It also gives me an easy way to access my performance revies, goals, and company -related documents in one place. Overall, it reduces the amount of time I spend on administrative works so I can focus more on my actual engineering tasks.

Die Software bündelt Stammdaten, Zeiterfassung und Abwesenheiten in einem zentralen System. Dadurch müssen Daten nicht mehrfach übertragen werden und Fehlerquellen werden deutlich reduziert. Besonders hilfreich ist das automatisierte Meldewesen, beispielsweise für DEÜV und eAU, wodurch ein großer Teil der Behördenkommunikation digital und ohne Papier abgewickelt werden kann. Positiv finde ich außerdem den unbegrenzten Support durch Payroll-Spezialisten, der bereits im Preis enthalten ist. Die Software wird kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt, und insbesondere die zunehmende KI-Integration empfinde ich als sehr gelungen.

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass der Support teilweise nur auf Englisch verfügbar ist. Gerade bei komplexeren Fragen zur deutschen Lohnabrechnung wäre ein durchgehend deutschsprachiger Ansprechpartner wünschenswert.

Wir nutzen die Software vor allem für die native deutsche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie für die Verwaltung von Mitarbeiter-Benefits. Besonders wichtig sind für uns die integrierten Schnittstellen zu ELSTER, DEÜV und DATEV. Zudem ist die Lösung ITSG-zertifiziert und DSGVO-konform.

Rippling has a very detailed way of outlining its features and functionalities, and its PEO services help us with all our paperwork in the USA. I love the number of templates and pre-built processes to save time creating things from scratch. I also like to have a dedicated support team for any particular situation I may face.

I don't like that the reports and workflows aren't as customizable as those in other HRIS systems I've worked with. Moreover, there are a few email templates/stages within the Recruiting Module that cannot be modified, so any other category I may use frequently should go under 'Other'

Rippling unterstützt uns bei der Lohnabrechnung inklusive ELSTER, DEÜV und A1 und ist ITSG-zertifiziert. Auch eine DATEV-Integration ist vorhanden, was uns viele andere Softwares im Vergleich nicht abbieten konnten.

Der Support antwortet teilweise nur auf Englisch, was jedoch kein Problem darstellt. Die Software entwickelt dich extrem schnell weiter.

Steile Lernkurve und durch die vielen Features entsprechend deutlich komplexer zum Aufsetzen, als andere Produkte dieser Kategorie. Die Funktionalität rechtfertigt trotzdem den Mehraufwand.

Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass HR, Payroll und IT in einem System zusammengeführt sind. Neue Mitarbeitende müssen beim Onboarding nur einmal erfasst werden, anschließend lassen sich viele weitere Schritte wie Vertragserstellung, Gehaltsabrechnung, Hardware-Bestellung und die Vergabe von Software-Zugängen automatisieren. Dadurch konnten wir mehrere separate Tools und Excel-Listen ersetzen. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist außerdem, dass sich Workflows auch ohne Programmierkenntnisse flexibel selbst erstellen und anpassen lassen. Für uns besonders relevant ist die integrierte deutsche Payroll mit DEÜV-Meldungen und der Möglichkeit zur DATEV-Übergabe an die Steuerkanzlei.

Die Einrichtung hat bei uns mehr Zeit in Anspruch genommen als zunächst angenommen. Viele Prozesse und Einstellungen müssen zu Beginn individuell konfiguriert werden, damit das System später wirklich effizient funktioniert. Teilweise sind bestimmte Optionen etwas versteckt und nicht sofort intuitiv auffindbar. Außerdem sollte man sich vorab genau überlegen, welche Module tatsächlich benötigt werden, da die Gesamtkosten mit zusätzlichen Funktionen entsprechend steigen.

Früher waren Personalstammdaten, Arbeitszeiterfassung und Payroll auf verschiedene Systeme verteilt.Durch die zentrale Verwaltung entfällt zusätzlicher Pflegeaufwand. Besonders beim monatlichen Abschluss sparen wir dadurch deutlich Zeit, und Übertragungs- bzw. Eingabefehler durch doppelte Datenerfassung konnten stark reduziert werden.

Rippling verbindet HR, Lohnabrechnung und IT-Geräteverwaltung nahtlos in einem einzigen zentralen System. Die automatisierten Workflows sparen bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter monatlich viele Stunden Arbeit. Zudem ist die moderne Benutzeroberfläche sowohl für Administratoren als auch für Angestellte sehr einfach zu bedienen.

Die Preisstruktur ist durch die vielen einzelnen Zusatzmodule auf Dauer recht unübersichtlich. Das Erstellen von individuellen Berichten erfordert eine gewisse Einarbeitungszeit und verläuft nicht immer intuitiv. Bei komplexen technischen Anfragen reagiert der Kundensupport zudem gelegentlich etwas verzögert.

Rippling löst bei uns das Problem dezentraler Daten und zeitintensiver administrativer Abläufe in der Mitarbeiterverwaltung. Durch die automatische Verknüpfung von Personalwesen und IT Einrichtung sparen wir wertvolle Zeit beim Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder. Die Automatisierung von rippling ist stark: Sobald ein neuer Mitarbeitender angelegt ist, ziehen sich Verträge, Zugänge und Abrechnungsdaten automatisch durch. Das Interface ist aufgeräumt und auch ohne lange Einarbeitung bedienbar. Änderungen wie zB. Gehaltsanpassungen der neue Mitarbeitende sind in wenigen Klicks erledigt. Ich muss sagen die Self-Service-Funktion entlastet uns spürbar, weil Mitarbeitende ihre Abrechnungen und Dokumente selbst abrufen.

Der Support antwortet gelegentlich mit Zeitverschiebung, und einige Menüs sind (noch) nicht vollständig lokalisiert. Für sehr kleine Teams kann der Preis zudem etwas hoch wirken.

Wir wickeln damit unsere komplette Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung ab – inklusive Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender, Stammdatenpflege, Zeiterfassung und der Übergabe an die Buchhaltung. Besonders praktisch ist, dass HR, Payroll und IT-Provisioning in einem System zusammenlaufen.

Gute Integration mit anderen Apps und Zeiterfassungssystemen, gute Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie Benutzerfreundlichkeit für Anwender und Administratoren.

Ich finde Rippling echt gut. Es ist einfach zu bedienen und man kann die meisten Sachen schnell und unkompliziert erledigen. Insgesamt finde ich die Plattform ziemlich praktisch.

Mit Rippling ist es einfach, sowohl die eigenen als auch die Urlaubstage des Teams einzusehen. Außerdem kann man die Gehaltsabrechnungen unkompliziert aufrufen und genau nachvollziehen, wann man bezahlt wird und wofür die jeweilige Zahlung erfolgt.

Mir gefällt, wie einfach ich meine Zahlungen und mein Gehalt einsehen kann. Das neue Update, das eine Integration der Lohnabrechnung mit Revolut und Wise ermöglicht, finde ich klasse. Es ist zudem sehr einfach, Urlaub zu beantragen und den Antrag an meinen Vorgesetzten weiterzuleiten.

Es stört mich, dass ich gelegentlich abgemeldet werde; ich würde lieber dauerhaft eingeloggt bleiben. Früher konnte ich einen Zeitraum für den Zahlungseingang sehen (der anzeigte, wann das Geld voraussichtlich auf meinem Konto eingehen würde), doch diese Information ist jetzt nicht mehr verfügbar.

It's pretty streamlined in it's processes and worflows, on top of that it's also quite intuitive, I didn't encounter difficulties finding features I was looking for on the first go.

At times, the coexistence of both the new and old views can be confusing, making it difficult to navigate or locate certain features. Timesheets as an org we recently moved to Rippling for all global employees it did standrdize some old legacy home grown apps that we developed in the past and we were able to replace them into one tool Rippling

The User Interface is very clean and makes the tool easy to use. Having all documentation in one place is helpful. Rippling integrates very well with other tools we use.

Occasionally it can be difficult to find the information I'm searching for. The search function doesn't always work as expected.

I liked the fact that it was really easy to use and program the payments, not only the dates but also the accounts as well as the amount/percentage for each account. Also the time tracking was really helpful since it was really easy to setup the timer and check in and check out without to manually have to do all the entries.

Rather than disliking, i would say that an aspect that could be improved in the platform could be to simplify the platform in a way that not all the tools are visible if they are not necessary/used by the user.

We were able to organize the team check in and check out, the way the payments were made and the easiness of setting up the payments and accounts which was really efficient and always on time.

I like the possibility of connecting with the HR team, the efficiency, and how fast everything works. Rippling is absolutely heading to the right direction when it comes to tracking paystubs, customer service or even the application itself.

Rippling is a tool that allows you to track your pay, your leave requests, and also manage end-of-year evaluations. The tool also provides access to your company's continuing education documents. The interface is simple, all the information is easy to find, and the UX is really user-friendly.

I don't like the two-factor authentication every time I connect. It makes the process longer.

Alles – von der Informationssuche bis zum Einreichen von Anträgen – funktioniert mit nur wenigen Klicks. Das HR-Team dürfte froh sein, dass ich es nicht mehr mitten in der Nacht auf der anderen Seite der Welt wecke.

Es gibt ein paar kleine Macken in der Benutzeroberfläche und Unterschiede zwischen der App und der Web-Version. Das Spesenmodul könnte etwas mehr Liebe gebrauchen - ich habe meinem Team sogar eine eigene kleine Wissensdatenbank gebaut, um die Workarounds im Blick zu behalten.

I like rippling because of its Accuracy and reliability. Integration to other systems such as payroll and Scheduling time off. The use of employee self-service portal which allows me to securely access my pay slips, P60 and update personal information.

The best part of it is the support, which is always quick, helpful, and treats every case as if you don't understand anything about payroll, so there are no blind spots if you merge it with the intuitive UI and notification system you get a fully functional HR system.

I'll be honest, until the moment, there wasn't a thing I disliked about Rippling.

The system is highly customizable. My stakeholders all have different steps, approval flows, and interview stages, and I can adjust those quickly without waiting for admin support. It gives me control to shape the hiring process around the reality of the business, not the other way around.

Interview scheduling and pipeline-management still don’t feel as fluid as dedicated ATS platforms. It works, but it’s not as fast or intuitive for high-volume sourcing or complex interview loops. Also, reporting on recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, etc.)

The landing page is not so user friendly enough. That is the negative I have noticed so far.

I used Rippling for my holiday request and summary of my payslips. It has been beneficial because both payroll and time request are both on the same platform, compare to when we it was different companies.

To start with, how responsive the customer service team is when we have queries. It's also a very easy to use platform. It's also very useful that as employees we can manage our own info without needing constant HR support.

The balances and structure of how some details show up can be very confusing/inaccurate. For example; the whole team had an issue with the number of holidays it shows on the balance after you have used some of them days. This was during the first few months of starting to use Rippling. To a point where most people overbooked when they did not have any holidays left, but it was not showing on the balance.

On the HR side, onboarding new employees used to be very time consuming, and payroll required a lot of manual checks. Now, tasks like hiring, setting up devices, and running payroll happen automatically, reducing errors and saving the team hours each week. HR manager says we also have better visibility into employee data, benefits, and compliance

Manchmal dauert das Laden einiger Seiten etwas länger, besonders bei vielen Datensätzen. Aber insgesamt ist das kein großes Problem.

Bisher ist mir nichts Negatives aufgefallen. Ich denke, der einzige Schmerzpunkt war die Migration der Daten von unserer alten Software zu Rippling – das hat leider nicht ganz reibungslos funktioniert.

Aktuell nutze ich Rippling, um meine Gehaltsabrechnungen zu prüfen, meinen Urlaub zu verwalten, Lerninhalte abzurufen, Meetings mit Managern zu buchen und vieles mehr.
