Die Erweiterungen und Module sind optimal, die Großen Marktplätze sind vertreten und der Funktionsumfang bei jenen Marktplätzen ist ideal ... Das Ticket System ist gut, Übersichtlich und einfach in der Verwendung. Wenn man Infos zu Erweiterungen und Modulen hat, wird einem Schnell (teilweise x)) und Zuverlässig geholfen.

Das Entwicklungsteam: Seit 2022 haben wir Tickets offen. Diese hatte man schonmal neu angelegt in der Hoffnung da nochmal etwas anzustoßen aber ohne Erfolg . Ich bin sicher das Team hat viel zu tun, aber in 2 Jahren schafft es niemand sich zumindest mal zu melden? ... Die Kosten: Die Kosten sind sehr Hoch ... Des weiteren kommen zu Oft Preissteigerungen. Für mich, als Kunde, nicht nachvollziehbar.
