What did you like?

Ich finde es echt super, dass man einen Mutual Action Plan mit Kunden aufsetzen kann und diesen dann auch später einfach kopieren und weiterverwenden kann. Ich habe schon bei den ersten Meetings gemerkt, dass man somit bei den Kunden eine höhere Verbindlichkeit erzielt. Ich fand es extrem intuitiv mit Along anzufangen und Templates zu erstellen. Nachdem ich Along angefangen habe mit Kunden zu teilen, ist mir aufgefallen wie sehr mein Onboarding vereinfacht wurde. Ich finde das Tool wirklich stark und ein must have für Prozesse, die etwas mehr Komplexität mit sich bringen und damit der Austausch von intern zu extern auch gut über die Bühne gebracht werden kann!

Aktuell kann ich hier noch keine richtige Aussage treffen, jedoch würde ich mir vielleicht noch eine Schnittstelle in Richtung Slack wünschen, so dass man direkt ad-hoc eine Mitteilung über eine Aktion im Tool bekommt.

Transparentes Kundenonboarding und Verkürzung des Sales Cycles. Die Vereinfachung im Prozess ist enorm. Anstatt mich intern mit Task zu managen und dem Kunden hinterherzulaufen, kann ich jetzt einfach den Kunden mit in den Prozess mit einbinden. Es ist super spannend und smooth aufgesetzt und gibt mir die Insights, die ich vorher nicht hatte, damit ich unsere Kunden besser verstehe.

Zusätzlich bietet der Along-Space volle Transparenz, da wir jederzeit sehen können, an welchem Punkt sich ein Kunde oder Deal befindet. Very helpful, setup in no time, nice overview for product demos and very easy to use and to set up new spaces with customizable elements. I use it for all my sales product demos. Along makes it transparent and comfortable to navigate through the sales process (for me as much as for the buyers). Looking forward to see Along developing its feature set.

Still in development, but I'm optimistic that features and usability will improve and become even better.

What did you like?

Have all related documents in one place. Enabling the Account Executives to manage multiple stakeholders and provide them with the needed documents. Moreover, tracking progress, follow-up on some open points, is made easy with the comment section. It's all fully integrated with Pipedrive, which makes the tracking of your deals really easy and convenient.

What did you not like?

The integration into Pipedrive could be more user-friendly. Moreover, setting up an Along-Space sometimes takes repetitive inputs and the companies logo is not always displayed. The workflows in this regard could be a bit more optimized, but it is not a dealbreaker.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

The challenge of sending too many E-mails with multiple attachments belongs now to the past. It is much easier to keep track of the Deals Progress until the final signature of the contract.

What did you like?

What we like most about Along AI is how effortlessly it supports us during our calls. Being able to ask questions in real time and have the system surface relevant insights is incredibly valuable — especially when you're in the third or fourth conversation with a prospect or moving toward closing. It ensures we never miss context, helps us handle objections more confidently, and streamlines our entire meeting flow. Overall, it makes our calls more efficient and our follow-ups significantly stronger.

What did you not like?

There are still a few small bugs that occasionally occur, but nothing that breaks the workflow. Most of them are minor inconveniences, and the team seems to fix issues quickly. Aside from that, we’re extremely satisfied with the tool.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Along AI helps us eliminate several typical sales challenges. We no longer lose time on manual note-taking or post-call documentation — everything is captured instantly and accurately. Because every call is recorded and intelligently analyzed, we always have all relevant information available, even when handling multiple meetings with the same prospect. This has improved our response times, increased clarity across the team, and made our sales process far more efficient. Overall, it gives us a significant productivity boost and ensures we stay fully informed in every stage of the pipeline.

What did you like?

What did you like?

I love how easy it is to create sales rooms that not only look good but are also functional so that clients are able to navigate around and find the info they need. We've tried other sales rooms that were clunky and our sales materials were hidden behind long page loads and confusing navigation. With Along, it's also interactive which means we can engage prospects even before the first sales conversation and keep them engaged with the sales process through contract signing and onboarding.

What did you not like?

Some features are still missing that I hope will be added soon. I hope the AI will become smarter and provide more relevant suggestions and hopefully some automated followup emails as well.

What did you like?

I can see details of all my deals happening in one place better than in CRM and it's easier than having to track down different emails to see an overview . Then I can see who is viewing what resources in the space and get a better understanding of what the buyer thinks. It's also nice that the rest of my team can go on there and do it too.

What did you not like?

Not much. Platform serves a purpose for me. Helps solves a couple problems well.

What did you like?

Firstly I was not understanding the Product, but when i explored and i asked many questions before purchase team was very approachable mainly Fred. The UI is very Simple and intuitive and Keeps everything in one place for easy access. Main Feature that I was quiet Impressed is Customer current status, based on that my sales team will pitch with right data points to make deal closer easily. And last one responsive support team and continuous improvements make me invest on Along.

What did you not like?

Currently Along space in a positive direction, but few features like Twilo Integration or something similar where we can directly call from alongspace will add value to the sales flow.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Sales Cycle and Customer Onboarding Currently I am using Alongspace for this two process. May be I will implement more in future. Previously lot of manually efforts and attention required now with along I am saved a lot of time.
