bixie

bixie is a cloud-based, scalable management platform that can efficiently manage complex corporate pension provision (bAV).

The software enables the integration of all participants involved in a bAV (HR, finance, employees, KVG's or custodian banks, external bAV service providers such as lawyers, tax consultants, brokers). The users can decide whether they want to carry out the bAV administration with bixie themselves or whether they want to outsource it completely or in parts to external service providers (managed administration).

Integrated actuarial calculation cores value or simulate bAV obligations (including anniversaries, death and transition benefits) and provide a current overview of the level of pension obligations or provisions to be established according to HGB, EStG, IFRS or US-GAAP based on common or individual mortality tables.

bixie can be easily connected to common HR and payroll systems via web API: DATEV, Personio, bob, Perbit, Workday, Lexware, SAP etc. Interfaces to insurance companies are available for managing insurance-like bAV.

The pricing model is based on costs per commitment for the different modules:

• Basic module with all bAV administration functions
• Additional modules: actuarial reports, payroll accounting for company pensioners, employee portal
