Deeploi has been an absolute game-changer for Wilderness International, handling all our IT administration work with remarkable efficiency. As a nature conservation organization, we prefer to focus our energy on preserving the wilderness, not on managing IT tasks—and thanks to Deeploi, we can do exactly that. From day one, Deeploi’s team made the transition seamless. They took full responsibility for our IT infrastructure, from managing user accounts and security protocols to providing regular maintenance and system updates. Their approach is incredibly hands-on, yet requires very little from us, allowing our team to focus on our core mission. What stands out most is their proactive monitoring and problem-solving. Any potential issues are detected and resolved before they can impact our operations. This has drastically reduced downtime and ensured that our systems run smoothly without interruptions. Deeploi’s attention to cybersecurity is especially reassuring, as we handle sensitive environmental data and donor information. We’re confident that our data is secure and compliant with the highest standards. The platform is user-friendly, and the team is always available for support. Whether it's troubleshooting a technical issue or scaling up our IT needs as we grow, Deeploi adapts quickly to our evolving demands. What did you not like?

While our experience with Deeploi has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One of the main aspects is the integration with certain third-party tools. While Deeploi covers the majority of essential IT functions well, there are occasional compatibility issues when working with specialized software or external platforms. Expanding their range of integrations would provide even greater flexibility for organizations like ours, which often work with niche tools. That being said, these are minor concerns compared to the overall value Deeploi brings to our organization.

Deeploi handles all of our IT administration needs, from managing user accounts and securing networks to monitoring systems and ensuring compliance. What did you like?

What I appreciate most about Deeploi is their innovative approach to IT services, particularly their flexible pricing model and the use of cutting-edge tools. What did you not like?

The central tool can take some getting used to at first, and there are still a few SaaS services missing that would make the overall experience more complete. However, with Deeploi’s track record of innovation, we are confident that these improvements will be addressed in future updates.

What did you like?

What I like best about Deeploi is their outstanding responsiveness and proactivity throughout the entire process. From the moment we engaged with them during the onboarding phase, their team was always available, ensuring that no question went unanswered. Their ability to respond quickly and thoroughly made a huge difference in the smoothness of our onboarding experience. Deeploi’s team is proactive, anticipating potential challenges and providing solutions before any issues even arise. This proactive approach, combined with their availability, created a seamless transition and gave us confidence in their services from day one. The level of attention and support they offer is truly impressive, making it clear that Deeploi prioritizes their customers and their needs. Overall, their fast response times and proactive nature stand out the most.

What did you not like?

One thing I dislike is that Deeploi doesn't cover all aspects of our IT department's needs, particularly the day-to-day operational tasks. While their services are excellent in terms of infrastructure and strategic support, they don't handle the routine activities, such as managing software tools on a daily basis. This leaves a gap in our IT management that we have to cover internally or through other service providers. It would be ideal if they offered more comprehensive coverage, including daily operational tasks, to fully support businesses that rely on external IT services for all aspects of their IT department. Expanding their scope in this area would make their offering even more valuable and complete.

With Deeploi, we’re solving challenges related to employee onboarding and offboarding, mobile device management, and general IT support.

Beim Onboarding sorgt deeploi dafür, dass wir vor dem Startdatum einen einsatzbereiten Laptop (inklusive aller Tools und Apps) erhalten. Als People Operations Manager kann ich mich dadurch während des Onboardings vollständig auf die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeiter:innen konzentrieren. Bei technischen Problemen wenden sich die Mitarbeiter:innen direkt an das Support-Team, das kompetent und sofort eine Lösung findet.

What did you like?

Definitely the customer service. They are always available and take care of your problem with excellence. They are friendly and patient with everyone who sits across from them - whether tech-savvy or not.

What did you not like?

Nothing much to dislike. They have already asked about all the points that still have potential for improvement and are working on the enhancements.

What did you like?

With deeploi, we have found exactly the IT partner we need. They support us with MDM solutions, employee onboarding/offboarding and other IT problems that arise in day-to-day business. Their response time is impressive and when it comes to more complex issues, they take the time to listen to their customers' needs. It is very important for us that they can cover both operating systems (Mac & Windows) and simplify IT handling for us. Keep up the good work and we look forward to further co-operation.

What did you not like?

So far, we have not found or experienced anything that we do not like about working with deeploi.

What did you like?

Onboarding new employees has never been easier than with deeploi. The same applies to the installation of new software on all devices and keep track on patchmanagment.

What did you not like?

now that i know what deeploi can do, it would be really great if they could do my tax return too :P

What did you like?

Their all-inclusive device management solution provides peace of mind regarding cybersecurity concerns and their bundling approach to managed software makes it easy for users to get access to common, approved apps without additional load on those responsible for IT. Additionally, their onboarding system is easy to use, with friendly and responsive support.

What did you not like?

There is a strong recommendation to use an additional personnel management system, any of which deeploi can integrate with, but this means additional overhead in the case of smaller businesses that have not yet committed to one

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Device management addresses security concerns. Software bundling helps to bring safe software to the users with minimal overhead. The IT onboarding system helps to assign devices and create all the required accounts for new employees, which can be a time-consuming process.

What did you like?

- super quick support, very seamless and easy to use. Whenever we need help, the Deeploi team is always there to quickly help out :) Julian and the team always go the extra mile to ensure that our IT setup is running smoothly. I still remember it with our previous IT partner: Long waiting times, unhelpful replies, endless back and forth on emails...

What did you not like?

- We as a team needed to get used to the new way of working with Deeploi, but once that is done, its so much better than myself taking care of all the IT requests. I definitely do not want to go back to our old IT partner, before working with Deeploi i did not know that IT can be seamless and even fun!

Which problems are you solving with the product?

- it, device management. It helpdesk requests. Deeploi is not only taking a lot of headache away its also cheaper than our previous solution with a small IT management company. In summary: + a lot less headache + way cheaper, we are probably saving a >1000 € a month
