Die Admin-Rechte-Verwaltung allein hat sich für uns schon gelohnt. Wir hatten vorher ein ziemlich gewachsenes Setup, bei dem Mitarbeiter technisch gesehen Admin-Rechte hatten. Da diese aber eigentlich nicht wirklich nutzbar waren, haben mich trotzdem alle für alles angerufen. Jetzt kann ich die Rechte pro Gerät direkt in der Plattform ein- und ausschalten - genau so, wie es sein sollte. Ich finde es auch super, dass ich als “IT-Owner” vollen Einblick ins Ticket-System habe, ohne mich in jedes einzelne Problem einschalten zu müssen. Der Onboarding-Prozess, um Geräte und Nutzer in die Plattform zu bringen, war viel weniger aufwendig als erwartet und das CS-Team hat uns Schritt für Schritt durch alles begleitet! Zudem nimmt das Team meine Vorschläge jederzeit auf und entwickelt das Produkt stetig weiter.

Das Entfernen von vorinstallierter Bloatware lässt sich noch nicht zentral verwalten, aktuell ist das noch ein manueller Prozess pro Gerät. Das Team hat aber erwähnt, dass sie daran arbeiten, daher bin ich optimistisch, dass sich das noch verbessert. Ansonsten hat bisher alles gut funktioniert.

Ich war bisher der inoffizielle IT-Verantwortliche bei uns – mein Ansatz war es bislang “Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe” zu geben, was lange auch gut funktioniert hat. Aber je größer wir wurden, desto mehr Zeit hat es gekostet und ich bin kein Rechner-Spezialist. Mit deeploi habe ich endlich eine richtige Struktur: Geräteverwaltung, Software-Deployment, User-Onboarding und -Offboarding, und ein echtes Support-Team, an das sich die Mitarbeiter wenden können. Das bedeutet, ich kann mich aus dem IT-Tagesgeschäft raushalten und darauf vertrauen, dass die Dinge geregelt werden.

Erstens ist das gebündelte Software-Management wirklich gut durchdacht — wir haben Bundles für verschiedene Teams eingerichtet (Content Creation, Engineering usw.) und neue Mitarbeitende bekommen die richtigen Tools automatisch zugewiesen, ohne dass ich oder sie alles einzeln installieren müssen. Zweitens ist das Rollensystem wertvoll: Ich kann genau steuern, wer Zugriff auf die Plattform hat, ohne mir Sorgen machen zu müssen, dass Berechtigungen unkontrolliert verteilt werden. Drittens fällt mir mit der Zeit auf, dass sich das Produkt wirklich auf Basis von Feedback weiterentwickelt - Dinge wie die Geräte-Archivfunktion oder das Peripherie-Tracking kamen alle nach Kundengesprächen, und sie haben es tatsächlich umgesetzt. Wir haben 2 Standorte und nicht jeder im Unternehmen ist besonders IT-affin, deshalb ist es enorm hilfreich, eine Plattform zu haben, auf der Leute grundlegende Geräteverwaltungsaufgaben ohne tiefes technisches Wissen erledigen können. On- und Offboarding bedeuteten früher viel Hin und Her - jetzt gibt es einen klaren Prozess mit Erinnerungen und Ownership-Zuweisungen, sodass nichts mehr durchrutscht. Außerdem konsolidieren wir nach und nach unser Hardware-Tracking in deeploi, anstatt ein separates Inventar-Tool zu pflegen, was auf der Admin-Seite vieles vereinfacht.

Ich finde es wirklich toll, wie einfach es ist, Hilfe zu bekommen, wenn mal was nicht stimmt! Ich hatte irgendwann ein Problem mit meinem Mac, habe das deeploi Support Team kontaktiert und es wurde direkt gelöst. Die Reaktionszeit war super schnell und sie haben sofort eine Lösung vorgeschlagen, die dann auch geklappt hat. Man schreibt einfach an eine Stelle und jemand kümmert sich darum. Und das Onboarding selbst war auch richtig smooth: Ich habe meinen Laptop aufgeklappt, mich bei deeploi eingeloggt und dann haben sich die Apps automatisch installiert UND alle Accounts waren bereits eingerichtet. Ein richtig guter Start!! :)

Ich mag deeploi, nichts Wesentliches fällt mir da ein. Jedes Mal, wenn ich eine Frage oder ein Problem hatte, wurde es unkompliziert gelöst.

Als Mitarbeiter merkt man oft gar nicht, wie viel schlechter IT-Support einen an Zeit und Nerven kostet, bis man mal das Gegenteil erlebt! Ich war schon an Orten, wo das Einrichten eines Tools oder das Beheben eines Laptop-Problems den halben Tag ruinieren konnte. Hier waren die Accounts bereits erstellt bevor ich überhaupt angefangen habe, die Tools haben sich von selbst im Hintergrund installiert und der Support ist erreichbar, wenn mal etwas schiefläuft. Klingt simpel, ist aber alles andere als selbstverständlich und ich schätze es wirklich sehr, dass mein Unternehmen das im Einsatz hat 👍

Erstmal läuft das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter und der Gerätetausch mittlerweile richtig rund. Die Software wird am selben Tag installiert, ohne dass ich irgendwem hinterherlaufen muss. Ich finde es auch super, dass wir Software-Bundles über die Plattform verwalten und per Self-Service bereitstellen können, das spart mir persönlich extrem viel Zeit. Unsere Mitarbeiter loben den IT-Support durchgehend, was meiner Erfahrung nach echt selten vorkommt. Auch der Offboarding-Prozess ist gut durchdacht, dass man zwischen User löschen oder in eine Shared Mailbox umwandeln wählen kann, gibt uns die Kontrolle, die wir brauchen, ohne wichtige Daten zu verlieren.

What did you not like?

Es wäre cool, wenn man hochgeladene Peripherie-Listen auf einen Schlag löschen könnte. Wenn mal was beim CSV-Upload schiefgeht, ist es schon etwas mühsam, alles einzeln rauszulöschen. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit :)

Wir tauschen regelmäßig Geräte aus, weil jeder Mitarbeiter nach 3 Jahren einen neuen Laptop bekommt und das war früher ein ziemlicher Aufwand. Letztes Jahr hatten wir noch ein paar Holperer beim Onboarding neuer Geräte, aber das hat sich deutlich verbessert. Mittlerweile ist die Software meistens am selben Abend drauf, ohne dass ich den Support anschreiben muss. Für jemanden, der die IT quasi alleine stemmt, macht das enorm viel Zeit frei für andere Sachen

Every ticket we've raised has been resolved quickly, and the support team is genuinely helpful and clear in their explanations. I also love that new laptops now come pre-enrolled, the device basically sets itself up, which is a huge relief during onboarding. The platform itself is easy to navigate once you get the hang of it, and features like bundle management and registration codes make it simple to stay on top of the whole fleet. Our CSM proactively spots things we've missed (like an unassigned owner for a tool) before it becomes a problem, which I really appreciate.

What did you not like?

I can’t highlight what I dislike. The platform keeps improving and the team has been really open to our feedback, so I'm confident things will only get better.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Managing IT at a growing company without a dedicated IT team is a lot, because onboardings, offboardings, device tracking, software accounts take too much headspace and time. Deeploi has taken a huge chunk of that off my plate. For example, the automated device enrollment through Apple Business Manager means new hires can get up and running without me having to do everything manually! And the bundle system ensures the right software is installed from the first day of the employee. It's made our whole IT process a lot more structured and less stressful.

Wir machen 80% unseres Geschäfts online und die IT richtig abgedeckt zu haben, ohne ein komplettes internes Team zu brauchen, ist enorm wichtig. Wir haben eine Plattform, auf der wir alle unsere Geräte sehen, On-/Offboarding verwalten und Security abdecken können. Wir sind größtenteils ein Mac-Laden und die Tatsache, dass der Endpoint-Schutz mit SentinelOne einfach automatisch auf jedem Gerät installiert wird, ohne dass wir irgendetwas extra machen müssen, ist großartig. Ich dachte anfangs, wir bräuchten separate Antivirus-Software, aber es stellt sich heraus, dass das Security-Plus-Paket das bereits abdeckt

1) Die Kommunikation mit unserer Account Managerin ist wirklich gut, wir haben regelmäßige Check-ins und können uns zwischendurch jederzeit melden, wenn etwas aufkommt. deeploi ist immer für uns da, und das ist schön, man fühlt sich gehört. 2) Außerdem läuft der Onboarding-Prozess für neue Mitarbeitende über deeploi, sodass wir uns nicht mehr selbst um die Erstellung und Einrichtung von Microsoft-Konten kümmern müssen. 3) Der IT-Support war insgesamt zuverlässig und hilft bei unseren Problemen.

Die On- und Offboarding-Automation spart uns wirklich Zeit, weil neue Mitarbeitende richtig eingerichtet werden und wenn jemand geht, werden Lizenzen und Konten deaktiviert, ohne dass wir allem manuell hinterherlaufen müssen. Das Gerätemanagement über die Plattform ist auch praktisch – wir können sehen, welche Laptops wem zugewiesen sind, Seriennummern nachverfolgen und sogar Remote Wipes auslösen, wenn wir ein Gerät neu einsetzen wollen bzw. verloren Geräte sperren wollen. Für unser Unternehmen macht es einen großen Unterschied, alles an einem Ort zu haben, statt es über verschiedene Tools zu verwalten.

Zeitweise dauert die Bearbeitung der Tickets ein paar Stunden länger aber alles im Rahmen. Selbst standardisierte Prozesse laufen nicht immer rund (z.B. Onboarding ehemaliger Mitarbeiter mit noch existierenden Accounts), aber das Team ist sehr bemüht die Fehler zu finden und zu fixen. Die Umstellung von einem persönlichen Ansprechpartner zu einem IT Support Team war anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig aber hat dann geklappt, das Team ist sehr bemüht und tauscht sich auch untereinander aus - muss einem aber bewusst sein.

Vor deeploi haben wir das IT-Management größtenteils selbst erledigt – Onboarding, Geräte-Setup, Lizenzverwaltung, alles war manuell. Jetzt läuft der Großteil davon über die Plattform, was uns viel Zeit verschafft. Zusätzliche Services wie DSGVO-konformes Backup werden ebenfalls angeboten. Dies ermöglicht auch einem branchenfremden IT-Verantwortlichen das IT-Management.

Die Umsetzung hat bei uns leider überhaupt nicht gut geklappt. Es wurde alles als super leicht verkauft, hat sich aber dann als recht kompliziert und unflexibel herausgestellt. Ich glaube, es ist eine gute Lösung für Firmen, die Teams haben, die von Grund auf sich gut auskennen mit IT, aber Firmen, bei denen viel IT-Support und Flexibilität gefragt ist, funktioniert das leider überhaupt nicht gut, und wir sind sehr unzufrieden.

Die Idee war, dass wir einen First Level Support haben und leichtes On- und Off-Boarding. Wir können quasi remote alles steuern und für vor Ort Themen mit IT Freelancern zusammenarbeiten oder anderen IT-Experten. Das hat leider überhaupt nicht gut funktioniert. Es hat schon beim Onboarding gescheitert, und der Support war relativ schlecht und auch nicht wirklich kundenorientiert im Umgang.

Mir gefällt, dass wir nicht mehr alles selbst machen müssen. Wir hatten eine Person, die das IT-Setup neben vier anderen Aufgaben gemacht hat und irgendwann hat das einfach nicht mehr funktioniert. Jetzt laufen Geräteverwaltung, Account-Erstellung, Software-Management, Onboarding - alles über deeploi. Wir können auch Hardware direkt über die Plattform bestellen, inklusive individueller HP-Konfigurationen, was für uns wichtig ist, weil unsere ganze Infrastruktur darauf aufgebaut ist.

Eigentlich passt bisher alles. Wir hatten hier und da mal Kleinigkeiten, aber nichts, was nicht gelöst wurde.

Wir sind größtenteils cloud-basiert und die Verwaltung von Accounts und Geräten im ganzen Team war früher echt mühsam. deeploi übernimmt jetzt das Onboarding-Setup für uns, was viel Zeit spart. Wir schauen gerade auch, ob wir Backup über die Plattform dazunehmen — deeploi wird so langsam zu unserem zentralen IT-Hub.

Diese Art von Transparenz braucht man einfach, wenn Laptops getauscht werden oder jemand das Unternehmen verlässt. Wir schätzen auch sehr den Support vom deeploi-Team. Immer wenn wir Fragen zur Registrierung, Geräteentfernung oder Betriebssystem-Upgrades haben, führen sie uns Schritt für Schritt durch - sehr freundlich :))

Jetzt haben wir einen zentralen Ort, um den Gerätestatus und alle Änderungen nachzuverfolgen. Der Registrierungsprozess macht es einfach, neue Geräte einzubinden, und wenn ein Mitarbeitender geht, helfen uns das Team und die Plattform, Geräte sauber aus dem System zu entfernen – inklusive ABM, woran wir selbst gar nicht gedacht hätten.

Die Struktur. Leasing, Lizenzen und Formulare – alles ist klar organisiert. Es ist ein riesiger Unterschied zu den “altmodischen” IT-Dienstleistern. Das deeploi-Team ist sehr engagiert, Prozesse zu verbessern und die Zusammenarbeit für beide Seiten einfacher zu machen. Der Support ist immer schnell und proaktiv, Probleme werden gelöst, bevor sie überhaupt entstehen.

Mir fällt nichts ein, das nicht gut funktioniert. Das Team fragt immer aktiv nach Feedback und setzt Vorschläge schnell in Verbesserungen um.

Früher war IT unübersichtlich und unberechenbar - langsame Antworten, kein klarer Ablauf und das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter war jedes Mal ein Kraftakt. Jetzt ist alles an einem Ort gebündelt und funktioniert so, wie es soll. Geräte kommen einsatzbereit an, Konten sind eingerichtet, die Sicherheit steht, und das alles, ohne dass ich hinterher sein muss. Wir sparen jede Woche mehrere Stunden, und die ständigen kleinen IT-Brände gehören praktisch der Vergangenheit an. Besonders schätze ich, dass deeploi eingreift, bevor ein Problem überhaupt entsteht. Sie sagen nicht nur, wie man etwas selbst machen kann - sie packen selbst an. Das nimmt mir eine enorme Last von den Schultern.

Bisher nichts Gravierendes. Wie bei jeder neuen Plattform gab es zu Beginn eine Eingewöhnungsphase, doch deeploi hat uns während des Rollouts gut begleitet, sodass Hürden schnell überwunden waren.

Unser Ziel war es, die IT-Struktur zu professionalisieren und genau das hat deeploi ermöglicht. Heute haben wir klare Prozesse für On- und Offboarding, Lizenzverwaltung und Sicherheitslösungen. Auch bei der Registrierung für den Apple Business Manager wurden wir unterstützt, was unser Gerätemanagement erheblich vereinfacht hat. Insgesamt sind unsere IT-Abläufe jetzt deutlich konsistenter.

What did you like?

deeploi team gives us the feeling that our IT is finally handled with real ownership, clear guidance and a level of proactivity we rarely saw with ‘traditional’ providers.

What did you not like?

The only challenge was that legacy setups from old providers could slow things down a bit, but it wasn’t on deeploi and they guided us through it so well and fast that everything runs seamlessly now.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

deeploi helped us clean up scattered licenses, device management and leftover tools from previous IT partners, and the benefit is that we now have one clear path, one platform and one team that moves things forward and taking very good care of our IT :)

Unser Team wird nicht durch Anfragen wie “kann ich Zugriff darauf bekommen?“ oder “mein Outlook stürzt ständig ab, wie kann ich das beheben?“ unterbrochen. Der Hauptvorteil besteht also darin, dass deeploi den operative Kram übernommen hat und wir uns auf die wirklich wichtigen Themen konzentrieren können.

Am meisten begeistert mich das Ticket-System und der schnelle Support. Früher musste ich meine eigentliche Arbeit unterbrechen, um IT-Probleme selbst zu lösen – oft unter großem Zeitdruck. Heute reicht es, ein Ticket zu eröffnen, und das Problem wird für mich gelöst. Es meldet sich jemand von deeploi und kümmert sich zuverlässig darum. Gelegentlich muss ich mit Deeploi verhandeln welche Arbeiten in den Leistungsumfang gehören. Mit der Zeit wurde dies aber besser und ich gehe davon aus das Deeploi sicher bald den gesamten von mir gewünschten Leistungsumfang abdeckt.

Guter IT-Service, auf den man sich verlassen kann. Wir arbeiten schon fast zwei Jahre zusammen und sind wirklich zufrieden. Das Team reagiert unglaublich schnell, wenn mal etwas ist – lange Wartezeiten gibt es nicht. Außerdem kennen sie unser Setup so gut, dass ich nicht jedes Mal alles von vorne erklären muss. Das macht die Zusammenarbeit für uns sehr unkompliziert.

Es liegt nicht an deeploi, aber manchmal gibt es durch Apple oder Software-Lizenzen Grenzen, die bestimmte Einschränkungen mit sich bringen. deeploi versucht in solchen Fällen immer, einen Workaround zu finden und am Ende finden wir gemeinsam eine Lösung.

What did you like?

What I love most is how easy everything has become. On- and offboarding just run automatically, no manual setups needed, and I can manage all tools in one place. It honestly feels like IT finally works in the background without us having to worry about it.

What did you not like?

To be honest, there’s nothing major I dislike so far. If anything, I’d say I was surprised at how smooth everything worked from the start – usually new tools take a while to get used to, but this was super straightforward.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Before deeploi, IT was messy and time-consuming – setting up new employees, managing different tools, keeping everything up to date. Now all of that is way easier. Systems stay updated automatically, we spend way less time on manual IT tasks, and we don’t need a big in-house IT team anymore. The biggest benefit: less stress, more time for the things that actually matter.

Uns gefällt vor allem die Nähe zu deeploi und die Zusammenarbeit sehr gut, es finden regelmäßige Austausch-Gespräche und Check-Ins statt. Feedback wird regelmäßig sehr gut aufgenommen und umgesetzt und es ist immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Wünsche da. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Ansprechpersonen, besonders bei hoher Dringlichkeit.

Vor allem zu Beginn waren manche Prozesse noch sehr chaotisch oder unklar, das hat sich schon stark verbessert, aber manche Prozesse sind noch nicht ganz ausgereift.

What I like best is the overall improvement in our IT experience since switching to Deeploi. The onboarding process was effortless, and we were up and running without any issues. Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, and most importantly, IT support tickets are consistently resolved within a matter of hours.

What did you not like?

The only current limitation is the lack of a built-in storage option. However, we understand this is already a work in progress and look forward to it being implemented.

deeploi macht durchgängig transparent, welche Leistungen sie anbieten und zu welchen Kosten. Für die Administration gibt es klare Ansprechpartner:innen und bei einem Wechsel saubere Übergaben. Besonders die Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung war fachlich sehr gut und kommunikativ sehr angenehm.

Das Feedback aus der eigenen Organisation bzgl. der Beratung zu konkreten Themen fällt unterschiedlich aus, auch bei vergleichbaren Problemen; das irritiert dann durchaus.

The usage is very intuitive, and the team is helpful and skilled in support during the setup and subsequent operations. For us, deeploi has all the features we were looking for, such as MDM and device security, as well as the option to keep a device inventory online and order new devices from the same platform. Device setup when onboarding new employees went from a full day to at most an hour fo getting everything installed

What did you not like?

While I am a big fan of the bundles feature, I really wish they would be stackable instead of exclusive.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Before having deeploi all support requests were handled by me as IT owner, which was eating up a significant amount of my time. Ordering new devices also meant individually making a contract with the supplier and getting it shipped and then configured for the employee on the first day. We also did not have MDM and device security set up, which was an issue with regulatory compliance. Now all of that and more is taken care of through a single, integrated platform.

What did you not like?

One thing I dislike is that Deeploi doesn't cover all aspects of our IT department's needs, particularly the day-to-day operational tasks. While their services are excellent in terms of infrastructure and strategic support, they don't handle the routine activities, such as managing software tools on a daily basis. This leaves a gap in our IT management that we have to cover internally or through other service providers. It would be ideal if they offered more comprehensive coverage, including daily operational tasks, to fully support businesses that rely on external IT services for all aspects of their IT department. Expanding their scope in this area would make their offering even more valuable and complete.

Bei technischen Problemen wenden sich die Mitarbeiter:innen direkt an das Support-Team, das kompetent und sofort eine Lösung findet.

With deeploi, we have found exactly the IT partner we need. They support us with MDM solutions, employee onboarding/offboarding and other IT problems that arise in day-to-day business. Onboarding new employees has never been easier than with deeploi. The same applies to the installation of new software on all devices and keep track on patchmanagment.
