What is Lexware Office?
Lexware Office is a digital advisor for entrepreneurs. Starting as a cloud-based accounting solution, which allows users to handle their accounting, Lexware Office has developed into an open company platform where an increasing number of business relationships converge: The range of functions can be flexibly and individually extended via software connections from partners and the Public API.
Through access for tax firms, more than 50,000 tax advisors and firm employees already work with their clients via Lexware Office today. The Client Manager focuses on the clients of Lexware Office users and improves relationship management. Through partnerships with major banks, Lexware Office also manages relationships with payment services.
Users appreciate the clear user guidance, the advantages of automation, and the mobile, device-independent application of the TÜV SÜD-certified Lexware Office software. This means they can comfortably comply with complicated government requirements, keep an eye on their finances, and have more time for their core business. Depending on their needs, they use one of four Lexware Office versions, which differ in their range of functions: from GoBD-compliant document archiving, document capture and invoice creation, to payroll accounting.
Lexware Office began in 2012: Several Lexware development teams in Freiburg im Breisgau designed an accounting software and brought Lexware Office to life. More than 800 companies got involved with feedback from a user perspective, which went directly into the development. Today, Lexware Office is one of the leading companies for web-based invoice and accounting software. At the same location, over 200 employees currently work with agile methods of software development to continuously advance Lexware Office.
