What did you like?
Rippling brings HR, payroll and IT tools into one place, which makes it easy to manage employee data without jumping between different systems, The interface is clean and intutive, so most tasks - like updating information or approving requests can be completed quickly even for new users. Automation features help reduce manual work, especially for onboarding and routine admin tasks, which saves time for both managers and employees.
What did you not like?
Some workflows feel more complex than they need to be, and certain features require extra clicks or digging through menus to complete simple tasks. Integrations and modules don't always feel equally polished, which can lead to an uneven experience depending on which parts of the platform you use most. Customer support response times can occasionally be slower than expected, making it harder to resolve issues when you're on a tight timeline.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Rippling helps streamline several day-to-day tasks I handle as a software engineer. I primarily use it to submit and track my leave requests, which makes the process much faster and more transparent than relying on manual approvals. It also gives me an easy way to access my performance revies, goals, and company -related documents in one place. Overall, it reduces the amount of time I spend on administrative works so I can focus more on my actual engineering tasks.

Mir gefällt, wie einfach ich meine Zahlungen und mein Gehalt einsehen kann. Das neue Update, das eine Integration der Lohnabrechnung mit Revolut und Wise ermöglicht, finde ich klasse. Es ist zudem sehr einfach, Urlaub zu beantragen und den Antrag an meinen Vorgesetzten weiterzuleiten.
What did you not like?
Es stört mich, dass ich gelegentlich abgemeldet werde; ich würde lieber dauerhaft eingeloggt bleiben. Früher konnte ich einen Zeitraum für den Zahlungseingang sehen (der anzeigte, wann das Geld voraussichtlich auf meinem Konto eingehen würde), doch diese Information ist jetzt nicht mehr verfügbar.

It's pretty streamlined in it's processes and worflows, on top of that it's also quite intuitive, I didn't encounter difficulties finding features I was looking for on the first go.
What did you not like?
customer support bottlenecks, you need to go through AI chatbot routines to get to a human representative.

Managing my PTO and sick time off on top of seeing the availability of my colleagues.

Rippling has helped us streamline payroll and HR processes by bringing multiple administrative tasks into one platform. It has reduced manual work, improved the accuracy of employee and payroll data, and made onboarding and employee record management more efficient.
The biggest benefits we've realized are increased operational efficiency, fewer administrative errors, faster processing times, and a better overall experience for both employees and administrators. Having key HR and payroll functions in one system has also improved visibility and simplified day-to-day operations.

What did you like?
The timesheet process is straightforward, intuitive, and easy to complete, making it quick to submit my hours without any confusion. I also really appreciate the notification feature, as it provides timely reminders for timesheet submissions and approvals, helping ensure deadlines are not missed. Overall, it makes the process efficient and user-friendly.
What did you not like?
The user interface could be improved by making the page layouts and views more consistent. At times, the coexistence of both the new and old views can be confusing, making it difficult to navigate or locate certain features. A more unified and intuitive design, with a consistent look and feel across all pages, would enhance the overall user experience and reduce confusion
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Timesheets as an org we recently moved to Rippling for all global employees it did standrdize some old legacy home grown apps that we developed in the past and we were able to replace them into one tool Rippling

The User Interface is very clean and makes the tool easy to use. Having all documentation in one place is helpful. Rippling integrates very well with other tools we use.
What did you not like?
Occasionally it can be difficult to find the information I'm searching for. The search function doesn't always work as expected.

What did you like?
Rippling's UI is clean, modern and makes it very easy to get all necessary org information at a glance. Using it saves us great amounts of time, as it always offers an easy to understand path to the information required.
What did you not like?
Rippling is quite powerful and it contains more information than most employees will usually require during normal operations. If looking for something specific and outside the day-to-day, it can take a minute getting to it.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Rippling is our HR software and it is an excellent tool to manage our individual employee profiles and keep important information current.

What did you not like?
Insgesamt habe ich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Wenn ich etwas verbessern könnte, wäre es ein stärker anpassbares Dashboard, damit die am häufigsten genutzten Funktionen noch schneller erreichbar sind. Ansonsten hatte ich bisher keine größeren Probleme.

- It is easy to track all HR metrics . There are many platforms to use it across devices. There is an easy to use interface
What did you not like?
The mobile interface does not contain all functions and reuquires a constant 2fa to sign in on the same device

All HR from attendance, timekeeping and payroll is in one place. It is beneficial as it removes the need for different HR portals.

Desktop and mobile app both easily accessible and user friendly. Logical aesthetic user interface. Makes mundane business tasks quick and efficient.
What did you not like?
Authentication process however this is in general not rippling specific. Can be a pain having an additional authentication app along with rippling app and desktop

Updated organisational structure easily accessible and visually pleasing. Annual leave / holiday booking process easy to understand and easy to track. Personal account/profile page contains a lot of useful information.

What did you not like?
Rippling is an impressive all-in-one platform that simplifies HR, payroll, and IT management, but like any robust system, it has a few areas for improvement. The platform offers so many features that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for those new to HR software.

Rippling helps me streamline many of the time-consuming HR and administrative tasks in one place. It solves problems like managing payroll, onboarding new employees, tracking time off, and keeping employee data organized.

I liked the fact that it was really easy to use and program the payments, not only the dates but also the accounts as well as the amount/percentage for each account. Also the time tracking was really helpful since it was really easy to setup the timer and check in and check out without to manually have to do all the entries.
What did you not like?
Rather than disliking, i would say that an aspect that could be improved in the platform could be to simplify the platform in a way that not all the tools are visible if they are not necessary/used by the user.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We were able to organize the team check in and check out, the way the payments were made and the easiness of setting up the payments and accounts which was really efficient and always on time.

What did you like?
I like the possibility of connecting with the HR team, the efficiency, and how fast everything works. Rippling is absolutely heading to the right direction when it comes to tracking paystubs, customer service or even the application itself.
What did you not like?
Lack of a direct message feature. Unfortunately it’s not as easy to communicate through the app itself.

What did you like?
Rippling is a tool that allows you to track your pay, your leave requests, and also manage end-of-year evaluations. The tool also provides access to your company's continuing education documents. The interface is simple, all the information is easy to find, and the UX is really user-friendly.
What did you not like?
I don't like the two-factor authentication every time I connect. It makes the process longer.

Tracking my pay, requesting time off and track approval, downloading my pay slips, tracking training cycles, responding to quizzes sent by the company, responding to surveys...
