What did you like?

Neben einem automatischen Matching werden mögliche passende Projekte auch durch MitarbeiterInnen ermittelt. Durch die hohe Passgenauigkeit und den direkten Kontakt zu Projektanbietern erwarte ich, dass es schneller zu einer Projektvermittlung kommt. Zudem wird man im Prozess auf dem Laufenden gehalten und nicht "geghostet", was jeder Freelancer schon mit der einen oder anderen Agentur erlebt hat.

What did you not like?

Aktuell scheint es hier noch nicht sehr viele Projekte zu geben, die zu meinem Profil passen. Da ich ausgelastet bin, ist das für mich kein Problem. Mal sehen, wie es im Laufe des Jahres aussieht. Ein intelligenter CV-Import (mit automatischer Aktualisierung) würde mir bei der Profilpflege Arbeit abnehmen. Die Möglichkeit zur Pflege des Profilinhalts in mehr als einer Sprache (zumindest englisch und deutsch) wäre gut.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Erstellen und Anpassen meines Profils geht recht zügig. Auf Projektangebote kann man auch mobil schnell reagieren.

What did you like?

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist intuitiv, benutzerfreundlich und nicht überladen. Die Funktionen sind auf Anhieb klar, die Projektbeschreibung ist schnell erstellt und die Profile, die man erhält gut aufbereitet!

What did you not like?

Aktuell gibt es noch keine Schnittstellen zu anderen Tools. Auch das Hochladen von zusätzlichen Dokumenten geht aktuell noch nicht.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Ich habe eher punktuell Bedarf an Freelancern und meistens wenig Zeit für die üblichen Akquiseanrufe ;) Hier gibt’s eine gute Mischung aus Self-Service und kompetenten Mitarbeitern, wenn man sie braucht!

What did you like?

Es werden nur Projekte vorgeschlagen, die sehr gut auf mein Profil passen. Außerdem ist alles digital, sogar die Buchung. Interviews kann man auch über die Plattform vereinbaren. Danach sind es nur noch ein paar Klicks und alles vertragliche wird automatisch für einen abgewickelt.

Bisher hatte ich noch keine schlechten Erfahrungen. Ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass die Plattform weiterhin verbessert wird. Da hat sich mit der Zeit schon einiges getan

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Eine komplett digitale Lösung, um als Freelancer an Aufträge zu kommen. Es ergänzt das eigene Netzwerk und man kann sich sicher sein, dass die vorgeschlagenen Projekte auch passen. Es ersetzt also das ständige telefonieren und hinterherjagen von Recruitern und macht die Projektsuche deutlich entspannter.

What did you like?

Very quick and easy to generate a profile, not a simple questionnaire but a useful set of easy to answer questions. Great UI, good usability mobile and desktop. Not yet signed a project, but the whole workflow seems well thought through.

What did you not like?

It seems that there are not too many projects on the platform so far, which hopefully changes soon, when they more visibility in the client market.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

I can easily show my expertise to potential customers without lengthy calls etc. I can use the platform when it suits me (also outside working hours) and do not need to rely on office times.
