What did you like?

Durch die App haben wir den Gap der internen Kommunikation zwischen Mitarbeiter:innen mit und ohne Computerzugang gut schließen können. Die einfache Installation über den Play/ App Store macht es unkompliziert den MItarbeiter:innen im Onboarding die App nahe zu bringen. Auch in der Bedienung als Anwender ist die App sehr selbsterklärend. Für uns im Backoffice gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, über die wir sehr dankbar sind. Auch der Support ist sehr sehr zufriedenstellend und die Antworten folgen rasch und stets kompetent.

Häufig ist im Backoffice etwas mehr "Klickerei" gefragt und man braucht einige Steps bis man dorthin kommt was man will. (Bspw. neue Dinge in Bibliothek einpflegen und dann auf Subseiten geben)

Wir lösen vor allem den GAP in der Mitarbeiter:innenkommunikation. Große Vorteile: -einfache Installation -mehrere Sprachen zur Übersetzung für die MA -Bedienung über Smart Phone aber auch Desktop Variante verfügbar
