Wir haben ZMI-Time und WebClient. Automatisierte Zeiterfassung, leichtere Abwicklung von Urlaubs- und sonstigen Anträgen. Im Vergleich zum vorherigen System deutliche Zeitersparnis, bessere Übersichlichkeit, bessere und transparente Informationen für die Mitarbeiter.

What did you like?

Mir gefällt vor allem die einfache Handhabung. Auch die Funktionen und möglichen Einstellungen die bei jedem Schichtplan hinterlegt werden können. Das Programm ist sehr gut strukturiert. Die Erklärvideos. Der Kundenservice!!!

What did you not like?

Es wäre hilfreiche wenn es einen kleinen Infobutton neben den Eingabefeldern gäbe, sodass man einige wichtige Infos hier nachlesen könnte. Ansonsten ist ja alles in den Videos ziemlich gut erklärt.

Man kann selber neue Zeitarbeitspläne anlegen & verwalten. Somit ist man flexibel. Einfache Bedienung des Programms ist zudem gegeben.

What did you like?

It's very easy to navigate the app on both the supervisor and employee side. The sign off on shifts and automatic clock outs have saved us a lot of headaches with time tracking. It's also been great to be able to use the location tracking when needed. It's easy to pull hours and utilize the reports for payroll. I love it!

What did you not like?

I did not like the scheduler that ZMI offered because it was not visual enough for our team to use. Now we continue to make it on a spreadsheet but we post it in ZMI as an update.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I was skeptical but now I LOVE IT! It does everything smoothly and makes it fun at the same time! I would 100% recommend ZMI!

Wir haben die Zeiterfassung von ZMI seit Juli 2024 im Einsatz und sind mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden. Die Zeiterfassung wird neben den Stechzeiten auch für die Erfassung der Fehlzeiten verwendet. Hierzu ist das Modul bzw. der Menüpunkt "ZMI Urlaub", mit der Komplettansicht aller Mitarbeiter und eines gesamten Monats auf einen Blick, bestens geeignet. Durch die Schnittstelle zur Lohnsoftware Hamburger Software ist eine Automatisierung zwischen Zeit- und Lohnerfassung implementiert. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist bedienerfreundlich und für alle Erfassungsarten, wie per Terminal, Web oder App, geeignet.

What did you not like?

Die Stornierung von genehmigten Urlaubstagen könnte durch den Mitarbeiter selbst zu beantragen/bearbeiten sein. Aktuell liegt die Verwaltung im Personalbereich, da die Mitarbeiter keine eigenen Änderungen mehr vornehmen können. Ebenfalls verhält es sich bei Krankheitstagen während Urlaubszeiten, auch hier ist ein manuelles Eingreifen seitens der Personalmitarbeiter notwendig. Bei einigen wenigen Arbeitstagen entstehen Fehler, sobald Home Office, Dienstgang und Büroarbeiten vor Ort an einem Tag absolviert werden. Auch hier wird manuell eingegriffen, um die Fehler zu beheben.

Die Zeiten und Fehltage werden digital erfasst und alle Mitarbeiter können sich eine Übersicht über Ihre Urlaubs-, Krankheitstage, sowie Überstunden anzeigen lassen. Die Digitalisierung hilft auch der Lohnabrechnungsstelle Fehl-, aber auch Arbeitszeiten korrekt abzurechnen.

What did you like?

ZMI has given us a good sense and understanding of our hours, it is easy to access everyday. Helps us submit requests and see upcoming holidays or days off registered by the company. Super easy to report time and have employees correct mistakes they make while tracking time, so its less of a burden for the admin office to validate. The most appreciated aspect of ZMI system is it's user-friendly interface which simplifies the process of recording and tracking attendance effortlessly.

What did you not like?

As we have some technical issues with the geofence, it would be nice if the punch in interface was more like the time entry where we could punch in and out times for the week on one page without having to do it daily. Me and my team have not had any more challenges.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Delighted! Excellent and very proficient and documents oriented. It is very accurate and I highly recommend.

Jede Praxis hat ihre Eigenheiten von Dienstzeiten bis zu Sonderregelungen. Mit ZMI konnten wir alles so konfigurieren, dass es wirklich zu uns passt. Für alle Beteiligten, vom Tierarzthelfer bis zur Geschäftsführung, die Einstiegshürde ist super niedrig. Das Support Team ist immer erreichbar, super freundlich, lösungsorientiert. Da merkt man einfach, dass das Unternehmen ZMI Ahnung von der HR-Welt hat. Wir sind mit wenigen Modulen gestartet und haben nach und nach erweitert. Das System wächst mit uns und lässt sich problemlos mit DATEV, Outlook & Co. verbinden.

Das Backend könnte an manchen Stellen ein moderneres Interface vertragen. Funktional? Ja. Hübsch? Naja. Die Modulpreise summieren sich relativ schnell. Für kleinere Teams eventuell abschreckend, für uns mit mehreren Standorten ist es okay, aber nicht günstig. Wenn man mit sehr vielen Nutzern oder Daten arbeitet, können Ladezeiten schon mal etwas ziehen, das ist aber eher in Spezialfällen ein Thema.

Unsere Praxismitarbeitenden stempeln ihre Zeiten direkt über die mobile App oder via Terminal in der Praxis. Für die Kollegen im Backoffice läuft alles über die Webanwendung. Die Daten fließen live ins System, kein Nachhaken, kein Chaos bei Monatsabschlüssen. Die Zeiten von handschriftlichen Zetteln oder Excel-Listen sind bei uns Geschichte. Gerade in unseren Praxen, die oft im Schichtbetrieb laufen ist ZMI ein Gamechanger. Mit ZMI können wir Ressourcen nach Qualifikation und Verfügbarkeit einteilen und alles visuell planen. Überschneidungen? Werden direkt angezeigt. Lücken? Ebenso. Und das Beste ist die Mitarbeitenden sehen ihren Plan sofort am Handy. Kommunikation einfach nur 10/10. Auch nicht zu unterschätzen sind die Auswertungen. Ich kann auf Knopfdruck Berichte ziehen, ob zu Überstunden, Urlaubstagen oder Krankenständen was besonders hilfreich in unseren regelmäßigen HR-Strategiemeetings ist.

What did you like?

ZMI has a nice clean interface. It took me some time to get used to it, but now whenever I need to approve timecards or check PTO balance, it's smooth and easy. Comprehensive HR management features, ability to automate processes, centralized platform for payroll, hiring and benefits, and its strong global payroll capabilities, making it easy to manage employees across different locations. All this is achievable while providing a smooth and intuitive experience for both administrators and employees.

What did you not like?

Sometimes it has poor customer support, a complex onboarding process, limited third-party integrations, a slow mobile app, issues with bugs that can expose sensitive information like employee compensation, aggressive sales tactics and concerns about the platform not always functioning as expected particularly when it comes to complex HR needs.

What did you like?

ZMI is intuitive to configure and use. It enables management to set up the rules for how various levels of employees will be permitted to clock in and out. Has also enabled tracking of projects and tasks. Provides an easy way to enter comments on what tasks the user is working on for that segment of the workday. I bought the paid version and reports are on time. It's very easy to setup and does almost everything without needing to set up anything. Generally, ZMI did exactly what we needed.

What did you not like?

The only thing I can really think of that I struggle with sometimes is finding a missed clock in/out. While it says you can't do two of the same clock in/out in a row, there's no indication when the last in/out was to track it down and fix it.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Overall experience with ZMI has been phenomenal. They provide so much at no cost and their support team is always super friendly and helpful to everyone. Highly recommend to anyone!

What did you like?

I love the layout and multitude of functions. It seems like I keep discovering more uses as our needs grows and expands. First we just started using it for employee's contact information and to be able to send messages and schedule group events. Then when we went paperless, the forms became a useful way to make special documents employees could fill out on the phone or computer and the mobile preview features while you are making or editing forms which makes it feel very intuitive. Ever since we started using ZMI, the ease in which we are able to input all relevant information and send to the employees either individually or in a group has made the operational process so much easier.

What did you not like?

There are occasions where tweaks are made without prior knowledge and some are not relevant to our business however this is a minor annoyance.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I have really enjoyed it so far and have been happy with our choice as we had many products to choose from with a diversified group, and certainly price was always a consideration with so many users at the start of a new platform with a new system and designing has been interesting and challenging at the same time. Thank you so much ZMI, every HR's best friend.

The perfect solution for HR, payroll needs. ZMI is very easy to use and gives a comprehensive reporting and the analytics needed to be relevant. Automate compliance reporting and filing. I have used it enough to prove that it's worth all your time and money. Comes with a mobile login/logout features that is convenient and accurate for employees to use on the jobs and at different work locations. No doubt that the software provides a straightforward and intuitive navigation system, making it effortless for users to move through its features.

What did you not like?

Over the past few years, I have become quite familiar with ZMI. After spending time learning the ins and outs of the platform, I can honestly say that I haven't encountered any aspects that I dislike. It has proven to be a reliable and efficient tool for managing workforce processes.

ZMI is simple for both the company and the user. We have the ability to enter all necessary information regarding an event and no longer have to continuously chase after people who want to work with us. Very practical when we are looking for extra help. The setup was made simple by the excellent support team. It allows you to send messages to clients and candidates and you can also use its timesheet function. I have found ZMI's learning curve very easy and user-friendly.

What did you not like?

Small errors with the software when trying to save documents, add expiry dates or generate reports. Also, when managing a large number of candidates, its difficult to consistently double check everything in case the errors have occurred.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Excellent tool for seamless communication with clients, candidates and colleagues. It is invaluable when working as a small team to help with data storage management and compliance. Having experienced the app as an administrator and user I would definitely recommend.

What did you like?

It simplifies the entire HR processes. Before ZMI, I would have to chase down errant time cards, ensure they were filled out correctly, fill in a spreadsheet to track my job costing and then log into ADP, enter the hours and approve. This was an unpleasant, time consuming and mundane process. Now, the software is very easy to use and their customer service is very responsive and helpful. We couldn't be happier.

What did you not like?

The app doesn't allow people to clock in often and I have to do it on the computer regularly. They also do not send payroll summary's when the checks are delivered, we actually have to print it out ourselves. This trouble should be addressed to ensure full automation.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Great, I believe if they make a few little adjustments it would perfect, but I love it!

Ich habe das Produkt People im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit mit ZMI kennen und schätzen gelernt. Dabei handelt es sich um eine sehr einfache, schnell eingerichtete Cloudlösung für die Zeiterfassung. Neben der Tatsache, dass das Onboarding und der Support extrem angenehm ist und das Produkt gegenüber Marktbewerbern mit einem sehr fairen Preis auftritt, merkt man, dass die Expertise in der Zeiterfassung nicht vom Himmel gefallen ist.

Grundsätzlich sieht man, dass das Produkt noch neu und im Aufbau ist. Das einzige, was hier verbesserungswürdig im aktuellen Zustand ist, ist dass es eine Entwicklerschnittstelle zur Anbindung an Drittsysteme geben dürfte.

Anstatt umständlicher Abstimmungsprozesse nutzen wir ZMI, um Urlaubsanträge digital zu verwalten. Genehmigungen können mit wenigen Klicks erteilt werden, was den administrativen Aufwand reduziert. Sicherheit und Datenschutz sind für uns essenziell. Die Cloud-Option bietet eine sehr zuverlässige Infrastruktur, mit regelmäßigen Backups und hoher Verfügbarkeit. Bevor wir ZMI eingeführt haben, war unsere Zeiterfassung eher fragmentiert. Einige Kollegen haben ihre Arbeitszeiten manuell in Excel eingetragen, andere verwendeten Drittanbieter-Apps, die keine zentrale Steuerung erlaubten. Dies führte nicht nur zu Intransparenz, sondern erschwerte auch die Auswertung von Projektdaten und die Abrechnung gegenüber Kunden. ZMI bot uns genau die Lösung, die wir suchten. Jeder Mitarbeiter bucht seine Arbeitszeiten bequem über den Web-Client oder die mobile App. Besonders hilfreich ist die automatische Synchronisation mit unserer internen Projektsoftware. It is a successful journey with all ZMI technical team members who supported in launching and implementing this software. The customization requirements was accommodated to match our local and regional requirements and our internal policies and guidelines all across the region. Easy accessibility, smart solution, strong technical support team. Also has a simple and predictable pricing.

What did you not like?

Updates and developments in the product are not in line with similar products in the market, they normally delay. Also, we initially had challenges because this product was available only on desktop version but luckily, they later brought the web version.

All working smarter and neat as much as we want. We were able to make changes request to our time when error was made. Assigning working hours directly to projects, customers or specific tasks can be done automatically without huge intervention. With ZMI, we can comply with working time laws and creates a good monthly report and analytics.

What did you like?

A major highlight is the integrated vacation and absence management. Instead of struggling through countless emails or Excel sheets, requests can be submitted and approved directly through ZMI. This has greatly simplified the approval process and reduced misunderstandings. One of ZMI's strongest features is staff scheduling. Our company often works with changing project teams, and the ability to plan resources in a clear and organized way has definitely been a big help. What I particularly appreciate is that shift schedules are created automatically and can be quickly adjusted when needed.

What did you not like?

I have to admit that the initial onboarding wasn’t entirely smooth. While the user interface is functional, it’s not immediately intuitive for new users. The many settings options can be overwhelming at first, and we had to invest some time to adjust ZMI so that it aligned perfectly with our processes. The biggest drawback, however, lies in hardware compatibility. The software itself is well-designed, but not all access systems integrate seamlessly. So, if you're already using an existing system, it's important to check compatibility beforehand.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

When we first implemented ZMI, I was immediately impressed by the wide range of features. The software offers modules for time tracking, staff scheduling, access control, and project time tracking, which is incredibly valuable for a company like ours that places high importance on accurate billing and structured processes. All of our employees record their working hours through ZMI, either via the web portal or the mobile app. Vacation requests, sick leave notifications, and other absences are fully managed through ZMI. The approval processes are clearly structured, and supervisors can approve requests directly through the system.

What did you like?

Our overall effectiveness of workplace safety and security measures highly depends on ZMI to effectively communicate and oversee safety and security goals and objectives as well as the applicable policies, practices and processes. The software is devised and implemented in a manner that supports the goals and objectives. Equiped with operation-specific features and specifications. Also easy to customize the tool for the work site. Integrations is easy and always fruitful.

What did you not like?

The inability to track attendance and track vacations. Some integration issues with some systems which is not that huge issue. Usually easily fixed.

Fostering a diverse, respectful and inclusive work environment which is key to supporting start physical and mental wellbeing and lifelong learning for staff. Delivers staff-focused and efficient HR services so staff receive the support they need. It is a good tool of controlling access to sensitive data and mitigating risks of data misuse.

What did you like?

ZMI not only gives us a competitive advantage, but it also has multiple other benefits; saving time and improving productivity for our HR, streamlining HR processes, boosting digital employee experience, better data management, enhancing talent acquisition, enabling data-driven decision making and lowering administrative costs. All this are found under one platform. ZMI is a vital catalyst to a smart business.

What did you not like?

The process of using excel spreadsheets are super hard to get started. So many errors occurred at that stage but after setup, everything is flowing smooth.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I enjoy how ZMI work, look and run. Once the updates started it makes work easier. The ATS is easy to post, review, store notes/scorecards and schedule interviews. It has made the hire to onboarding process perfect for us.

Anstatt stundenlang Listen abzugleichen oder Daten manuell zu pflegen, erledigt ZMI das automatisch. Besonders bei über 150 Mitarbeitenden spart das nicht nur Zeit, sondern auch Nerven. Mitarbeitende im Büro nutzen die Webanwendung, während unser Lagerpersonal auf stationäre Terminals zurückgreift. Diese Vielseitigkeit passt perfekt zu unserem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld. Sowohl unsere Mitarbeitenden als auch wir im HR-Team haben uns schnell an die intuitive Bedienung gewöhnt. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist klar strukturiert und selbsterklärend. ZMI lässt sich problemlos mit unserer Lohnbuchhaltungssoftware verknüpfen, was uns doppelte Dateneingaben erspart.

What did you not like?

Die Einführung und Konfiguration von ZMI gestalteten sich anfangs etwas zeitintensiv, da wir unsere spezifischen Anforderungen sehr detailliert anpassen mussten. Zudem traten bei größeren Updates gelegentlich kleinere Fehler auf, die uns vorübergehend ausgebremst haben. Auch wenn diese schnell behoben wurden, sorgten sie in der Zwischenzeit für spürbaren Stress und zusätzliche Arbeit.

In einem dynamischen Logistikunternehmen wie unserem, in dem Schichtbetrieb, flexible Arbeitszeiten und zahlreiche Mitarbeitende täglich koordiniert werden müssen, ist eine effiziente und zuverlässige Zeiterfassung unverzichtbar. Mit ZMI können unsere Mitarbeitenden ihre Arbeitszeiten flexibel über Terminals, die mobile App oder am PC erfassen eine große Erleichterung, insbesondere für das Lagerpersonal im Schichtdienst. Die einfache Bedienbarkeit sorgt dafür, dass das Tool von jedem im Team genutzt wird, von Praktikant bis zu Senior-Projektmanager. In einer Agentur wie unserer, wo mehrere Teams und Projekte parallel laufen, ist Transparenz entscheidend. ZMI gibt jedem Mitarbeiter eine klare Übersicht über seine Aufgaben und Zeiten und uns Projektmanagern das nötige Werkzeug, um Entscheidungen auf Basis verlässlicher Daten zu treffen. Ich kann Zeiten und Abwesenheiten direkt über mein Smartphone erfassen, perfekt wenn man unterwegs ist.

What did you not like?

Natürlich gibt es auch Bereiche, in denen ZMI noch besser werden könnte. Zum Beispiel würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Projektunterteilungen noch flexibler gestaltet werden können, um spezifische Arbeitsschritte präziser zuzuordnen. Außerdem ist die Benutzeroberfläche funktional, aber visuell könnte sie moderner wirken, das ist vielleicht aber auch der Design-Perfektionist in mir, der hier spricht.

Im Zentrum unserer Arbeit steht die genaue Zeiterfassung für die Vielzahl an Projekten, die wir betreuen. ZMI ermöglicht es uns, die Arbeitszeit nicht nur präzise zu dokumentieren, sondern auch klar einzelnen Aufgaben und Kundenprojekten zuzuordnen. Dadurch behalten wir die Kontrolle über den Ressourcenverbrauch und können realistische Projektanalysen sowie Nachkalkulationen durchführen. Die Planung von Urlauben, Fortbildungen oder sonstigen Abwesenheiten wird durch ZMI zum Kinderspiel. Besonders in einem kreativen Team, wo oft spontane Planänderungen auftreten.

Best for handling sensitive information, be it confidential details about the organization or sensitive information about the employees. This is an intuitive tool to manage time and performance. It gives every employee a chance to thrive with a full view of productivity and development opportunities within our team. User authentication and access control are the pillars of ZMI software security, ensuring that sensitive information is accessible only to authorized individuals. Its features goes beyond to include onboarding tools, a time off manager, compensation planning, talent management and advanced analytics. It is easy to identify and flag issues in your work with issue management features. Custom views helps in highlighting the most important or time-sensitive bugs to address.

What did you not like?

Adding data to multiple custom fields can prove difficult with the lack of multi-select option and code often appears alongside the data.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

ZMI makes task management almost fun with attractive boards and easy to use interface that makes it excellent for optimizing team based productivity. It allows for simple project visualization and effective drag and drop task management. Allows for easy sharing and collaboration even among external users.
