What did you like?

I love what it does best: making it super clear who’s doing what and when. It’s like giving your agency or consulting team a big picture view of all the work, so there are no “Wait, who’s free?” surprises. It also shows you when your team is close to full capacity or when it’s time to hire. And it’s simple and easy to use. The kind of tool people actually enjoy keeping open all day.

What did you not like?

Not much. Like any tool, it’s only as good as the data you put in. If people don’t update their schedules, it can become outdated quickly. But that’s more of a team habit thing than a Teambook problem.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

In any busy agency or consulting team, the hardest thing is often just knowing who’s actually free to work on something. Before Teambook, that meant juggling spreadsheets, asking around, and hoping the info was still up to date. Now, it’s all right there in one simple view. We can see if someone’s overloaded, spot gaps before they become a problem, and plan hiring based on real numbers instead of guesswork. The biggest win? No more “Wait, who’s doing this?” moments, everyone’s on the same page.

What did you like?

It's easy to plan ressources, make teams, add projects, see if the guys are fully occupied. We have access to API for implementation with other tools. The support is reactive.

What did you not like?

Simple tool that can grow and add advanced functionalities for project planning.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We can now visualise detailled planning and see if somebody needs more tasks by advance.

What did you like?

The Planning interface is very intuitive. It was very easy to onboard. After an hour of "playing around" in trial mode I was able to identify that the tool was exactly what I needed to plan a very tight calendar for an entire year. What I also liked very much is the price, especially if you're a very small business. Last but not leat: Their customer support listens, and answers my emails quickly. They have even accepted some of my feature request!

What did you not like?

In Planning mode, drag & drop is sometimes a bit unstable, and I believe the calendar sync and calendar subscription could be improved.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Planning recurring (10+) on-site sessions for ~10 customers for an entire year, all wanting similar days of the week and similar timeslots. I tried Excel first, but that ended up one big chaos, especially if you need to take into account other factors like prep time, commute, and the fact the most employees are part-time workers, where over-time should be avoided at all cost.

What did you like?

Teambook helps us plan the onboarding for all new colleagues. The tool is self-explanatory and allows team members to work independently within the program. The personal support speaks to me a lot. Whenever I come up with an extension request or remark, Guy always gets back to me within hours and listens carefully to find a suitable result.

What did you not like?

We use the program as a little workaround to how they initially developed Teambook, so there sometimes occur some bugs on which we have to keep an eye. But then again, the support is quick and adequate, so all issues are resolved asap.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Teambook allows us to plan employee onboarding quickly and reliably. All stakeholders will get the right notifications of all schedules. The main benefit we have realised so far is getting away from our dinosaur Google Sheet, which was very prone to errors.

What did you like?

Very intuitive to use, synch with calendar so staff always have the latest schedule, can easily interface with other tools, good management report (forecast, bookings levels, etc.)

What did you not like?

Not a fully PSA system but the best at team planning and you can interface it with other pragmatic tools that cover other area. So not weakness at the end.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Simple team planning. We used to have an excel but as the team was growing it became impossible to manage and the team had to go in the excel to see the planning. With Teambook, planning is simple, scalable and the team is always up to speed with their planning. Plus with tag we can easily identify resources. Unfortunately, the new company I work with doesn't use Teambook and planning is challenging.

Flexibility of the team, easy inputs, fast overview, good utilities to export data as well, scalable solution and intuitiv handling.

What did you like?

Ease and simplicity of use, fast adoption among my team (50 people), regular updates, efficient support (mainly for evolution as the product is very stable)

What did you not like?

I can hardly find anything to criticize about Teambook; it suits my needs, and when I do have an extra request, Teambook is very responsive about considering it.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Teambook has mainly helped us tackle the following: resource allocation errors (over- and under-allocation), allocation conflicts, the complexity of estimating the workload plan and resource availability, and the difficulty of sharing an overall view of our staffing

What did you like?

Teambook is a game-changer for resource planning: the visual, drag-and-drop board gives instant clarity on who’s doing what, who’s available, and upcoming milestones. Beyond day-to-day scheduling, the Capacity Management module lets you simulate demand vs. availability over the next 6–24 months, so hiring and staffing decisions become data-driven. Timesheets are built-in and fast—one-click prefill from planned work with simple approvals—making actuals vs. plan and invoicing painless. Smart filters, tags, and saved views help you assign by skills and switch between user or project views in a click, while calendar sync and mobile apps keep everyone aligned on the go. Clients love the read-only scheduling link for real-time visibility with zero back-and-forth. Security and reliability are top-notch (data hosted in Europe, SSL, 24/7 monitoring and 99.9% uptime), and pricing is refreshingly fair: unlimited users, pay by active projects, with a free trial to start. Integrations are straightforward , so Teambook slips right into your stack without IT drama. Bottom line: a beautifully simple tool that boosts utilization, improves capacity foresight, and makes teams happier.

What did you not like?

One minor flaw: the initial setup (tags/skills, roles, views, permissions) requires a bit of configuration and a short adjustment period before everything runs smoothly. Once you get past this stage, everything works consistently and stably.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Teambook helps me manage the different people in my team at my digital marketing agency.

What did you like?

Our company replaced the previously used excel files by Teambook, so to plan our 20+ people on the different events we organize. As the person responsible for planning, I love the overview that Teambook provides me with + the availability to plan by simple drag & drop. My colleagues appreciate the fact that their planning is directly synched with their calendar.

What did you not like?

.. that our company waited so long to move to a real resource management tool ;-)

Which problems are you solving with the product?

1. Resource planning -> faster, cleaner (I have an overview). 2. Communication -> everyone knows what s/he has to do!). 3. Time tracking -> colleagues easily confirm the timesheet that we pre-fill with planning data. 4. Last but not least, company profitability has improved as we make better use of time!!!!

What did you like?

Teambook significantly streamlines resource allocation and project planning. Its clear interface and robust features provide an invaluable tool for optimizing team utilization and meeting project deadlines more efficiently. It's a strategic asset for businesses focused on enhancing operational productivity and achieving project goals with greater predictability.

What did you not like?

Is a solid solution, we really like the fact that we can contact the real person in support and request any feature/QOL improvement so its very hard to decide what would I improve...

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We can finally overview capacity of all employees in a pretty colorful and easy way. Automated system of tracking over-schedule and under-schedule. A pretty nice time tracking solution in one tool is also a plus
