What did you like?
It takes managing the sales cycle to a whole new level with its intuitive UI, seamless integration options, and automation features that save time and improve productivity. The dashboard provides valuable insights, helping teams make data-driven decisions and close deals faster.
What did you not like?
The features and plans are not clearly structured, which can make it confusing to understand what’s included at each pricing tier. A more transparent breakdown and comparison of features would greatly improve the onboarding experience.
Which problems are you solving with the product?
It removes the constant need to repeatedly supply information by centralizing everything in one place. It also allows me to track whether my customers have viewed the materials or not, which saves time and improves follow-up efficiency.

Mit Along ist es super simpel, im Sales Workflow alles an einem Ort für den externen Einkäufer bereitzustellen. Von allgemeinen Infos, über Pricing bis hin zu Product Demo Videos. Damit haben wir unseren Deal Lifecycle spürbar verkürzt und mehrfach positiv Feedback unserer Kunden für unseren Sales Prozess bekommen.
What did you not like?
Einkäufer kennen den Along oftmals noch nicht, aber mithilfe einer Kurzvorstellung im initialen Gespräch können wir den gmeinsamen Prozess über den Along Space gut erläutern und er wird auch gut angenommen.
