What did you like?

The Voice is great, the understanding is masterpeace! Great Support from the whole team. All over a very very good Voicebot Agent.

What did you not like?

More implementation for 3rd Party Software so the Bot can do more it self. This would be great.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

No lost Calls anymore. No more erroneous call forwarding.

What did you like?

We really liked how natural the voice sounded and how quickly the AI agent responded. Additionally, the Salesforce integration was crucial for us to assess our potential leads.

What did you not like?

Setting up the deep integrations with Salesforce takes a bit of time. But once it is hooked up to the Voice agent it is extremely powerful

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We had a lot of people on our waiting list that we had to qualify before sending out our AEs. We basically replaced our inbound SDRs with Leaping AI

What did you like?

It is impressive that they can handle in- and outbound calls. Their platform is easy to use and to set-up. They really help you to get started and achieve the best results. They really want you to succeed in your business. It is easy to test and you can adjust it as you want on the fly.

What did you not like?

One minor thing is that a few less common languages aren’t supported right out of the box yet, but the core language options are solid.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We can provide Customer Support around the clock, since the AI can resolve a lot of the issues without a call center agent. We increased not only customer satisfaction, but also employee satisfaction.

What did you like?

We use it to automate customer support i.e. for incoming calls. Works great so far for our use case. Conversation seem impressively natural. Super user-centric and capable team with new features already shipped since the short time we used it.

What did you not like?

We've been using it for the first month, hence so far there was nothing specific.

As a small team customer support and incoming calls take a lot of bandwidth. We automated the first level support.

What did you like?

Besides almost human feedback and reaction, we saw great output also for complex cases; the system now handles the easy queries entirely on its own and triages the rest cleanly to humans.

What did you not like?

So far no complaints, improvements were provided fast & regularly by the team and we are kept in the loop!

What did you like?

With Leaping AI we can save resources on customer support. The AI is truly helpful and reliable, taking care of basic and even more complex customer queries on its own. When customers want to speak with a human service employee, the AI recognizes that and forwards the calls. Very easy handling and good support by the team, too.

What did you not like?

We are amazed by how well this is working. Some minor features are still missing but the team's continuously improving their technology, so nothing to complain about.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Our support team doesn't have to answer the same questions over and over. Even more complex problems are solved by the AI now. This means: Less resources spent on support, more focus on marketing, community building and other important tasks.

What did you like?

What I appreciate most about Leaping AI’s voice agents is how natural and easy the conversations are. The agent picks up on subtle details and responds quickly without coming across as robotic. It feels more like speaking with a professional than interacting with a machine.

What did you not like?

There isn’t much to dislike, its exactly the technology our call center has been waiting for.

Hat unser Call Center Volumen um 92% gesenkt. Das Onboarding war professionell und der Konversationsdesigner ist intuitiv

What did you not like?

Bisher noch nichts aufgefallen, da wir die Software erst seit seit 2 Monaten nutzen. Es fehlen noch einige kleinere Features, aber die sollten in den kommenden Wochen nachgezogen werden.

Aktuell habe ich keine Themen, die hier zu erwähnen sind. Kevin und sein Team sind immer offen für Verbesserungen und kümmern sich sofort darum, wenn Themen aufkommen.

Einfache telefonisch Anfragen werden durch Leaping AI bearbeitet. Komplexe Themen werden dann entsprechend dann an Agenten weitergeleitet.
