What is ODOSCOPE?
ODOSCOPE CEP is an AI-supported control software for digital sales channels. It allows users to market products specifically to the corresponding customers. Various digital touchpoints such as product listings, landing pages, newsletters or banner ads can be used. Business users act user-centred through the analysis of customer and user data and at the same time control their range with consideration of their own goals, such as CR, AOV, margins, return rates or warehouse sales. The item and range control in conjunction with holistic personalisation is carried out using AI algorithms that respond to real-time signals (session-based profiling). Users can integrate their 1st-party data from a variety of sources (e.g. master data, movement data, customer data and product data) into the CEP and enhance it with public data sources. The existing CDP can be connected to the ODOSCOPE CEP if required. The ODOSCOPE CEP is suitable for unknown and known users.
How does ODOSCOPE work?
The ODOSCOPE CEP decides which products should be presented to which users and when. This knowledge can be used for detailed range and campaign control and implemented directly via the control panel. The ODOSCOPE CEP relies on "situationalisation" as the next stage of personalisation. This way, individually relevant products for customers in online shops, on websites, in apps or at other digital touchpoints can be presented to users individually, even without cookies. With real-time AI technology, the needs of the current - often unknown - user can be anticipated and predicted user and situation-specifically. Application areas are touchpoints such as product lists, news feeds, landing pages, newsletters, display banners as well as personalised recommendations in the shopping cart, on product detail pages or during the checkout process.
Is ODOSCOPE safe?
ODOSCOPE acts as a data processor and only uses the 1st-party data of its customers. The ODOSCOPE GmbH operates its own private cloud, which is hosted exclusively on root servers in German data centers and is 100% GDPR compliant.
