What is TimeMonkey?

TimeMonkey is a comprehensive software solution for time tracking, shift and absence scheduling, as well as task management, specifically developed for medical practices and clinics. With TimeMonkey Basic, many functions of time recording can be used for free. Staff can clock in and out via a practice iPhone using a pin code, NFC chip card, or key fob. The TimeMonkey Webapp displays all timestamps in real time and calculates the overtime and deficit hours per employee on a daily basis. Monthly and yearly evaluations can easily be sent to employees or tax consultants. The Pro version also includes extensive absence management functions and costs 360 € plus VAT per year.
