What did you like?
(1) Sehr faires Pricing für Freiberufler: Ich brauche kein Monatsflat, sondern die Möglichkeit sporadisch wichtige Verträge rechtssicher digital zu signieren - Dafür ist Skribble's Angebot beinah zu günstig. (2) Einfaches Onboarding: Skribbles Prozess zum Beantragen der 'qualifizierten eletronischen Signatur' (QES) war übersichtlich und reibungslos. Das steht in starkem Kontrast zu anderen geprüften Anbietern: DocuSign (zu viel Text, zu wenig konkrete Beschreibung), D-Trust (am unübersichtlichsten), Deutsche Post (Link ins leere), Protectr (Pricing OK, gute Aufmachung, Anmeldung scheiterte an tech. Problemen)
What did you not like?
(1) Den Markennamen 'Skribble' hatte ich erst nicht ernst genommen und muss gerade mit einem Dokumentempfänger daran erinnern, dass nicht nur DocuSign und Adobe eIDAS-konform sind. (2) Die Möglichkeit eine QES zu beantragen fand ich nicht von alleine im Web-Interface, aber die gute und klare Dokumentation half weiter. (3) Im Sinne der Überzeugung von skeptischen Dokumentempfängern würde evtl. etwas argumentative Unterstützung von Skribble helfen. Beispiel: ein 'Detail' Knopf am Dokument der die x509-CA Chain zeigt, mit Link auf die EU-konformen CAs[1], sowie eine Anleitung wie für EU-Recht verwendete 'Swisscom Diamant EU CA 4' Zertifikat[2] in z.B. Die Integration in andere Softwarelösungen könnte an einigen Stellen noch verbessert werden, da sie nicht immer reibungslos funktioniert.

Skribble löst das Problem, Dokumente schnell, sicher und rechtsverbindlich digital zu signieren, ohne physische Unterschriften oder Ausdrucke zu benötigen. Es spart Zeit und Kosten, da keine postalischen Sendungen oder persönliche Treffen erforderlich sind.
Der größte Vorteil ist die einfache Handhabung und die Zeitersparnis. Zudem sorgt Skribble durch die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Standards (z. B. eIDAS) für rechtssichere Signaturen. Auch die Flexibilität, von überall aus Dokumente zu unterschreiben und freizugeben, erleichtert die Zusammenarbeit erheblich.

What did you like?
I have been looking for an affordable and easy to set up solution for QES signatures on the German market for a long time. While competitors in Germany charge exorbitant setup costs and ongoing subscription fees, I found Skribble to be a provider with a very fair pricing model for low usage. The handling is intuitive and the support was always quick to help. The QES signature and the PDF document via email have become a real alternative to postal mail for me.
What did you not like?
When you switch to a new smartphone, you need to be careful to transfer the Mobile ID authentication process correctly. The process is not very intuitive, and you can easily reset your Mobile ID by mistake, incurring new costs to set it up again. There is a long numeric code that you have to remember and enter if you want to re-establish Mobile ID on a smartphone. The process is inconvenient and authentication can be done better today.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I use the service to access funding digitally from funding agencies that require a QES signature. This saves me the long and tedious postal service, speeds up the process and reduces the time it takes to get the money.

Einladung von Drittpersonen, welche nicht Mitglied unserer Organisation sind, jedoch bei Skribble sind, funktioniert für die höchste Stufe nicht immer

Ich schätze es, dass ich mit nur wenigen Klicks unterschreiben kann, ohne Installation oder Download. Ich kann überall signieren und finde es hervorragend, dass ich die unterschriebenen Varianten als PDF per E-Mail erhalte.
What did you not like?
Ich habe Rückmeldungen von verschiedenen Lieferanten erhalten, die sich bei Skribble registriert haben. Obwohl sie ein Jahr später Verträge unterschreiben konnten, mussten sie häufig erneut zu einem Swisscom-Laden gehen, da die Verträge nicht mehr über Skribble bearbeitet werden konnten.
Von meiner Seite ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich eine Zeit zwar die E-Mails über vollständig unterschriebene Verträge erhalten habe, jedoch ohne die entsprechenden PDFs. Später habe ich die PDFs dann wieder erhalten. Zudem haben wir kürzlich festgestellt, dass Skribble keine E-Mails mehr versendet, sobald alle Unterschriften vorhanden sind.
Die Probleme sind mittlerweile gelöst, jedoch wäre es hilfreich, bei zukünftigen Problemen eine Benachrichtigung zu erhalten, damit wir entsprechende Massnahmen ergreifen können.

Die digitale Unterschrift hat unsere Prozesse erheblich beschleunigt und effizienter gestaltet. Wir sparen nicht nur Kosten, da der Druck und der Postversand entfallen, sondern profitieren auch von der rechtlichen Gültigkeit der Unterschrift gemäss Schweizer und EU-Recht.

I love how user-friendly Skribble.com is—it’s simple to navigate and gets the job done quickly. The platform’s focus on security and compliance with legal standards is essential, giving me confidence when handling sensitive documents.
What did you not like?
While the platform is fantastic overall, I would appreciate more customization options for templates or branding. Additionally, the pricing could feel a bit steep for smaller teams, but the value and reliability it provides definitely make up for it.

Eliminating the delays associated with traditional paper-based methods, which I'm tired of.

Simple to use, straightforward, very few bugs, looks nice, quite reliable (I had only one outage in years of experiences)
What did you not like?
Pricing. Users signing a lot shall get a flat-fee pricing even for QES (which is mandatory for lawyers and submissions to courts).

What did you like?
It's easy to use and offers a fair price. Compared to the market leaders, it's much cheaper, but I haven't seen where it offers less. To summarize, it offers everything you need to sign online, like docusign, but with a pricing model that is much more suitable for startups.
What did you not like?
The only thing I don't like so much is that after signing, only a small electronic signature is visible at the end of the document. This could be a bit more popular, with echosign, for example, the whole document is marked as signed and you can see the signature on every single page.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Just signing day-to-day documents online that need to be e-signed.

What did you like?
I enables individuals to sign documents online and supports the transition to a digital world. Skribble is easy to install, offers different strengths of signatures and has a faier pricing model.
What did you not like?
It gets soon very expensive, if you use Skribble more than the offered free signatures.
