What did you like?

What I like most is how fast and clear everything is. During busy hours, I don’t have time to click through complicated menus — CCS keeps everything simple. Member check-ins, product info, stock levels… it’s all right where I need it. The warnings for limits and missing data are super helpful and avoid awkward situations at the counter. Compared to other systems I’ve used in Marbella, this one is definitely smoother.

What did you not like?

Honestly, nothing major. Everything works the way it should. If something could be improved, the team usually updates it fast, so I don’t really have anything to complain about.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

CCS helps us keep the club organised, especially when it gets busy. It reduces mistakes, makes stock tracking clear, and saves me time during each shift. It also feels much more professional for members — everything is quick, clean, and transparent. Since using CCS, the workflow in the club is way better and we spend less time fixing errors.

What did you like?

What I like most is how CCS helps us keep everything under control without complicating things. The interface is clean, fast, and easy to learn — even new staff understand it quickly. What did you like?

What I like most about CCS is how easy it is to manage everything, even in a small club like mine. I don’t have a big team, so the clear interface, the member management, and the automatic warnings save me a lot of time. The system never feels overwhelming — it’s simple but professional. I also love that my members can use the PuffPal app for pre-registration and identification. For a small place in Fuerteventura, this is a huge help.

What did you not like?

Honestly, nothing important so far. The system works well, and if I ever need something, support answers quickly. Nothing to complain about.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?

I have worked at several clubs throughout Spain, and whenever I have seen CCS installed, day-to-day operations have been much smoother. Membership management, limit notifications, and stock management all work without any headaches. Everything is designed so that we don't waste time and can focus on our members. In addition, integration with the pre-registration app helps a lot when the club is growing.

What did you not like?

So far, I haven't found anything that causes me any real problems. There are always things that could be improved, but nothing that really bothers me or makes my work difficult.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Mainly, to avoid human error. CCS alerts you when a member is close to their limit, when information is missing, or when there are discrepancies in stock. It also helps us to organise ourselves better: check-ins, check-outs, shifts... everything is clear. In clubs where I have worked without CCS, there was always more confusion and losses. With CCS, everything is more professional and transparent.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything serious to complain about so far. Everything I needed worked well and nothing has bothered me enough to call it a “dislike.”

What did you like?

Es ist die perfekte Software um nicht nur klein zu starten, aber auf starken Wachstum zu zielen. Sprich, CCS ist ein richtiges one-stop-shop! Die automatische Einhaltung von Alters- und Mengenlimits erleichtert nicht nur das alltägliche Geschäft (vor allem für die Mitarbeiter), sondern macht auch die rechtliche Absicherung erheblich einfacher. Die DSGVO-konforme Datenverarbeitung gibt auch den Members ein sicheres Gefühl, alles bleibt schön sicher :) .

What did you not like?

Am Anfang haben wir alles ganz einfach gestaltet, aber mit der Zeit mehr und mehr Funktionen verwendet und teils haben uns manche frei definierbare Felder gefehlt. Der mehrsprachige Support ist da aber schnell aufgesprungen und hat uns die gewünschten Felder schnellstens erstellt.

Vorher war alles ziemlich chaotisch – Tabellen, Zettel, unübersichtliche Abläufe... Mit CCS läuft das alles endlich zentral und digital, vom Anbau bis zur Abgabe. Das System hält die rechtlichen Grenzen automatisch im Blick, da haben wir weniger Kopfschmerzen und können uns auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren.

What did you like?

Was mir am besten gefällt, ist, dass sie eine kostenlose Version für Mitglieder anbieten, die sich schon vor dem Start anmelden. Das ist eine clevere Art, den Club vorzubereiten und die Community aufzubauen, ohne sich frühzeitig um zusätzliche Kosten zu kümmern. Das System ist einfach zu bedienen und gibt schon jetzt eine klare Vorstellung davon, wie alles nach der Eröffnung laufen wird. Außerdem hilft es uns, von Anfang an organisiert und konform zu bleiben – ein großes Plus, wenn man gerade erst anfängt.

What did you not like?

Bis jetzt hab ich nichts gefunden, was mich wirklich nervt oder was ich an der Software nicht mag. Alles läuft wie erwartet.

Es hält alles an einem Ort organisiert – Mitglieder, Verkäufe und Lagerbestände. Wir sparen Zeit, vermeiden Fehler und bleiben konform. Es ist einfach zu bedienen, zuverlässig und wächst mit dem Verein mit.

What did you like?

We switched to CCS 3 years ago, and haven't looked back. What strikes me the most is how easy the system is to use, no education is required to get started. At the same time, the system is so deep, you can get reports of any aspect of your club's operations. I also should mention the mobile app for members, Puffpal, which is a fantastic tool to communicate with our members!

What did you not like?

I wish they could update the app more often, adding new features and expanding what they already have.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I now have full visibility of everything going on in my club. If we're missing money or product, the software makes it easy to find out exactly how it happened - this is a BIG plus as staff members can be dishonest in this industry.

What did you like?

The ease of registering my clients and keeping a record of their usage has really helped me see what i need to stock, i've been able to track wastage which is a hidden cost that i was aware of but didn't know how much i was losing overall so i've been able to reduce my overall costs and generate more revenue.

What did you not like?

Nothing to dislike, i moved from logging things on a spreadsheet on local drives on a laptop which is super risky, now i have a tool i can access anywhere in the world as long as i have wifi.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Knowing my fixed and variable costs has allowed me to add the right level of margin on the prices i sell my products at, meaning i now can invest my profits in other areas of the business.

Das Support-Team ist aber echt schnell zur Stelle, sodass alle Probleme, die wir hatten, rasch gelöst wurden.

Das war chaotisch und hat viel Zeit gekostet. Mit CCS ist alles an einem Ort. Wir können Mitglieder registrieren, ihre Aktivitäten verfolgen, den Lagerbestand kontrollieren und ohne Stress die Vorschriften einhalten. Das hat den täglichen Betrieb viel reibungsloser gemacht. Eines der besten Features ist die SmartBud-KI – sie hilft uns, den Mitgliedern Sorten zu empfehlen, die ihren Vorlieben entsprechen, und sie sind begeistert davon. Insgesamt wirkt der Club dadurch professioneller und ist einfacher zu verwalten.
