What did you like?

With FinetuneDB we were able to very simply log, review and annotate our Model Interactions in a single Platform, which can be used by everyone in our Team. With further Updates we were also able to create multiple Projects and Datasets for e.g. different Languages and integrate Open Source Models to further lower costs and dependencies on vendors like OpenAI or Anthropic.

What did you not like?

In the beginning there was no Python SDK, which slowed us down a bit, since we had to use HTTP Requests and the payload requirements were not totally clear to us, but the FinetuneDB-Team was very responsive and helped us to get things going very quickly.

Which problems are you solving with the product?

We used FinetuneDB to log our Model Interactions and Finetune Models to improve the Message Generation with Syntinels. We plan to use FinetuneDB at a later point to finetune models on a per-user Basis to personalize messages generated based on the users writing style.
