What did you like?

Mir gefällt die Ausrichtung auf kleinere Unternehmen was das Pricing angeht. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die Funktion dass Tickets in bestimmten Zeitintervallen automatisch erstellt werden können um Beispielsweise tägliche Checks abzubilden. Generell gestaltet sich die Oberfläche sehr übersichtlich und intuitiv. Neue Clients können wirklich sehr einfach eingespielt werden. Die einfachste Variante hierbei ist die Zuweisung per Script.

What did you not like?

Anfangs finde ich das Patchmanagement recht unübersichtlich. Die Chocolaty Integration ist dabei nicht ganz klar bzw. sehr komplex um schnell durchstarten zu können.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Mit Atera wollen wir eigentlich alle Probleme lösen die das Tool bietet. Wir vergleichen das Tool hauptsächlich mit Ninja RMM. Vorteile liegen im Pricing und in der stärkeren Ausrichtung an interne IT-Abteilungen. Es scheint zudem sehr einfach in das System einzusteigen.
