a) User Journey ist auf den "normalen" User zugeschnitten. Die Applikation ist einfach zu bedienen. b) Skribble ist für verschiedene Rechtsräume einsetzbar (ZertES und eIDAS). c) Die visuelle Signatur ist individualisierbar.
What did you not like?
Die Workflows können noch optimiert werden (z.B. Ersatz von einem Signierenden). Integration mit verschiedenen Drittanbieter können noch ausgebaut werden. Die eingesetzten Identifikationsmethoden können von der User Journey und Qualität noch optimiert werden.

What did you like?
(1) Sehr faires Pricing für Freiberufler: Ich brauche kein Monatsflat, sondern die Möglichkeit sporadisch wichtige Verträge rechtssicher digital zu signieren - Dafür ist Skribble's Angebot beinah zu günstig. (2) Einfaches Onboarding: Skribbles Prozess zum Beantragen der 'qualifizierten eletronischen Signatur' (QES) war übersichtlich und reibungslos. Das steht in starkem Kontrast zu anderen geprüften Anbietern: DocuSign (zu viel Text, zu wenig konkrete Beschreibung), D-Trust (am unübersichtlichsten), Deutsche Post (Link ins leere), Protectr (Pricing OK, gute Aufmachung, Anmeldung scheiterte an tech. Problemen)
What did you not like?
(1) Den Markennamen 'Skribble' hatte ich erst nicht ernst genommen und muss gerade mit einem Dokumentempfänger daran erinnern, dass nicht nur DocuSign und Adobe eIDAS-konform sind. (2) Die Möglichkeit eine QES zu beantragen fand ich nicht von alleine im Web-Interface, aber die gute und klare Dokumentation half weiter. (3) Im Sinne der Überzeugung von skeptischen Dokumentempfängern würde evtl. etwas argumentative Unterstützung von Skribble helfen. Beispiel: ein 'Detail' Knopf am Dokument der die x509-CA Chain zeigt, mit Link auf die EU-konformen CAs[1], sowie eine Anleitung wie für EU-Recht verwendete 'Swisscom Diamant EU CA 4' Zertifikat[2] in z.B. Das Tool ist sehr einfach zu handhaben, Es ist sehr praktisch das man verschiedene Arten Sicherheit der Unterschrift hat .

Das plazieren der Unterschrift bzw. die Veränderung ist ein wenig zu umständlich

-Verträge nervig hin und herzuschicken. Davor hat das Unterschreiben immer Wochen gedauert und Geld und Energie gekostet.

einfache Anwendung über Internetseite, digitale Signatur kann ortsungebunden gemacht werden, Möglichkeit, verschiedene Signaturtypen auszuwählen (inkl. EU-Recht)

Das Löschen von fälschlicherweise hochgeladenen Dokumenten ist eher umständlich. Auch müssen Signaturteilnehmer jedes Mal wieder neu erfasst werden, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, häufige Kontakte zu speichern.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Rechtsverbindliche Unterschriften können schnell und unkompliziert gemacht werden, ohne dass man sich physisch trifft. Man bezahlt pro Unterschrift, ohne grosse Lizenzgebühren.
What did you like?
Gutes, intuitives Nutzer-Erlebnis und Übersicht der Signatur-Historie. Tracking und Information über den Status des jeweiligen Dokuments ist sehr gut.
What did you not like?
Wiederholt Probleme, wenn Personen zum signieren eingeladen werden, die NICHT bei Skribble registriert sind. Hier erhält man als Requestor der Signatur-Runde keine/ungenügende Informationen über den Status der jeweiligen Person bei Skribble (registriert J/N, bzw. mit welcher E-Mail), oder ob das angeforderte Signatur-Level von der jeweiligen Person erfüllt werden kann.

Intuitive Bedienung, Gestaltungsfreiheit in Signaturdesign, Workflow-Rückverfolgung, kein „Verifizierungsanhang“ am PDF-Ende.

KI-unterstützte Signaturplatzierung über den Namen, Vorabanzeige Signaturbild bei mehreren Signaturen gleichzeitig (bei nur einer Signatur funktioniert das hingegen prima!).
Which problems are you solving with the product?
Wir signieren Prüfungsberichte und Berichte über Jahresabschlusserstellungen. Die einfache Bedienung im Vergleich zu anderer Signatursoftware sowie die Möglichkeit, das Signaturbild frei, aber doch unternehmensweit standardisiert/fix zu gestalten, sind uns dabei die wichtigsten Vorteile.

Skribble bietet eine benutzerfreundliche Plattform, die das digitale Signieren von Dokumenten effizient und rechtssicher macht. Besonders positiv ist die intuitive Bedienung und die Möglichkeit, Signaturen zu setzen, die in der gesamten EU rechtsgültig sind (eIDAS-konform).

Die Integration in andere Softwarelösungen könnte an einigen Stellen noch verbessert werden, da sie nicht immer reibungslos funktioniert.

Skribble löst das Problem, Dokumente schnell, sicher und rechtsverbindlich digital zu signieren, ohne physische Unterschriften oder Ausdrucke zu benötigen. Es spart Zeit und Kosten, da keine postalischen Sendungen oder persönliche Treffen erforderlich sind.
Der größte Vorteil ist die einfache Handhabung und die Zeitersparnis. Zudem sorgt Skribble durch die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Standards (z. B. eIDAS) für rechtssichere Signaturen. Auch die Flexibilität, von überall aus Dokumente zu unterschreiben und freizugeben, erleichtert die Zusammenarbeit erheblich.

What did you like?
I have been looking for an affordable and easy to set up solution for QES signatures on the German market for a long time. While competitors in Germany charge exorbitant setup costs and ongoing subscription fees, I found Skribble to be a provider with a very fair pricing model for low usage. The handling is intuitive and the support was always quick to help. The QES signature and the PDF document via email have become a real alternative to postal mail for me.
What did you not like?
When you switch to a new smartphone, you need to be careful to transfer the Mobile ID authentication process correctly. The process is not very intuitive, and you can easily reset your Mobile ID by mistake, incurring new costs to set it up again. There is a long numeric code that you have to remember and enter if you want to re-establish Mobile ID on a smartphone. The process is inconvenient and authentication can be done better today.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
I use the service to access funding digitally from funding agencies that require a QES signature. This saves me the long and tedious postal service, speeds up the process and reduces the time it takes to get the money.

What did you not like?
The downside is, that there are no configurable form fields or a self-service function to just have a contract ready on my homepage, where clients can just insert their data and sign.
