Ich finde es echt super, dass man einen Mutual Action Plan mit Kunden aufsetzen kann und diesen dann auch später einfach kopieren und weiterverwenden kann. Ich habe schon bei den ersten Meetings gemerkt, dass man somit bei den Kunden eine höhere Verbindlichkeit erzielt. Ich fand es extrem intuitiv mit Along anzufangen und Templates zu erstellen. Nachdem ich Along angefangen habe mit Kunden zu teilen, ist mir aufgefallen wie sehr mein Onboarding vereinfacht wurde. Ich finde das Tool wirklich stark und ein must have für Prozesse, die etwas mehr Komplexität mit sich bringen und damit der Austausch von intern zu extern auch gut über die Bühne gebracht werden kann!

What did you not like?

Aktuell kann ich hier noch keine richtige Aussage treffen, jedoch würde ich mir vielleicht noch eine Schnittstelle in Richtung Slack wünschen, so dass man direkt ad-hoc eine Mitteilung über eine Aktion im Tool bekommt.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Transparentes Kundenonboarding und Verkürzung des Sales Cycles. Die Vereinfachung im Prozess ist enorm. Anstatt mich intern mit Task zu managen und dem Kunden hinterherzulaufen, kann ich jetzt einfach den Kunden mit in den Prozess mit einbinden. Es ist super spannend und smooth aufgesetzt und gibt mir die Insights, die ich vorher nicht hatte, damit ich unsere Kunden besser verstehe.

Die Einführung von Along im Unternehmen erfordert anfangs etwas Einarbeitung, da die Steuerung über die Alongspaces ein Umdenken im Prozess mit sich bringt. Diese Umstellung kann zu Beginn eine kleine Herausforderung sein. Zwar bietet die Along University im Produkt hilfreiche Anleitungen, aber es braucht trotzdem eine gewisse Lernkurve, bis alles reibungslos läuft. Hier könnte der Onboarding-Prozess noch intuitiver gestaltet werden, um den Einstieg zu erleichtern.

Früher hatten wir das Problem, dass unser Prozess nicht klar definiert war und jeder Mitarbeitende ihn auf seine eigene Weise umgesetzt hat. Das machte es extrem schwierig, neue Teammitglieder einzuarbeiten und auf einen einheitlichen Prozess zu bringen. Mit den Vorlagen in Along ist das jetzt komplett anders. Wir haben einen klaren, einheitlichen Ablauf, der in der gesamten Organisation funktioniert. Zusätzlich bietet der Along-Space volle Transparenz, da wir jederzeit sehen können, an welchem Punkt sich ein Kunde oder Deal befindet. Absolut unverzichtbar für Unternehmen mit komplexen Sales- oder Customer-Success-Beziehungen und mehreren Teammitgliedern!

Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Along ist ein junges Unternehmen mit einem klaren, benutzerfreundlichen Produkt, das dennoch viel Potenzial für weitere Funktionen bietet. Das Beste daran ist, dass wir aktiv daran mitwirken können, indem wir Feedback geben und so zur Weiterentwicklung beitragen. Wenn es etwas gibt, das ich mir wünschen würde, dann wäre es vielleicht eine schnellere Umsetzung neuer Features, aber das Verständnis dafür ist da, da es sich um ein junges Produkt handelt

What did you like?

Very helpful, setup in no time, nice overview for product demos and very easy to use and to set up new spaces with customizable elements. I use it for all my sales product demos. Along makes it transparent and comfortable to navigate through the sales process (for me as much as for the buyers). Looking forward to see Along developing its feature set.

What did you not like?

Still in development, but I'm optimistic that features and usability will improve and become even better.

- improving the communication with prospects after initial contact - great to use for product demos - post product demo communication and collaboration; also it looks really nice and modern for prospects, radically different to working with tiresome email communication and attachments

I can see details of all my deals happening in one place better than in CRM and it's easier than having to track down different emails to see an overview . Then I can see who is viewing what resources in the space and get a better understanding of what the buyer thinks. It's also nice that the rest of my team can go on there and do it too.

What did you not like?

Not much. Platform serves a purpose for me. Helps solves a couple problems well.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Instead of using different tools like email and drive for sharing materials with prospects I can drop them in the space and then see when they have actually seen them so I am not guessing if they’ve opened the email.

The main way we’re using it is to make client onboarding smoother, it helps us lay out all the reference materials and a clear guide on the sales cycle. Customers get a better understanding the process, and it sets the right expectations for everyone involved. Plus, the built-in FAQ section is a huge plus.

What did you not like?

Ready made templates would be much added advantage like Project Implementation, feedback, Surveys, and Data Gathering.

Smooth communication and better coordination between all stakeholders have shortened our sales cycles. Previously it used to be so much manual process keep for the onboarding process. Detailed analyses of our buyers' behavior is a good feature, we can fine-tune our approach to better meet their expectations. What did you like?

Firstly I was not understanding the Product, but when i explored and i asked many questions before purchase team was very approachable mainly Fred. The UI is very Simple and intuitive and Keeps everything in one place for easy access. Main Feature that I was quiet Impressed is Customer current status, based on that my sales team will pitch with right data points to make deal closer easily. And last one responsive support team and continuous improvements make me invest on Along.

What did you not like?

Currently Along space in a positive direction, but few features like Twilo Integration or something similar where we can directly call from alongspace will add value to the sales flow.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

Sales Cycle and Customer Onboarding Currently I am using Alongspace for this two process. May be I will implement more in future. Previously lot of manually efforts and attention required now with along I am saved a lot of time.

Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team von Along ist eine runde Sache. Man merkt, dass alle im Team verstehen, was unser Anliegen ist. Along hilft uns so dabei, den Sales Cycle zu verkürzen, die Aufgaben intern zwischen SDR, Key Accounter und Consultant zu koordinieren und unseren Kunden ein gutes Erlebnis schon im Verkaufsprozess zu bescheren.

What did you not like?

Anfänglich war es schwer, in unserem Vertriebsteam Akzeptanz für Along zu bekommen. Die Skepsis rührte daher, dass die Benutzeroberfläche nur auf Englisch zur Verfügung gestanden hat. Das Along-Team hat dann vollkommen unkompliziert und in einer sagenhaften Geschwindigkeit alles auf Deutsch übersetzt. Daswar wirklich gut.

Along erfolgreich im Unternehmen aufzusetzen bedeutet sich spezifisch im Prozess über einen Alongspace auch zu steuern und das ist am Anfang eine kleine Hürde. Dazu kann man sich die Along University im Product ansehen, aber hier gibt es sicher eine Learning Kurve, die man annehmen muss!

Ganz einfach die interne Absprache mit der externen Abstimmung an einem Ort einsehbar zu machen. Damit ist es einfacher zusammenzuarbeiten. Vor allem in Prozessen, die durch das Stakeholder Management immer etwas komplizierter sind.
