es freut uns sehr, dass dich die einfache Einrichtung und Bedienbarkeit von CleverReach sowie die DSGVO-Konformität überzeugen. Als deutsches Newsletter Tool liegt uns das Thema Datenschutz sehr am Herzen.
CleverReach ist auf E-Mail Marketing spezialisiert und damit nicht als umfangreiches CRM-Tool ausgelegt. Mithilfe zahlreicher Integrationen kannst du CleverReach aber ganz einfach mit gängigen CRM-Systemen wie Salesforce verbinden und die Vorteile von E-Mail Marketing und Kundenmanagement verknüpfen. Probiere es gern einmal aus!

Das Thema Templates ist auch für uns ein relevanter Punkt, an dem wir weiter arbeiten, um unseren Kunden ein optimales Nutzererlebnis zu bieten. Alternativ zu fertigen Templates empfehlen wir unsere Basis-Templates, die du individuell auf dein Unternehmen anpassen kannst. Zudem haben wir ein großes Netzwerk an Partner-Agenturen, die dich gerne bei deinen eigenen Templates unterstützen.

Die Funktion der automatischen Deaktivierung mehrfach gebouncter Empfänger dient der Datensicherheit und hält die Newsletter-Reputation Ihres Accounts hoch. Die Bounces kannst du über unser Service-Team wieder aktivieren lassen. Dieser Prozess soll sicherstellen, dass keine Bounces versehentlich wieder aktiviert werden und unterstützt damit die Datensicherheit.

Das Impressum für deine Newsletter kannst du in den Einstellungen in deinem CleverReach-Account global anpassen. Im Editor direkt kannst du es aus rechtlichen Hintergründen nicht manuell bearbeiten. Damit möchten wir sicherstellen, dass unsere Nutzer nicht aus Versehen Änderungen am Impressum vornehmen.
Wir würden dir empfehlen, das Element für dein Impressum einmal nach deinen Wünschen zu gestalten und dann als Template (also als Vorlage) abzuspeichern. Dann kannst du bei deinen verschiedenen Newslettern einfach auf das vorbereitete Element im Editor zurückgreifen und es per Drag & Drop einfügen.
