What did you like?

The MI userface is simple to use and the team are able to run through each campaign with ease - they're all subject matter experts and I don't recall a call where we haven't found a solution on the go.

What did you not like?

Sometimes setting things up can be more complicated, but once it's all built you're ready to go and I like that campaigns can be cloned, tweaked and used again

We are gamifying some of our content to provide exciting and unique features - this ensures customers are engaged in our content - we massively increased our email engagement stats.

Movable Ink is easy to use and the team are on hand to help improve campaigns and generate more interactions. We have seen good uplift when using Movable Ink, espeically when using gamification aspects such as their Scratch to Win app.

I honestly can't think of any! It's so good everyone in your business will want to be using it!

Movable Ink enables us to easily personalize Email content to millions of users, serving different types of content using multiple different data sources. The levels of detailed data that Movable Ink can surface for each user using hierarchical waterfall logic ensures we're serving personalized content to the maximum amount of eligible customers.

What did you not like?

Campaign reports being templated; we're not able to pull custom campaign performance reports ourselves according to the specific data points needed for required analysis, instead of waiting on SLAs.

Integrating more relevant and valuable content within our emails, combining behavioural & CRM data to give the optimum experience for each customer. We've also been able to access a load more in-depth user-level data (e.g. what users actually saw within the email) to combine with transactional data and enhance our data models.

Nahezu jeder Use Case resultierte in stärken Klickraten und höheren Revenue per Customer. Bspw. Personalisierte Banner passend zum Bedürfnis der Kunden, Dynamische Inhalte in der Mail wie Scratch Offs (Klickraten von >10% bei Average von 4-5%) oder Umfragen (sog. Pollings) und super schnell implementierte Add to Kalender Buttons. Ich kann es jeder Brand empfehlen, die ihr Email Marketing auf das nächste Level bringen will, um ihren Kunden höchst relevante, nicht langweilige Inhalte zu liefern. Die Zusammenarbeit war stets auf Augenhöhe und das sehr kompetente Movable Ink Team hat super supported, wann immer man es brauchte.

Im Großen und Ganzen habe ich nichts an dem Tool auszusetzen. Ich hatte nie negative Erfahrungen. Ein Tipp: Die Möglichkeiten an Use Cases sind sehr umfangreich - Umso besser wäre es Benchmarks zu den verschiedenen Use Cases in der Platform zu zeigen, damit man als Nutzer genau weiß, worum es sich handelt. Das könnte man erweitern um „Benchmark anwenden“ Möglichkeiten, die sofort die Benchmark als Template öffnen bspw. Mit gleichen Blöcken / Targeting Rules.

Wer oft Newsletter versendet, hat das Problem dass diese regelmäßig konvertieren und relevant sind, damit der Kunde nicht genervt ist und sich schlimmstenfalls abmeldet. Dank Movable Ink liefert man next Level Content in jeder Mail, passend zu jedem Kunden und seinen Bedürfnissen. Man muss nicht 10 Mails für 10 Segmente aufsetzen und pflegen, sondern sendet 1 Mail welche in 10 verschiedenen Versionen angezeigt wird. Movable Ink ermöglicht es Daten endlich in Personalisierung zu übertragen, ohne riesigen Aufwand - Möglich auch für kleinere Brands.

What did you like?

Their CSV personalization function has helped us scale email personalization across multiple events, languages and products quickly. It's reduced our set up time for events from 3 hours per event to 20 minutes!

What did you not like?

It's annoying it's not mobile responsive so we have to set up separate versions of each content block for desktop and mobile. Set up and testing can take time as well.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Scaling email personalization and making updates across multiple assets in one place cuts down production time. Excited to test out their other features, like progress bars and peal to reveal!

As we are mainly self-service users, a downside for us is the inability to personalise the platform to our preferred use. For example, we cannot search by a specific date a campaign was launched.

Being a small team we wanted a system that was easy to deploy and easy to manage on a day-to-day basis. With API integrations we have been able to set up campaigns that are always super contextual no matter when the customer opens and email.

What did you like?

The options they have - there is a lot we can do with MI which makes it a lot better to build emails and how we can build them, for example we can use time targeting to show customers different images on different days rather than having to build several emails which can overall cut down work load for us when coming to send comms. Mi is a great aspect to have and we also do have regular meetings with MI who keep us up to date with everything and we can ask all questions needed too to see if we can do new things, no question is ever too much. Its a great software to have specially when your in marketing, it can do great things and massively helps improve the way we do things from a CRM POV.

What did you not like?

It can get complicated with options all over, they do have a lot to offer but can find it hard sometimes to find what i need

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Its helps us solve any issues we can face sending too many comms and how we build them. Like i said previously things like time targeting is great, we can do one build and it will be fine all month till we have to update again. This is one main thing i have seen what helps us. Theres many advantages to using MI, its helps us as a busniess, a team, gives us more marketing aspects and can do better things to try get customers to engage more in communications.

I particularly like the ability to personalise and tailor every aspect to fit the project required. It's good that it can pull information in from dynamic tags also.

What did you not like?

Sometimes can be hard to navigate, particularly for someone new to the platform. Unless you actually play around with the platform and press all the buttons it's hard to know what they do at a glance. It is quite intimidating as there are so many features to someone that is not familiar with it.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It works well for us in that if an email is made in Movable Ink and something changes in the offer, or if there is an error that wasn't spotted before it was sent we are able to update it on the Movable Ink platform in real time and it will also update for the customer.

The platform is very user-friendly, the layout and structure of the sight makes it easy to navigate and whenever you do need help it is always on hand.

What did you not like?

I wouldn't say anything is particularly negative about MI. But, if I were forced to say something, I would say that the vast possibilities of the platform can make it difficult to keep up.

I love how real-time mapping was done by MI. For eg depending on weather and geolocation, the email advertisement would change. Such real-time personalization is amazing! I also appreciate all the innovative ideas we can implement within our comms! and lastly, the customer support is excellent.

What did you not like?

It takes a few days for MI content to be edited when the strategy changes. Trying out new campaigns can be interesting. You have to have a plan B if it does not work out.

What did you not like?

It'd be great if there were more how-to guide videos to demonstrate how to use an app alongside the text guide.

What did you like?

The support from our client experience team is amazing. They understand our business and want us to get the best out of Movable Ink. We can personalise on a large scale and more efficiently than before, saving time and resources. I love seeing the results when we test Movable Ink personalisation vs generic content, our conversion rates have increased immensely.

What did you not like?

It's been harder to use some of the out-of-the-box apps and event data as buying a car is a considered purchase and one that is made infrequently. But we have created custom apps that meet our needs so we can utilize Moveable Ink to the fullest.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Personalisation is key and improves conversion rate! Before we were using complicated webhooks to bring in content based on customer behavior, the content blocks looked pretty awful and were still generic. Using Movable Ink saves time and allows us to serve hyper-personalised content quickly and on-brand.

What did you like?

I find the most useful feature of Movable Ink is the live updating of content. Having content that can be updated post send is a huge advantage, whether that be mistakes (shudder), swapping product due to stock levels or the dynamic pricing features. It means rather than to sending a correction email to the same audience again wasting time and looking silly, it can all be done seamlessly in the background.

What did you not like?

I think the technical side can slow you down a little bit, I'm talking about the backend stuff which can only be updated by the Movable Ink team. But this is too expected when you are trying new things and finding better and better ways to optimise your content. And to MI's credit the turn around is quick, utilising teams in different timezones to make sure tickets are always picked up.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We are solving the problem of serving content to both click & collect customers and online delivery customers. Movable Ink has allowed us to show a customer local store stock where available and how much stock is in a given store, with the fallback being how much stock is online. This makes content way more relevant to each unique customer. But to be honest we are just scratching the surface of what can be done. There are loads more problems and benefits to be found using Movable Ink!

While we are still very much a 'beginner' in using MI (data capabilities on our side!) I love that it allows us to include quite complex data points within our emails with ease (once we've got it all set up) for example racecards, & overpays.

I think the platform can sometimes feel a bit complicated unless you use it regularly

What did you like?

What's not to like? We have a lot of live data that we now can feed directly into our e-mails, giving us a whole new perspective on personalization. But what really makes the difference in the day to day work, is the support and the lovely people at Moveable Ink . Always ready to help and always with a big smile and great energy. If there is a problem, we find a way to solve it :)

What did you not like?

Hard to say.. Maybe tickets could be a little faster than 10 working days... And then the scratcher function - it could be cool if it was actually in the email.

The client support at MI is excellent, with very fast response times, dedication to finding solutions, and the ability to work on quick turnarounds.

What did you not like?

The UI isn't extremely user friendly, and takes some time to become comfortable with. I would hope that UI improvements are on the way to allow for upskilling and onboarding of new colleagues who need to use the tool to happen faster.

We have been able to create in depth personalised messages and emails, which are dynamic and show real-time content to our users. For the first time, we have been able to use MI to design a Year In Review campaign, looking back at our customers' engagement with our products over the last year, and presenting that data through personalised visual assets in email and app messaging. We have also use MI's countdown capabilities to announce ticket sales and new features.

The most helpful aspects of Movable Ink are all of the creative examples and ideas from competitors on how we can optimise the apps within the platform for our brands. Once we have picked the app to implement there are lots of guides to build this out easily. If we are stuck, we have the helpful support team on hand!

What did you not like?

The downside of Movable Ink is that the platform can be clunky and not very user friendly when you first set up an app group! It would also be useful to be able to clone/ duplicate work between brands etc rather than build from scratch.

It would be great to have more examples on the dynamic content options that don't require access to data. Also, something like "Movable INK hub" with different samples for content personalisation/industry insights will be great, with a feature "Use as a template" to create your own design.

The team are amazing to work with and so responsive. I can not praise them enough. The platform has become a key part of our personalization roadmap, and has made our emails more engaging and really has sped up the content building process.

What did you not like?

It would be good if there was an in platform identification that would flag any potential set-up errors. As opposed to constantly checking preview etc.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

It has increased our personalisation rollout, made our email creation more efficient - especially due to the fact we have limited resources.

What did you not like?

Die Oberfläche von Movable Ink benötigt Eingewöhnungszeit. Gerade bei Custom Built Lösungen werden die Möglichkeiten vielfältig und die Oberfläche damit komplex, gerade für neue NutzerInnen.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Dank Movable Ink können wir besser personalisieren und skalieren: Bessere Email Kommunikation mit weniger Ressourcen.

What did you like?

Friendly, helpful and speedy support can be priceless when in time of need, and the team at Movable Ink are always top notch.

What did you not like?

The CSV data sources are a bit tricky to configure - which means we often have to ask for support. But that's more of a minor nuisance than a problem.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We advertise banking products that change every day. Being able to build these variable fields into our email automations prevents us from doing A TON of manual updates on a daily basis.

What did you like?

As well as the out of the box features the support team are amazing. Helping to create a custom solution for the need of the business/campaign. Really advanced capabilities using any API or webpage having access to. I have worked with them for years and provide a lot benefit to enrich campaigns and boost CTR

What did you not like?

Yet to find a downside really, whenever have had a bug or needed an update they have always had a near immediate response and reasonable time for devs to provide solution

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Live data being shown it vital. Especially in the trading space. Numbers, prices and advice can change by the minute, so enabling us to automatically change content in users inbox is a huge benefit. Being numbers, promos, recommended content, time based content etc

What did you like?

I feel like the MI team are supportive and always a joy to work with. They are communicative and always follow up promptly with any post meeting actions.

What did you not like?

A very personal one, but I personally find the platform a little confusing to use. Probably my lack of tech knowledge, but I sometimes feel it could be a little more intuitive.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We are solving the issue of personalisation with Moveable Ink. We are a global company with lots of user cases, and so having Moveable Ink offer dynamic content allows us to provide a far more relevant service.

Rundum Service mit: Beratung, Umsetzungshilfe, Notfallhilfe und Auswertung; Gemeinsame Brainstormings bringen sehr gute Kampagnen-Outputs; Hilfe bei Digitalisierung und Automatisierung inkl. Personalisierung -> aus einer Menge Datenstränge macht Movable Ink eine perfekte Automation

What did you not like?

Es gibt Verbesserungspotential: bspw. könnte das Tool auch noch um integrierte Videos erweitert werden, sodass diese direkt in den Mails abgespielt werden; hier und da kann man sicherlich noch Perfektion erlangen, aber nichts ist perfekt, von daher... Und am Team und dem Support ist nichts zu kritisieren!
