I like that luigi made our search on online store better, in functionality but also in how search looks. For example, it gives good suggestion in search. If someone searches for apple trees , it gives him blog suggestion, top seller product, and then other suggestion

What did you not like?

As far as i am concerned, it is very subjective, but i must say that price is a bit higher than what i expected, but worth it.

Luigis Box findet bei generischen Suchanfragen gut passende Produkte. Die Suchergebnisse sind deutlich besser als bei bisher eingesetzten Produkten.

Neben der Suche planen wir auch das product listing mit Luigis Box durchführen zu lassen. Hier hatten wir beim Roll-Out aber noch technische Schwierigkeiten bei der Implementierung, obwohl es im Testshop funktionierte.

Der wesentliche Grund für die Auswahl war, dass wir uns bessere Suchergebnisse bei generischen Suchen erhofft haben. Mit den bisherigen Suchergebnissen hat sich dieses Ziel bereits erfüllt. Darüber hinaus werden wir das Product Listing und Recommendations mit Luigis Box generieren. Wir erhoffen uns dadurch eine höhere CVR und eine bessere UX.

I enjoyed wide configuration options in Luigi's Box admin GUI, detailed integration documentation and fast and flexible development support from their team.

What did you not like?

In some places api endpoints could be more unified, in search you can provide "remove_fields", in recommenders you can not, while they both return similar data.

I appreciate quality reporting and analytics, where you can see statistics of most searched keywords, most searched products etc. It really helps tu understand your business and your customers. As a result, we managed more than 10% revenue rise from search.

What did you not like?

I didn't find any weaknesses according to my experience and the way I have used it.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

As I have written, using quality reporting is a must to work with Luigisbox. We used reports as total revenue and bese selling products and keywords. What is a gamechanger is report of missing products and report of list opportinities, where you can fjnd what your customers are looking for and you are missing in your portfolio, so you can then find a supplier and brjng the prodict to your eshop.

Very good tool, how to find out what people need from us. A visual effective dashboards and a lot of strategic information's about products and searches without results.

What did you not like?

I miss some historical data, for compares. YtoY or QtoQ. we can see only 3 months trends.

What did you like?

The luigis box was very easy to implement for a relatively small cost. It helped us a lot with internal search optimiziation, which was very poor within our native CMS functionality. Also there is a possibility to look into some statistics and see how the solution performs.

What did you not like?

I think there is still some space to improve the default functionality of luigis box internal search. There are cases where we have to customize the engine to get better results. On the other hand the customization is very easy to use.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Thanks to the SW we are able to get more relevant results within our website with thousands of pages. We used to have a lot of complaints about this functionality and after implementing the luigis box, we have solved all the problems and if there is any, we can handle it very quickyl thanks to the customization funcitonality.

What did you not like?

Usage of the tool might be a little complicated for a newcomer as well as searching for some scenarios to set up is also a little complicated.

What did you like?

Its very automated with all the necessary features part of the basic package without the need to upgrade (pay more money) - rules, synonyms, product boosting, and even A/B testing. Impeccable customer service as well.

What did you not like?

Analytics. Its a bit confusing, hard to read, can not do period over period comparisons and also can not track most metrics over time (missing line charts)

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Search relevance. It performs better out of the box than previous tools we used. Machine learning also continually improves conversion (we checked using Google Analytics to be independent).

Search functionality - intuitive and intelligent searchbox providing accurate and relevant search results, useful analytics that we can use to determine a lot of things. Correctly fixes incorrect input and typos.

What did you not like?

Have been using Luigis box for 2+ years, and my experience is only positive. No negatives. If I had to find anything that I would dislike, it would be price.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Found out what do customers miss on our website, customers can always find whatever they were looking for. Might have increased conversion rates as well. It also makes customers path to product much shorted through redirects. I also like to look for searches without results and searches without clicks to determine products that our customers are looking for and cant find.

What did you like?

Self learning algorithm provides our customers with top quality searching results and that of course increase our sales and conversions. Besides searching there is also recommender as a part of the package. Recommender (obviously from its name) recommends products based on customers browsing and searching history. These recomendations are part of product page, not searching results which looks more naturally. Also banner campaigns is great tool to promote products in search results. All these features simply help to increase the sales in general.

What did you not like?

For some one it might be too expensive. The product seems a bit pricy at the beginning but in the end it pays of.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Serching results of our internet shop were very poor and low quality. Luigi's box did a great job by providing precise searching results to our customers and helped greatly increse conversions from search results.
