What did you like?
From a vendor perspective, Tridion provides a compelling offering in terms of our company pension plan, which has generated strong interest among our employees. They are continuously improving their services to enhance the client experience — for example, through the recent launch of a digitized profile feature on their platform. Their monthly reporting is both timely and sophisticated. Based on our experience, I would recommend choosing Tridion as your private pension scheme provider.
What did you not like?
Reporting could be more flexible, and occasional improvements in data accuracy would enhance the overall experience.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
We've only installed it, so not much to do there.
