What did you like?

Easy to use platform. In-depth training (e.g. campaign/template builds) from reps. Reps are extremely helpful, quick to respond and proactive.

What did you not like?

Some limitations in what we can use it for, e.g. no ability to build boosting campaigns, doesn't have an integration with X.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Automating larger campaign builds with the duplication function. Using creative templates to personalise Meta ads e.g. pulling in nearest pub name, changing which creative is being served based on a weather API.

What did you like?

The experts at Hunch actively engage with us, promptly addressing challenges as they arise and providing swift responses to our inquiries. Currently, we're leveraging the tool for Shopping ads, but we have yet to explore its video capabilities and dynamic video functionalities. Our goal is to integrate these features by the end of Q2. While there are numerous other functionalities offered by the tool, we have not yet had the opportunity to develop use cases for them. This is a key objective for 2024, allowing us to fully leverage Hunch as an extension of our creative team. Presently, only our social advertising consultants utilize Hunch, but we aim to introduce the tool to our design studio. We want our designers to discover how Hunch can streamline their workflow, enabling them to create designs efficiently with a focus on social content.

What did you not like?

Currently, we haven't encountered any aspects of Hunch that we dislike. This could be attributed to our limited exploration of the tool's full capabilities. However, we trust that the specialists at Hunch are readily available to provide solutions should any issues arise in the future.

What did you like?

Hunch made our campaign strategies more relevant and personal for the target audience. Everything we wanted to create had been made possible thanks to the super fast customer support. Once you know which strategy is behind the campaigns the implementation is relatively ease.

What did you not like?

Little bugs which have great effect on your whole campaign are easily made and something hard to discover where they are coming from. Making sure Hunch pussed the right data to META can be a challenge sometimes.

Time! As well for setting up campaigns as for content creation

What did you like?

I like their service attitude a lot. Attentive account managers, full support during the onboarding process and very responsive technical tream. Additionally the tool itself provides amazing versatility and can unleash advertising creativity on a level that is incomparable to other techniques.

What did you not like?

I am sometimes not fully content with the platform’s ad management module. From technical perspective it is 100% functional, but from UX perspective it leaves a lot to be desired.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

E-commerce business I represent always had struggles with ad level creative solutions. We market around 120,000+ products daily and the ability to customize the creative delivery of those products could not be achieved without Hunch.

Durch einen einzigen Klick können alle Visuals geändert werden, während in Facebook dafür neue Kreativinhalte erstellt werden müssen. Zudem erleichtert Hunch die Nutzung des Feeds in den Vorlagen, um alle relevanten Informationen unkompliziert zu laden und anzupassen. Abschließend steht das Hunch-Team stets für Fragen zur Verfügung, und die Reaktionszeit ist sehr schnell.

What did you not like?

Insgesamt gibt es nichts Negatives über dieses Tool zu berichten. Durch kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Updates wird gewährleistet, dass das Tool stets auf dem neuesten Stand ist und den Anforderungen der Nutzer gerecht wird. Es erleichtert meinen Workflow einfach erheblich.

Easier creative update in campaigns (you only change template and campaign is updated), easy to use, data available in hunch ads and facebook ads.

What did you not like?

Some parts of platform can be improved, we communicated with team - search in platform, sort by ad set name etc.

Improving dynamic campaigns as well as ads look. Easier to create ads that look very good. Easy to create videos that can be used on all other channels.

What did you like?

I like the feed management tool, the creative template tool, the team helps to build bespoke solutions and they're fast!

What did you not like?

The reporting isn't very advanced so I tend to use Meta Business Manager for that but we are working on a solution for this.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Automation and feed-based campaigns. They've helped me to change my way of thinking to "feed first" so I'm working on having a one directional flow where everything is managed in the feed rather than some things being managed in the feed and some inside the campaign templates.

Der Service ist sehr schnell, freundlich, kompetent und individuell. Es gibt kein Geschacher um Zuständigkeiten und eine Can-Do-Attitude. Die eingebauten Editoren sind leicht verständlich und kompatibel mit den üblichen Standards, dadurch ist der zusätzliche Aufwand gering. Auch die Kollaboration mehrerer Agenturen und Teams läuft dank Benutzermanagement problemlos.

What did you not like?

Aktuell fehlt noch ein Ausbau zusätzlicher Kanäle. Eine direkte Anbindung als Kampagnen-Pipeline für mehr Plattformen wäre wünschenswert.

Durch ein schnell wechselndes Produktportfolio und konstantes Reagieren auf den aktuellen Bestand mit kurzfristigen Aktionen, Preisanpassungen, etc. sind statische Creatives zu langsam und aufwändig. Mit Hunch generieren wir hochwertige Creatives dank Feedanbindung ohne Verzögerung und automatisch und integrieren diese ebenso automatisch in unsere Kampagnen.

What did you like?

Traffic volumes through Hunch are amazing. We are also very satisfied with visual solutions and the number of different creatives. Customer support is also great.

What did you not like?

There are no downsides in our cooperation. We are very satisfied and are using their solution for years now.

What did you like?

It has less steps than Meta while creating an ad and is more user friendly. You can create catalogs from your website easy and have beautiful looking dynamic ads.

What did you not like?

I would prefer to edit my published campaigns in Hunch, rather than trough Meta. And sync for product sets to be faster - to be able to edit product set while the campaign is active - realtime changes.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Catalog sales campaigns and always on. Also our designer is much more happier - he does´t have to create over 50,60 or more identical posts while imputing manually all the data per model. I just use automated catalogs and export function :D I am happy as well!

What did you like?

The biggest areas of improvement since we have been using Hunch for our clients have been the effective improvement of the creatives, always dynamically connecting them to the specific audiences reached. By using a fixed template in Hunch and linking the right fields to the available data we make the difference in the advertising channels leading to a lower CPA and an improved conversion rate.

What did you not like?

Sometimes it would be more convenient to also be able to run reports that would be directly worth sharing with our clients. Now we get the most important insights from our own reports, but such insight via Hunch itself would also be a welcome addition to the platform.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Efficient campaign management: Hunch simplifies the management of my advertising campaigns. I can utilize one design and connect it to my catalog, enabling me to launch campaigns across channels supported by Hunch seamlessly. This centralized approach streamlines the campaign setup, tracking, and optimization process.

What did you like?

Using minimal creatives, we've generated thousand of ads through dynamic and automated campaigns using one data source per market. This has allowed for extensive geotargeting across multiple markets with one creative, which has been optimal for time management. Also, the support team is super quick to respond if there were any issues or questions!

What did you not like?

There are some drawbacks, for example no dynamic text option within primary text. Also, due to the large amount of data we are working with, we need a larger limit on filters than 500, and have to ask each time on each individual filter that this be increased - which adds some time on to the process.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Extensive geotargeting across multiple markets through dynamic ads, automating and streamlining the process massively.

What did you like?

User-friendly interface and intuitive navigation, visually appealing image creatives, it can deliver relevant ads by testing thousands of creatives with different backgrounds and copy in real time.

What did you not like?

So far, in my experience with HunchAds, I have not come across any disadvantages at all.

What did you like?

The product is well-developed and the team is listening really well to feedback from their customers. Last couple of months the tool had a lot of new features which shows that Hunch is constantly looking for ways to improve the platform and usabilty.

What did you not like?

Not really a dislike; but the tool makes it now easier to build and manage campaigns in multiple platforms. But it would be great to have a 'cross-reporting' functionality as well! And what I'm missing now on the dynamic feature; that it's not possible to show what products/ USP's you've used worked best until you create different templates for it.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

When text on creatives needs to be changed (such as dates) it's easier to do that with Hunch because we no longer need to brief a design team and/or manually upload all the different ads.

What did you like?

Entirely straightforward & easy to use once you get the hang of it. It benefits webshops with many products, making navigating and creating automated, custom ads less complicated. The Hunch team provides endless support regarding both tech and creative aspects and quickly resolves any issues you might have while creating your ads.

What did you not like?

Seldom it will fail to send the campaign to Meta. Most of our company's issues transpired due to Meta and not Hunch itself. Even if any problems arise, the team behind Hunch is swift to provide assistance.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Using Hunch saves us a lot of time. It's easier to use, visually clearer and neater than Ads Manager. Thus, we are able to prepare our campaigns more swiftly, shortening the number of days spent on getting the ads running.

I love how easy the interphsace is and good service our agency get. The people of Hunch are easy to talk to and always helps out very fast.

What did you not like?

1. When creating a new campaign sometimes that campaign does not show on the list of campaigns. 2. While creating an ad, suddenly the date and hours already chosen on Ad Set level changes to 00.00. 3. When duplicating a campaign and I have to choose which feed to use, that display is veeery blurry. 4. I would love to create collection ads dynamically throughout over 100 stores/ad sets.

What did you like?

Fact that you can easily produce hundreds of creatives and test with them more easily. With just one click on a button, you can make changes to all visuals, whereas in Facebook new creatives have to be made for this. Hunch also helps to use the feed in the templates, ensuring that all interesting and relevant information can be loaded and adjusted easily. Finally, the Hunch team is always available for any questions and the response time is very quick.

What did you not like?

At first, it takes some time getting used to working in the tooling. The design is moving more towards the advertising specialist. It takes some time to make this a new way of working.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Cost & time saving for the client, in terms of developing new designs. More personalised ads, taking visuals to a higher level. Hunch makes the process around: creative localisation, efficiency, scale, production of visuals, personalisation way more easier.

What did you like?

Hunch proved to be a very intuitive and simple tool to use because it allowed my creative team to get a hang of how the DCO works fairly quickly and put it immediately to use, increasing our production output while reducing our response time drastically.

What did you not like?

Although the tool is so easy to use, my team and I would like a more "creative" interface as it feels a little "programmer-esque", very functional and useful just not eye-catching, to put it short it lacks some flair.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Our creative team has an enormous creative workload as we work in the retail industry. This calls for a very large amount of ad creatives to be done, with prices, attributes and many other variables in constant change. Hunch allowed us to automatize our creative process and bluntly reduce our creative response time from 3 days to same day, attracting praise and great comments from the higher-ups.

You an create beautiful automated creatives. You have more freedom in creating strategies. You can design the whole customer journey in more details than in the individual platforms, such as Meta.

What did you not like?

The downside of Hunch is that it's still a start-up/scale-up company, so new updates take some time

What did you like?

The template design platform is very easy to use and great to add the brand identity to the ads. Being able to add new templates to the existing campaigns is also great to test new angles and designs.

What did you not like?

What I dislike is more regarding facebook limitations, in the sense where dynamic ads go, it is not possible to personalise for the different ad sizes.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We weren't able to hone results with dynamic ads before using hunch and now we're able to scale the investment in these type of ads on both retargeting and prospecting campaigns.

What did you like?

It is easy enough to create, update, and send campaigns to different platforms. The connection to the feed makes the dynamic templates more relevant and scalable.

What did you not like?

It can be a bit buggy, which might get a bit stressful if the campaign needs to launch immediately.

Having a big amount of products to showcase to different audiences makes the segmentation a bit tricky. Hunch helps to solve that.

What did you like?

Hunch is helping us a lot by creating attractive ads. It looks way better than for example the images from a product feed. Also the tool saves you time, with a few templates you can create lots of ads. Moreover the team is very helpful by helping us out if we have questions!

What did you not like?

Some of the advantage + features from Meta are not available (yet) in Hunch. That's the one thing I am missing. But they are always trying to update the tool when we run into something or when we are missing things.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

You can create a lot of ads with a few templates and they look much more attractive than when using the catalog.

Creative - by using Hunch templates our ads look much better. We had good cooperation in trial period, team solved all our questions quickly. Also team gives suggestions about campaigns structure and shares good cases.

What did you not like?

There are some bugs that we issued - feed uploading in every 1-2 minutes even if not set, not visible ad sets when publishing one change on campaign, at some moment we had 100% percentage off on all products. Team is informed about all.

Saving designers' time, improving ad quality, optimizing number of active single image / carousel ads.

The option to control status & bidding use feed values. Which allows us to leverage our own data on our own server and send in values to be used in dynamic ads.

What did you not like?

The lack of feed-based-values in automation rules & the option to use feed values to control google ads campaigns

Hunch is constantly working to improve the platform. Sometimes there are some minor bugs in the platform

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Simply sending ads to the target audiences does not longer work. Ads need to be creative and personalized in order to stand out form other ads. With personalization people will recognize something from the ads which will grab their attention. But making hundreds of different ads will be very time consuming, and the costs of setting up a campaign have to be in proportion with the mediabudget. So you need a smart way to automate making all of these ads. Hunch is solving this problem for us. Now we are able to show personalized ads with making, uploading and testing all of these ads by hand.

Hunch's ability to tailor their product to our individual needs has been invaluable and their team are so helpful and attentive to our communications, even with last minute requests.

What did you not like?

There have been some limitations with regard to what we can display from our feed but Hunch still do endeavor to try to create a fix for this, and often have been able to do that for us.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Operating in the gambling industry, it it a highly competitive market when it comes to marketing. As a lesser know brand, Hunch is helping us to cut through the noise by offering us a creative solution which allows us to display live, sport-specific, fixture info and match odds in our Facebook ads, which very few (if any) other competitors are doing right now.

What did you like?

The guys behind Hunch are providing a next-level service for a software product that is already brilliant as a self-service standalone tool. They are always on top of the latest trends and best practices on Social Media and can provide a strategic recommendation for any market you might be aiming for, then equip you with the right software to execute that yourself.

What did you not like?

I honestly can't think of a downside except for the fact that they don't have the time machine that everyone in advertising needs. Whatever ridiculous last-minute ideas I came up with, Hunch made it happen as close to 'yesterday' as possible.
