AI-generated summary
What users say about Cannabis Club Systems
Based on 24 reviews
Cannabis Club Systems offers a clean, fast, and easy-to-learn interface that makes workflows efficient. Cannabis Club Systems also solves member inquiries about strains and effects through the helpful SmartBud AI. However, Cannabis Club Systems also brings drawbacks, such as an initial learning curve due to the many features. Additionally, users of Cannabis Club Systems desire more customization options for reports as well as faster loading times. Another problem of Cannabis Club Systems is the unreliable mobile version, which urgently needs more frequent updates to function smoothly.

What did you like?
The system keeps everything organised during busy shifts. Member info, products, and stock are easy to check quickly. What I like a lot is SmartBud AI because it helps when members ask questions about strains or effects and you’re not 100% sure. It’s like having extra support during the shift.
What did you not like?
Sometimes when you're new it can feel like there are many features, so it takes a bit of time to get comfortable with everything. After using it daily it becomes much easier though.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It makes the club run more smoothly. Before we had more manual processes and things could get confusing between shifts. Now everything is recorded properly and it’s easier for staff to follow the same process. SmartBud AI also helps us give better info to members.

What did you like?
What I like most is that everything is in one place. Member details, product tracking, daily activity, it’s all there and easy to check. Before CCS we were using a mix of spreadsheets and manual logs, which was messy and easy to get wrong. Now the team can follow the same process and things run smoother.
What did you not like?
Some parts take time to learn properly, especially for staff who are not very technical. At the start there were a few moments where we had to double check things, but after some weeks it became normal and much easier.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It helps us stay organised and consistent. As a manager, I can see what’s happening without being on the floor all the time. Stock control is clearer, member records are more reliable, and it reduces small mistakes that can become big problems later. It also helps with internal rules and accountability.

What did you like?
It makes things clear. Members, products, and daily stuff is all in one place. I don’t have to guess or ask all the time, which helps a lot during busy hours.
What did you not like?
At first it felt a bit confusing, but after a few shifts it was fine. Not everything is super intuitive on day one.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It avoids chaos. Everyone follows the same process, so less mistakes and less stress. Makes my shift easier.

What did you like?
What stands out most is that Cannabis Club Systems is clearly designed around the real needs of cannabis social clubs, especially in Spain. It’s not a generic POS adapted for cannabis — it actually reflects how clubs operate day to day.
Member management, stock control, and traceability are all integrated in a way that makes sense. For me, this brought clarity and structure to operations that were previously handled across different tools. I also value the transparency it gives me as an owner — I can understand what’s happening in the club without micromanaging staff.
What did you not like?
There is a learning curve, especially if your team is used to very basic systems or manual processes. Some features take time to fully understand, and you need to invest in proper onboarding.
That said, once everything is set up correctly, it runs smoothly. The system feels more like long-term infrastructure than a quick fix.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Before CCS, consistency was our biggest issue — different staff doing things differently, unclear stock movements, and too much reliance on manual checks. CCS helped standardize operations and significantly reduced mistakes.
It also helped us feel more aligned with best practices around compliance and internal control, which is essential in Barcelona’s club environment.

What did you like?
What I like most is that it’s clearly built for cannabis clubs, not adapted from a normal retail or POS system. Before CCS, we were using a mix of spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and a generic system that never fully fit our reality. With CCS everything is in one place: members, inventory, compliance, and daily operations.
The track & trace features give me peace of mind, especially as a foreign club owner in Spain where rules can feel unclear. I also appreciate that the team actually understands the legal and operational nuances of clubs in Spain, not just on paper but in practice.
What did you not like?
Like any serious system, it takes a bit of time to fully set up and train staff properly. Some of my team needed a few weeks to really feel comfortable with all features. That said, the support team was responsive and helpful when we needed guidance.
I’d also like to see even more automation over time, but I know they are actively developing new features.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
CCS helped us move from a “survival mode” operation to a structured, professional club. We reduced human errors in stock, improved member management, and made reporting much easier. It also helped align staff processes, so everyone works the same way instead of improvising.
For me personally, it reduced stress. I can check how the club is doing without having to be physically there every day.

What did you like?
What I like most is how fast and clear everything is. During busy hours, I don’t have time to click through complicated menus — CCS keeps everything simple. Member check-ins, product info, stock levels… it’s all right where I need it. The warnings for limits and missing data are super helpful and avoid awkward situations at the counter. Compared to other systems I’ve used in Marbella, this one is definitely smoother.
What did you not like?
Honestly, nothing major. Everything works the way it should. If something could be improved, the team usually updates it fast, so I don’t really have anything to complain about.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
CCS helps us keep the club organised, especially when it gets busy. It reduces mistakes, makes stock tracking clear, and saves me time during each shift. It also feels much more professional for members — everything is quick, clean, and transparent. Since using CCS, the workflow in the club is way better and we spend less time fixing errors.

What did you like?
What I like most is how CCS helps us keep everything under control without complicating things. The interface is clean, fast, and easy to learn — even new staff understand it quickly. The automatic warnings for member limits, missing info, and stock changes really help during busy shifts. I’ve worked in a couple of clubs in Andalucía, and CCS is definitely the most reliable system I’ve used.
What did you not like?
So far, nothing that really bothers me. Every tool can have small things to improve, but CCS works smoothly and has never slowed down my work.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It solves the typical chaos of managing members and products in a busy club. Check-ins are quick, dispensing is clear, and stock differences are easy to track. It also keeps the whole team aligned — no more guessing or double-checking spreadsheets. CCS makes our daily work faster and more professional, which members notice too.

What did you like?
What I like most about CCS is how easy it is to manage everything, even in a small club like mine. I don’t have a big team, so the clear interface, the member management, and the automatic warnings save me a lot of time. The system never feels overwhelming — it’s simple but professional. I also love that my members can use the PuffPal app for pre-registration and identification. For a small place in Fuerteventura, this is a huge help.
What did you not like?
Honestly, nothing important so far. The system works well, and if I ever need something, support answers quickly. Nothing to complain about.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
CCS helps me keep everything organised without stress. It tracks visits, limits, and stock automatically, so I don’t have to worry about mistakes. It also makes my club look more serious and modern to the local members. Even though we are small, CCS gives us the same level of structure and control as bigger clubs in mainland Spain.

What did you like?
I have worked at several clubs throughout Spain, and whenever I have seen CCS installed, day-to-day operations have been much smoother. Membership management, limit notifications, and stock management all work without any headaches. Everything is designed so that we don't waste time and can focus on our members. In addition, integration with the pre-registration app helps a lot when the club is growing.
What did you not like?
So far, I haven't found anything that causes me any real problems. There are always things that could be improved, but nothing that really bothers me or makes my work difficult.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Mainly, to avoid human error. CCS alerts you when a member is close to their limit, when information is missing, or when there are discrepancies in stock. It also helps us to organise ourselves better: check-ins, check-outs, shifts... everything is clear. In clubs where I have worked without CCS, there was always more confusion and losses. With CCS, everything is more professional and transparent.

What did you like?
What I like most is how CCS keeps things simple but still powerful. The setup was quick, the team picked it up fast, and it just works — no drama. Member check-ins, stock, daily ops… everything runs smoother. And the support team? Lekker quick :) . Every time we needed help, they were on it and actually sorted things out, not just talk.
What did you not like?
So far, nothing that really bothers me. Every system has small things you’d improve, but there’s nothing I’d call a real issue.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
CCS helps us stay organised and compliant without overcomplicating things. Member records are clean, stock control is accurate, and the team wastes way less time. It also makes our club feel more professional — members notice that things are running properly. Overall, it saves us time, headaches, and keeps the workflow consistent.

Which problems are you solving with the product?
CCS helps us keep everything organized — members, products, daily reports, and stock. Before this, we had to jump between different tools and spreadsheets, and mistakes happened all the time. Now everything is in one system, the team works faster, and I have a clearer view of the whole club. It just makes managing the place a lot easier.

It makes daily work much easier. I don’t have to track visits or limits manually, everything is automatic.
What did you not like?
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
What did you not like?
Bis jetzt hab ich nichts gefunden, was mich wirklich nervt oder was ich an der Software nicht mag. Alles läuft wie erwartet.
Which problems are you solving with the product?

What did you like?
We switched to CCS 3 years ago, and haven't looked back. What strikes me the most is how easy the system is to use, no education is required to get started. At the same time, the system is so deep, you can get reports of any aspect of your club's operations. I also should mention the mobile app for members, Puffpal, which is a fantastic tool to communicate with our members!
What did you not like?
I wish they could update the app more often, adding new features and expanding what they already have.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I now have full visibility of everything going on in my club. If we're missing money or product, the software makes it easy to find out exactly how it happened - this is a BIG plus as staff members can be dishonest in this industry.
