What did you like?

Simple and quick, information is directly applicable in practice and of great value. Return on investment a no-brainer. Cost savings through more relevant media planning. Shorter time-to-hire = employee is profitable in an earlier stage. Better quality-of-hire = better, more motivated employees stay longer (less recruitment needed). Less / no assistance required from recruitment agencies. Insights in your competition in the labour market. Insights in possible prospects in the labour market.

What did you not like?

No dashboard is perfect, there's always something to wish for. I know that the roadmap of Intelligence Group (iG!) is never empty.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Insights in drivers from our targets group(s) to choose a certain job or employer. International recruitment marketing and employer branding. Insights in recruitment feasibility and the most used media channels when looking for a job. Increasing effectiveness of recruiting talent from the various European countries. Improving the candidate experience based on local expectations and differences. Managing the expectations of stakeholders at our management or client.
