippling for my holiday request and summary of my payslips. It has been beneficial because both payroll and time request are both on the same platform, compare to when we it was different companies.

What did you like?

To start with, how responsive the customer service team is when we have queries. It's also a very easy to use platform. It's also very useful that as employees we can manage our own info without needing constant HR support.

What did you not like?

The balances and structure of how some details show up can be very confusing/inaccurate. For example; the whole team had an issue with the number of holidays it shows on the balance after you have used some of them days. This was during the first few months of starting to use Rippling. To a point where most people overbooked when they did not have any holidays left, but it was not showing on the balance.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

On the HR side, onboarding new employees used to be very time consuming, and payroll required a lot of manual checks. Now, tasks like hiring, setting up devices, and running payroll happen automatically, reducing errors and saving the team hours each week. HR manager says we also have better visibility into employee data, benefits, and compliance

What did you not like?

Manchmal dauert das Laden einiger Seiten etwas länger, besonders bei vielen Datensätzen. Aber insgesamt ist das kein großes Problem.

Rippling hilft mir, HR-Prozesse und Gehaltsabrechnungen effizient zu verwalten. Früher war vieles manuell und unübersichtlich, jetzt läuft alles automatisiert und fehlerfrei. Es spart Zeit, reduziert Verwaltungsaufwand und sorgt für mehr Transparenz im Team.

What did you like?

The app is useful and incredibly easy to use both on desktop and mobile. I can send invoices and check when they're approved and follow the payment process day by day

What did you not like?

On mobile, the app doesn't show all the information I have on desktop. It misses the contractor hub which is the one I use the most

What did you like?

Ganz ehrlich, das Beste ist, dass alles an einem Ort ist. Ich bin froh, dass ich nicht mehr zwischen fünf verschiedenen Systemen hin- und herspringen muss. Die Software ist einfach wirklich simpel in der Anwendung. Das Design ist sauber, intuitiv und spart mir so unglaublich viel Zeit.

What did you not like?

Bisher ist mir nichts Negatives aufgefallen. Ich denke, der einzige Schmerzpunkt war die Migration der Daten von unserer alten Software zu Rippling – das hat leider nicht ganz reibungslos funktioniert.

Aktuell nutze ich Rippling, um meine Gehaltsabrechnungen zu prüfen, meinen Urlaub zu verwalten, Lerninhalte abzurufen, Meetings mit Managern zu buchen und vieles mehr.

What did you like?

This software has significantly reduced the administrative workload by automating tasks like payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. Thanks to software recruitment and onboarding modules, posting job openings, managing applications, and guiding new hires through the orientation process has become much easier.
